Very pleased with the service on a complicated problem dealing with carbs. Runs better than it ever has in the years I have owned it. Reasonable time frame and hit the price point on the estimate. George is a hell of a bike mechanic. Felt so good about their work, picked it up on Friday, put all the pieces back on, and put over 300 flawless miles on it Saturday, to where before, I didnt want to take it far from home. Had a motor. Scooter handi cap. Needed to locate cables they put on batterys checkd full charge Rachel free. Priceless I was able to give my old Scooter to a neighbor need one ins would pay. I call that a Angel Blessing .😷🙏🏻♥️😘😷🙏🇺🇸

Don is a great person to deal with. My family and I have dirt bikes and quads and we always go straight to Don. Always been fair on price and fixed properly. Highly recommend. Also quick turnaround.

Awesome people! Don was great getting me in to fix my flat tire real quick. And the mechanic (cant believe I forgot his name) was honest and very knowledgeable. Compared to 2 other dealerships in town who wouldnt fix my bike just for a flat tire, Jax Moto is the place to go!

Don at Jax Moto has been taking care of my bikes for years. He is somewhat of a perfectionist. which means the job gets done correctly the first time. He has done every thing on my bikes from just general maintenance to a rebuild after one of them went down. His rates are reasonable and he will always give you options about what work may need to be done. If you are looking for a good motorcycle mechanic, you need look no further.

I really like this place, I go here all the time for parts and information about my motorcycles.

Horrible. They were backed up according to the front desk so I set an appointment up to have bike picked up two months ahead. Well the day finally comes for my bike to be picked up, I take off of work and I call Jacksonville Motorcycle Service and front desk responds...I remember you, but I forgot to put your pick up in the system They offered to reschedule for a month later. Highly not recommended for business.

I have tried other motorcycle mechanics in Jax. This is the only shop I trust. They fixed my bike after a crash and overhauled my carbs. They know what theyre doing and they arent that expensive.

I love Jax Motorcycle! Wow. They went above and beyond in doing the required valve adjustment on my 2011 GSXR750. They found a stripped screw on my air filter cover and repaired it, loose footpegs and tightened them, and changed my back tire with an upgrade. In addition to that, they gave me an additional military discount. My bike has found its hospital! I wont be going anywhere else.

Ill just say this, they are down to earth and honest. Ive been to other motorcycle shops which would take months to fix small issues.

The Jax Moto Team did a great job fixing my dirtbike and ATV. The customer service was great and the price was much better than when I took my bike to one of the larger dealerships to have work done. Most importantly he got the work done quick, so I could get back out and ride.

My clutch cable on my 82 KZ1100 broke and I needed one ASAP. They had one in stock at a fair price. Not even Kawasaki carries that cable anymore. Thanks!
