STAY FAR AWAY!! Rat INFESTED & ROACHES! there was bug larvae stuck to all my stuff & rat droppings in boxes & all over .. rats ate through a lot of my stuff! I was in a rush so I thought this would be a cool place but lesson learned I will pay more next time somewhere ELSE! & water leaks inside had mold on pillows I moved out & left the nasty trash along with all that rat mess. Sharon called to threaten me .. && LJS I BET SHE WON’T TRY IT NO MORE . don’t play with me my stuff was ruined in this hole in the wall!!*Add On*If you call a couple days “EXCEEDINGLY LATE” then ok.. but still doesn’t change the fact that these rat hotels are POORLY KEPT!!

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment. Picked up my belongings yesterday and all my boxes were soggy from water and covered in rat droppings. Received the most unprofessional call this morning as well stating how “unhappy” the woman is that I didn’t give a notice and left items by the dumpster after finding most of my property damaged. Would not recommend to anyone.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THE RECEPTIONIST TREATED ME, SHE HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE.😒

The managers took the time to show me different size units that would work for everything I was needing to store and they had THE BEST PRICE in town! It is always CLEAN and I LOVE that one of the 2 managers, if not both are on site EVERYDAY to make sure my items are safe (no other place in town had people on site daily). I have told all of my friends about them!

I was looking for 3 things above all... a low PRICE for the unit, a short PROXIMITY from my home, and a great PERSONALITY from staff. I got all the in Maxi-Mini Storage. I also felt that it was safe and clean. I would easily recommend them.

Hey, What A TEAM!!!!!,I was in a bind and need storage ASAP....Not only did these ladies make sure my reservation was ready...they waited for me even after they were closed!!!! When I came in instead of being a lil cranky for holding them, they provided THE BEST SERVICE WITH a Smile!!!They have been the only storage company that I will use because of location and affordability. GO CHECK THEM OUT and TELL THEMLASHIKA SENT YOU!!
