A jewel of a find with reasonable prices. This place has everything, and you will be amazed when you walk in the doors. It was also very packed, but there is a reason why, it truly is one of the best shops of this kind Ive visited. If you cant find what youre looking for here, you will have to get it online somewhere.

This shop is amazing. I arrived on a Thursday afternoon and I was surprised at how busy the shop was. It wasnt uncomfortable, more impressive than anything. I was only able to see half the store before I had to discipline myself to stop buying everything. I procured several beautiful pieces and look forward to visiting again.

I was blown away by how much of a selection they had. It seems like there were over a hundred different types of incense as well as a huge assortment of crystals. In addition, they had lots of statues and jewelry. It was my first time going to a store like this, but I felt the prices were reasonable

As I person who has no idea what 99.9% of the items here are for, I just gotta say, this place is really peaceful. Theyve built quite an atmosphere here and the second I walked in, it took me a second to take take it all in.If youre looking for a stone, they most definitely probably have it. What a nice place to live so close to. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Although everything was a bit pricey(rightfully so) the vibe was very calm and peaceful, the customer service was amazing and ill definitely be coming back

The absolute worst customer service skills Ive EVER experienced. I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I gave them another chance....and even a third. On my third visit there was when I knew for a fact I would not ever return. A conflict occurred which I was forced to call 911 about for personal safety of myself and others. I REALLY tried to give them a chance but after this last experience, Im done.

I always love this place. Its like a metaphysical store & A botanica had a baby! They have a large variety of books, crystals, candles, powders, oils (both essential oils & conjure oils) & they wrap their own jewelry.

This place is great!!! Staff are knowledgeable and keep it real regarding everything from amicable conversation to sensitive advice on subjects such as spiritual/psychological defense. Definitely a great place to get yourself started on a plant/astrology/Craft path, or just to come in for specific, hard-to-find herbs, and trinkets for meditation or other practices. No bias or hypocrisy here. Just friends.4 stars bc sometimes it can get a little crowded, and its not in the best area of town, so young people say around 16-17 and just starting their path might have a difficult time walking to and from safely. I feel like the shop could rly expand everything they have just a little into a place slightly bigger and people would have a better time finding things and/or moving about the shop while in covid-stay-6ft-away times, but this is rly the best place ive found for the modern, the normal, and the slightly obscure pagan/occult-related necessities. Such a awesome little store.Has so many different things for different people. Just to name a very small list of whats available: candles, incense, oils, Crystals, ingredients for Holistic stuff, books about Withcraft, Wiccans, Crystals, and Im sure many more topics. They sell bagged Herbs and Teas in small amounts so if youre just needing a few tablespoons of something the portions accommodate that. There are many forms of Tarot Cards, Jewelry, Pendants, and much more.Some people might be put off by the store; thinking its Voodoo happening inside or something evil but its not at all.The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly, people from different walks of life come through the doors. Ive seen Young, Mid age and Elder, Caucasian, Latinos, Blacks, Asians, this establishment is definitely worth checking out!!

This place is beautiful inside, there are lots of stones and crystals, replica artifacts of Egyptian and budah type relics. Peace and tranquility items. This is such a great little spot! It has truly everything... The assortment of rocks, crystals, books, statues and decorations, candles, and incense is very, very good! I found a number of unique little treasures and picked up a few of my favorite rocks. Most items seem to be priced fairly and similarly to other shops Ive been to both in this area and in other states. You can always find everything cheaper online, but I prefer shopping in person and for that the prices are fair.

Ive been shopping at Earth Gifts since they were located in Five Points (in the space where Grass Roots is now), and I have never been disappointed. Their staff is wonderful, their selection is huge, and their prices are fantastic. Love this shop! Sometimes (pre-COVID) I would go in and browse just to soak up the atmosphere.

If you have breathing issues and go in there with a face shield, they will not allow you in. You have to wear a mask only reguardles of the science. The gems of course were beautiful but I wasnt really comfortable with all the statues of the false gods inside.

They are not very thoughtful here.They asked me to leave because I cant wear a mask which I left with no arguments however they have a sign that says masks must be worn over nose and mouth that they were not enforcing.If youre going to deny entry for a policy thats fine and okay but it should be enforced for everyone.There is no different in me not wearing one and someone wearing a mask under their chin.

So, I just moved to this area and needed some essential oils. I stopped a few other places, but their selection was just sad. I went to a GNC nearby and the lady told me about this place (THANK YOU) and how it had a HUGE selection. She wasnt joking, they have so many! I have never seen a better selection of brands and types. I bought what I needed and the lady at the counter was very polite and helpful despite it being super busy.I dont like the actual location and getting to the store was annoying (very little parking), but it was absolutely worth it. Will definitely be back (but on my bike, not in my car).

We were having nighttime issues with our daughter, either night terrors or just nightmares. Either way, it was unpleasant for her, going on three months. Just walking through the door you could feel a sense of calming, like a wave of incredible positive energy washing over you. The amazing staff guided us with the appropriate crystals and stones needed to help our daughter, even offering advice on dream catchers. The knowledgeable ladies working couldn’t have done a better job, even helping grandma with stone suggestions for healing body and head issues. Everything recommended and purchased has been a tremendous help and I look forward to returning to get more items for my wife and myself. Thank you to everyone here for all of your help!

I was at Earth gifts this afternoon when 2 customers were told to leave for non compliance with their mask policy. I selected my items and left. I have no real issue with masking, however I know people with conditions that make it dangerous to their health to wear one. I was very uncomfortable with how this was handled. The ladies with out masks were distancing themselves, and the lady that approached them seemed to be very aggressive from the beginning. I understand you can call ahead and they will shop for you, however I like to choose my own crystals, ECT. I only got a few packs of incense and passed by everything else I want for due to being so uncomfortable.

These guys have all kinds of cool stuff for whatever youre into. I came with someone to check out some crystals and ended up leaving with a Taoism book.

Okay. I needed a smudge stick in a pinch. I also wanted to see their pricing on tarot cards. I also wanted to do some price comparisons. To be honest, Earth Gifts is a bit expensive as several of the items I compared were about a third less on Amazon.The staff is standoffish and seemed to click with familiarity. I would say that any retail provider should be more engaging with potential customers.The only part of their business that I found of merit is the charcoal incense. The prices seemed competitive.Id continue to patronize their business out of urgency. But, Ill be happy to wait a day if it saves me 30%.

I bought a candle from here and im not sure if it was a dud or some defected candle but the flame was getting huge and burned the jar of it and i had to keep putting it out because i didnt want my place to catch on fire. So i didnt know if the product was defected or a bad sign because it was a wish candle to bring me luck. But i will be going to earth gifts and telling them about it.

Ive finally started openly practicing Witchcraft and it just so happens that I stumbled upon this place now that weve moved to Jacksonville. Everyone is knowledgeable and nice and the store is nice and clean. Ive always been able to find what Im looking for. Im here at least once a week and always see new things.
