Had a fabulous experience here with Beth as my salesperson. She was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive! The reason for three stars instead of five is the fact that I had to wait over ten minutes before I was even ACKNOWLEDGED despite the fact the place was not busy and at least four different people walked past me and I stood directly outside the sales office. I dont know if they thought I was with someone or if I looked too young or casual or what. I was on the verge of walking out had Beth (Mendez) not spoken to me right as I was reaching the end of my patience.I was told on more than one occasion that they dont work on commission and maybe thats why no one was eager to help and just let Beth do all the work because she was helping with a couple of people when she stopped to ask me if I was being helped. There were definitely other people around that could have at least spoken to me to let me know someone would actually help me.As for the numbers/negotiation, there was none. Duval Honda has this straight forward pricing policy where the price is the price. I kind of love and hate that. I like it because its quick and easy but I hate it because I know (from selling cars many moons ago) that there is room for negotiation. Also, Im a Veteran and at other places that carries some weight and additional discounts; here, I wasnt even asked. I was also interested in either a lease or straight up cash and there werent really any significant cash discounts.Regardless, I ultimately did not end up buying from Duval Honda, but it wasnt because Beth wasnt a stellar salesperson who certainly should be recognized for her amazing work. If they truly arent paid on commission, she should be getting a spiff or some sort of compensation for her hustle and hard work. And if youre going in to look for a car, ask for Beth! She really was amazing.

My experience was terrible I had my van towed in for repairs on friday 10/1/21 picked it up Monday 10/4/21 I paid for the work that was done went out to my van and it was on E no gas with the gas light on when it was towed in it I had a half of tank I confronted the associate that was basically responsible he gave me a I dont care attitude so I went in to talk to a supervisor that when the same guy came up to me and nonchalantly gave me $25 and told me that it was a circle k a couple of miles from where we were at my van was on e it was below so that was no way I could move that van I was forced to go home get the gas can put gas in the can and come back and put gas inside of my van the same guy nonchalantly walked away as he seen me putting gas in my van never asked was I okay did I need any help I was never offered a ride to the gas station it was just as if here is 25 bucks disappear all of this caused me to be late picking up my kids which are elementary age kids

I had a wonderful experience at Duval Honda! My salesman was Nicholas and he did a great job. Went above and beyond. One thing that we did like was that money really wasn’t mentioned until the very end. He gave us his 100% attention and did his best to make us happy all the way around. He even answered questions for me when he was off the clock. I had lost a charm that was sentimental to me and he did his absolute best to find it and thankfully it was found. I will definitely be buying a car from these guys again.

My experience began online, where I saw that Duval Honda had a short period of return for used cars and then a period of warranty that would cover a number of issues. This made me feel confident in buying a used car from them. I went into the dealership and was connected with the agent who had previously called me after my online inquiry. She was very friendly, very professional, and really went to lengths to make sure that my car buying experience was a great one! Beth is an outstanding agent and I would recommend everyone go to see her for a great used car. Due to a divorce, my credit was pretty bad but Duval Honda did a lot to make sure the car could be financed. A month after Ive bought the car, I still love it. Ive taken a long road trip with my car and it did great. I feel like that this car is going to be a great car for me for a long time. This is a review of Duval Hondas sales for a new Vehicle.The images below are of my new car. I will have to say that Ken Cogburn has got to be one of the nicest and straightforward sales people I have ever met. I went to many dealers in Jacksonville, St. Marys, and other Northern Florida dealers to hunt for a car. All of them were not giving me the information I was asking for. How much will this car cost?. Other dealers were not answering that. Without any hassle or anything Ken texted me just stating, It will cost this much but, let me see if there are any discounts available and just went through a list of questions. Not only this but, most of our deal was discussed via Text! I let him know that text would be easier to discuss and he worked with it.I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. Duval Honda is the best dealership I have dealt with. Once I need my car serviced, I will review that side of the dealership as well.

5 Star for this Honda dealership!!My husband and I went on line on Honda site looking for a new Honda Accord sport. We loved the Red and Pearl white. We have a black Honda right now so we wanted a color we never had. Drove to a dealership not far from us in Georgia. Oh my it was not a good experience. Her unprofessional attitude I could no longer take so we came home!!Then my husband says we may have to look in Jacksonville in couple of areas.Within an hour we get a call from Colin at Duval Honda. Spoke to the service manager who carried a poor attitude. True customer service is lost at this establishment. Just bought a Ridgeline brand new 2 years ago. I sure was treated good then.

Highly recommend Duval Honda! Stopped in to check out a Honda CR-V I saw online - had a Toyota RAV4 but due to some issues theyre having with the 2019, 2020 and this year, I was curious about the Honda. Sean Watkins was our Salesman, he brought the CR-V around, after a quick test drive and getting my car evaluated we met Billie Brown (Sales Manager), he crunched all the numbers, we drove out of there with a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 CR-V. Buying a car at Duval Honda was truly a stress-free transaction. Sean was great to work with, he is such a pleasant person, really tries to get you the best deal. Duval Honda does not work on commission so they really do look out for the customer. Living almost 90 miles away we never considered going all the way to Jacksonville for a vehicle, due to a doctors appointment ended up getting a great car and having a really good experience. Highly recommend Duval Honda!

My husband made an out of state purchase, in addition to trading a vehicle. One of the things he made clear during conversations with Ken at Duval Honda was that he didnt want a truck with any damage. He was assured there was no damage and that the truck had a clean Carfax. Since we were buying this truck out of state, we relied on Ken. The truck was delivered to us in Georgia and we would have given 5 stars for Mike the delivery driver.It was raining the day it was delivered and we had to wait until the next day to take a closer look at the truck. We made an appointment for the truck to be cleaned and detailed. When we took a coser look at the truck, it was clear there had been paintwork. If we were able to see it, we wondered why Ken didnt see it. Especially since we relied on him during the purchase process.We called Ken and explained our concerns. His response was I dont know what you want me to do. He first said he would let us speak to his manager and then said he didnt want to catch him off-guard and would bring his manager up to speed and have him call us back. Im sure you can guess, we are still waiting for that call.We understand if theres nothing that can be done, but customer service 101 - if the answer is no, help me understand why.

This dealership takes 4 hours for an oil change, doesnt bother to call when they’re done, and the advisor will leave for the day without notifying you. I called to check on my car twice and the woman on the phone stated she would email my advisor even though I had dropped my car off 4 hours prior and I still never heard back

My Car battery went bad and it was within warranty period. I had to book another Honda dealer to fix it and all I asked was a receipt for the battery which I purchased from Duval months ago. But they gave me a receipt without letter head, which was rejected by other dealer, now I had to pay the full amount for the new battery. Well done Sir. Honda is also disappointing me.

Service department at Duval Honda is terrible the service consultants to be more specific at times being flat out rude and not at all concerned about the issues you may be having with your car. I love love love my Honda. I fell in love from the very first day I drove it off of the lot in 2017. March 16,2021 My family and I were rear-ended at a red light. Sitting, waiting for the light to turn green. The other driver was going 55 to 60 mph. Then hit us again. I never realized how well built my car was until I took a look after the accident. My Honda saved me and my familys lives. I will never never buy anything different. Worried about what in the heck was next. I called my the person who sold me the car from the dealership. 2nd Key was not given. Dealer said that it was missing/did not get one when they purchased the car at an auction. To get a 2nd key, my parents will have to pay an additional $300 to have one made. This is outrageous. The dealer would not offer to make one free of charge since they did not secure the 2nd key...they should. Not to mention that they spent $26,000 on the car we purchased. It is the least they could do. Bad business in my opinion. The only reason that they had to purchase a new car was due to someone hitting them and totaling their other car. Now all of these extra costs and hassles are maddening to say the least.

This review is strictly for the service department. Terrible from start to finish, with the exception of Britney ( who was very friendly), the experience was horrible. No oil change should take over an hour and a half. Spoke with service manager and got the “well that’s a typical amount of time”. So I wait and told the vehicle is being washed...what a joke. It looked like they sprayed it with a hose. None of the windows were cleaned and they half way vacuumed the front. Pretty sure it looked better when I put it in for service. Avoid at all costs.

After researching area Honda Civics, my son saw one at Duval Honda that he wanted to purchase. I accompanied him to be a resource through the purchasing process. We both braced ourselves mentally, when one of the sales agents, Kevin Betancourt, approached us. It turned out though that we were very fortunate to have him assist with the purchase. He was very informative and straightforward yet respectful of our purchase needs and requests. Most importantly, he helped my son to have a very positive experience with his first major vehicle purchase. And although I did not intend to get a new Honda, a couple days later, I returned to purchase a 2019 Honda Accord Sport! I had been considering getting an Audi or BMW, but after Kevin shared information about the Accord, I found it had all the features that I was looking for, and I loved the body style. Better yet, it was offered at a more economic cost than the other luxury cars. To be good in sales, you need to know your product, and as an owner of several Honda’s, Kevin was very knowledgeable. His primary goal for me and my son was for us to be happy and satisfied with our purchase and he worked hard to make that happen. He helped my son to stay within the total purchase price that he wanted; he was able to increase the amount offered for my trade, and then went out of his way to get me the Modern Steel color that I wanted for the Accord. In fact, he drove to Lake City to get the car as that color was currently not in stock at the dealership. He then scheduled time for me to return so he could give me an overview of the car’s options and assisted with some of its programming. Unbelievable! I have owned 6 vehicles, and no one has ever offered to do that. Once the sale was over, normally that was the end of it. If you are looking for a genuine, positive sales experience and a truly exemplary salesperson, give Kevin Betancourt a call. You won’t regret it!

Bad customer service. I come here because its close to my house and for recalls only. Had 9830 appointment for recall work. They told me it would be three hours. Six hours later they call and explain they are behind from the day before. How about you tell me that at 0830 when I dropped car off or pay your employees overtime so they are not backed up.

Was disappointed thought car was to get a complimentary wash and vacuumed but it was washed and not vacuumed. I was told to bring it back because the person/persons leave at 5:00pm my appointment was at 5pm I felt they should have told me that from the time of the appointment. I was excited to know that they provided this complimentary service to not have it done at the time of service as they stated was disappointing.

I have an Acura with the AC problems and I took it to the Honda dealer to get it fixed after 7 months working on my car and Car was going in and out the shop for 7 month finally I talk to the service manager Neal MacEachron and Im asking what was going on with my car why the AC dont work the way its supposed to and he told me they dont have the ability to fix it the AC on my Acura he suggests to take it to the Duval acura, and I told him I have to call the warranty company before I pull this car out of here and I called the warranty company explain what was going on and they wants to talk to the service manager so I went back to the office try to put both of them in the phone and the service manager say I dont have anything to talk to them Ill tell you on simple English we dont have the ability to fix that we dont do anything wrong he missed all the conversation point the conversation was about the money he charge a company which it was a $2400 and he dont want to do the the job he was paying for. My advice is, if you have to come to this place for any repair dont talk to the service manager (Neal MacEachron) hes rude he disrespect customers and he pretend that hes intelligent I really dont know what hes doing behind the desk because hes not a peoples person.

I was rear ended and my car totalled less than a month ago. I went to Honda by my house and purchased a 2017 Jetta.Within a day I noticed some things malfunctioning. A week and a half later I had noticed multiple other things.I am now in a 2021 Civic Sport. Ken was the sales associate who helped me in my process of finding the Jetta, and helped finalize the civic.Mitchel was the Sales Manager who helped make everything right from the VW debacle.Both had extraordinary customer service and did all they could in their power to fix the problem.Because of those two, I will most definitely shop for future vehicles with Duval Honda.
