This is to elaborate on my previous bad review. I’m going to ignore the snarky response from the owner stating I was not stating facts and simply state that we picked up on today and the bike is now smoking. Photos included. We literally had to stop at a Bp gas station down the street from the shop to figure out where the smoke was coming from. We’ve been attempting to see if there was oil left on the bike or if a part is leaking oil. It was not smoking when it was dropped off. I’m unsure if anything was done intentionally being that I upset the owner the day before. I’m hoping that was not the case however what I do know is that we have now wasted time and money placing a bike in what we thought were good hands to now have to take the bike elsewhere and hopefully receive better results/professionalism and customer service.The owner called to “check in” after reading my review. We appreciate the effort but after this nightmare we don’t want to waste any more money here. We are consumers who spend money freely where we are treated properly and for what we like. They were the ONLY shop we let handle the bike. He may not care but the owner definitely lost a lifetime customer.

I stopped by the shop just looking for leads on a cheap bike. I left with my honda shadow. I am newer to riding and new to city living. The bike runs perfect !!!! I couldnt of got better service anywhere else. No hassle no problems great experience 👌 I highly recommend these guys and will be bringing all my stuff there.

Returned my Fzr 600 back apart stated that they customized and fix but told me they couldnt do nothing for me also was missing coils and spark plugs and battery dead

After spending what we felt like was a large amount (over $1000) but apparently not to the owner “Ken”, first oil was leaking and then the clutch faulted within 24-48 hrs. We had to chase them down for a repair and were given several different answers. We called, emailed and popped up but they were closed for a special event. We dropped it off on Wed and we’re told it would be looked at first thing Thursday. After not being contacted on the date we were informed the bike would be looked at I called to try to receive an update. No one had any answers and I was informed I’d be contacted within an hour. I waited until 30 minutes before close with no call and called myself. The mechanic became annoyed and someone shouted from the back that it would be looked at tomorrow. By now I’m irate because when was someone going to tell us? Where was the common courtesy of communication? The owner began to yell and belittle me letting me know that they had other things to deal with and no one had the time to let us know what was going on. He proceeded to argue with me about who’s fault it was that the original clutch he replaced broke immediately, he yelled about why we were never contacted, he backtracked the word of his lead mechanic Jay early in the day who stated the bike hadn’t been looked at and stated it was looked at and he had to wait on parts. Then ultimately screamed at me that it would be done tomorrow and he will “let us know” when we can come get it before hanging up in my face. If this is what this establishment considers as great customer service I wouldn’t recommend spending a penny here to my worst enemy.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Harry O pointed me I the right direction to get my truck worked on. This is a motorcycle shop, and I intend on bringing my bike to get some service done. Woukd strongly recommend to anyone with a motorcycle that needs to get reliable work done at a reasonable cost.

Great place with awesome techs and staff. Ken is a GEM OF A GUY. Highly recommend these folks.

Very expensive I just wanted to get a tire repair they charge me $110 to get a tire repair

Boyfriend took his bike here for some maintenance. They BROKE his bike, never called him and told him and then lied about fixing it.

Needed a part for my Harley and didnt want to pay Harley-Davidson store prices Richmond cycle had it in stock and a fair price and also taught me some things I didnt know so they not only get a five-star rating but they get a thumbs up and a high five and anything else I can give them

Great customer service great work on my motorcycle I got screwed over by every other shop that I went to including Favre motorcycles shop in Jacksonville Florida I found wrenchman through a friend and I am very pleased they didn’t try to knock my head off with pricing and took very well care of me would recommend them to anybody

These people know what their doing. Had some major issue with my Bourget. Took it down and they went over it thoroughly. Now Im in the wind . I highly recommend this place no matter what the problem is. Thanks Bear
