I went in to get boxes for my move and the process was wonderful. The real star though was the manager Arie, she gave my son one of the plastic vampire fangs she had in her office. He was embarrassed to put them on so she opened a pack and put them on with him. This kind of kindness is really appreciate in this day in age. I highly recommend this location for your moving needs.

This was my first storage experience. Ariel made it very easy and she was very knowledgeable! I am very pleased.

The property is very clean and the managers are very friendly. When I went to ask questions about the units and the location the manager Arie explained she hasnt been in Florida long but she loves the area and everything was easy to get too. I mentioned to her that the property was super clean. She smiled and informed me that she owed it to her help for the day, the other manager there named Dale. Dale and Arie are great at what they do. I ended up doing the online rental process and i highly recommend it.

Dale have great service on Ft.Caroline Rd and Vicky was very help at the west side store.

My daughter was renting a unit from them and going through a rough time with her boyfriend. He threw a bag of chips out the window that my granddaughters were fussing about and they kicked her out and refused to give her the money back after only 2 days. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Walked in to rent a unit and immediately walked right back out after I watched someone from the front desk pick a fight with a couple. Thats not how you run a business. The place was dirty too! Instead of standing around arguing with your customers, pick up a mop!

Property was clean and employee was out working on things when I came in. Arie stopped what she was doing and came in to help me. My husband and I were torn between the size we needed. I explained to her my worries and she really listened. She helped my concerns with moisture by explaining things they had in office to help keep moisture at bay and she assured me she was always around to help with security. We ended up closing on a 10x10 and she explained that if it didnt work she would be there to help us with a transfer. Very happy with my experience, Arie is wonderful.

I haven’t been to my unit in quite a while ( 3 months) and when I got there it was covered with spider webs and dirt. I cleaned door as best as I could with a broom. I noticed my lock looks like someone was trying to break into unit!! The road is riddled with pot holes and the fence around the property is in disrepair, You can easily slip under the fence and access the property,I will be leaving there ASAP . I was even approached by a couple who asked if I had any money or cigarettes!!The new management doesn’t care what happens around here.

Last week end , went to get a storage with my brother in law, the lady in the office was very rude. She wouldnt go out and show us the space. We ended up leaving very upset and going to another place. Very disappointed in the service we received.

The district manager of this location is very rude and unprofessional. We got 53 days behind after renting our unit for almost a year. He would not work with us or give opportunity to vacate. We had a 3/2 home with all of our personal belongings in this unit. We were only asking for a week to get caught up. They sold unit for $5.00! Who does that? This is not the first storage company we rented from. I hope karma gets this district manager.

I went in feeling down because Ive yet to find a place to stay and my lease is ending very soon...BUT, Jacobi truly brightened my day. Me and my uncle came to this location. To get a storage unit Mrs. Janice and Mrs. Nakeisha was so helpful and very kind and nice. My husband and I were planning to rent a storage unit to store some of our stuff while we move. The Public Storage website advertises $1 rent for the first month, great... Only when you call theres a $24 application fee. Okay, still not bad, $25 for a month of storage. We went to tour the unit, and the manager mentioned absolutely nothing about additional fees, and we could start the month-to-month lease at any time before 2/15. We loaded up our car the next day ready to sign up, but the customer service person said they couldnt rent us the storage unit for $25 and there was an extra $59 fee each month for the lock since they upgraded to new locks due to people coming in and cutting locks to break into storage units. This makes me feel oh so safe, but dont worry, they require you to buy their personal property protection insurance (which covers property damage, not theft) if you want to rent the unit. We already have an umbrella policy through our insurance company, and didnt need their insurance, too. Basically, the fees kept adding up, and on top of all the added fees, they said it was a good thing you came before your expected move in date because the lady said she doesnt actually honor reservations or any of the prices quoted over the phone (according to her, the phone sales reps in California dont know anything about how it is in Florida, and shes trying to earn some money). Basically, it was horrible service, so we ended up going to Extra Space Storage.FYI - We had much better customer service at Extra Space Storage they only charge $25 for the first month, and you can bring your own lock. Extra Space Storage does offer personal property insurance for an additional fee, but its not required. Also, the security is much better at Extra Space Storage (access codes to drive into the storage area and elevator access). Extra Space Storage is also much better lit at night.
