This place is something else. The sales associate Britney was absolutely amazing and helped me in every way possible. The pillows I got from here are highly resistant; I’ve tried several times to break them but I’ve been unsuccessful. They only sell the highest quality items here

We were in the market for a new bed and went to several stores at the town center but ended up back at Casper because of the great service, products and cost. It was great to have a store to try out one of the popular bed in a box products that we were not comfortable just ordering online. We were able to get all the questions we hand answered, and didnt feel any pressure from the associate to make a purchase without considering all options.

Omg! We had a great experience. Sam took care of us and was so pleasant, listen to what we wanted it and offered alternatives without pushing us to buy. We felt very comfortable and we got the mattress, pillows and bedding. We had an issue with the delivery and Sam took care of us immediately and solved the situation. I am very pleased, Sam is definitely and asset to Casper Company. Thank you Sam! We love our mattress!

My wife and I needed a new/different mattress which is a Very sore subject with us. I think since weve been together 30+ weve tried numerous mattresses. Probably a good $15,000 in total, and never completely happy. At any rate. We heard about the Casper brand from a friend. We Ended up going to the store in Jacksonville. We walked in and were met by a young man named Shaun. He explained everything about the mattress. How made size, comfort rating, on & on. But gave us time to try several in the store with no one sitting on your shoulder ! Just to finish this ramble. We Did Not buy one from this store. However do to Shauns knowledge and demeanor and putting us on the right track we purchased 2 XL Twins with adjustable frames. So far we are overjoyed with his pick and help. Thank you Shaun! Showed up 30min late to our appointment. However, the product specialist Felix was extremely kind and explained everything very well in the short 15min I had. Definitely a great experience, the mattresses were excellent and will order one soon.

Shaun and Ryan were simply wonderful. Shaun set us up with an appointment and directed us properly to find what we loved. So thankful for our purchase and the help they provided. Highly recommend the two of them, such a delight.

Drove 1.5 hours to Casper store with wife looking to purchase a King size bed get to the store and was told we must have an appointment. Nobody in the store except the sales guy who said he only takes appointments hourly. I explained the website didn’t say appointment only and how far I came and that I only 15min and he locked the door on us. Sorry Casper on my way to purchase a temperpedic now 🤷🏽‍♂️

Very helpful and patient. My children jumped on every bed in the store... I know Im a terrible parent. The staff and my children were incorrigible. Anyways, really appreciate the service.
