Customer service is good, but their prices/variety dont compare with anyone else in town. Way overpriced, sales are usually artificial (raising the prices to lower them=/= sale), and frequently short on cartridges and syringes. Go to Curaleaf or Trulief for better prices, discounts, rewards, and product.

First time here and I was blown away by how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional the staff were. First time discount was awesome too! High grade products and so many choices I didnt even know where to begin, but curator Natalie was amazing help! She helped inform me what does what, what was best for my needs, and just was an overall great person. I am so happy I came here today and I will definitely be coming back. I hope Natalie sees this and know that shes doing an amazing job!👍🎉😊

Im new to medical marijuana and was not sure how the whole process works or what to expect. Everyone here from the front desk to the employees in the back are friendly, helpful, patient, and very kind. Plus, they have exactly what I need.

If you guys are looking for GOOD well made pre rolls this is the spot. All the other places seem to pack their pre rolls too tight which makes for a lot of wasted flower and difficult to smoke. Fluent’ pre rolls are very smooth and easy to light.

Staff is great but they don’t even fill your cartridge all the way. It’s almost disrespectful. This is supposed to be a brand new cartridge. Not even half way full. Been going there for a while but not worth my money.

I have been doing business with fluent on the regular. Usually the staff is very helpful. I purchased CBD Perla capsules Several months ago for sleep problems. They work OK they work for about an hour and then you wake up Wideawake. These pills are very expensive if I’m not mistaken $95 a bottle. So the bottle that’s been in my bathroom on the sink no exposure to my shower. And the bottle is wet on the inside and it is the pills are sticking together. They offered me no compensation except for 10% off my next purchase. This is $100 bottle. I will not ever ever ever go back to fluent.

This place is very nice! Prices are right there with everyone else. No funny business at fluent/knoxx even if you dont order before you go in you can still order product and get it very quickly. Products are top notch buds are always tight and smoke very nice.

I have been going to fluent since I got my card. I love it there! The staff remembers me everytime I show up. There prices are not too bad for the quality of the product. I do get a veterans discount. If u watch the website there are usually some type of special. This place rocks.

Alexis is just FANTASTIC.When you speak to her you can tell she truly cares about every question and statement you make to her. If there if a concern or question that you have, she will make the time to answer each and every question. If she is not able to answer your question, she will find someone in the store that can answer your question. She makes you want to come back to the store and shop more. She not only answers your questions, but she breaks it down to a simple form to make sure you understand it.She also remembers her customers and when she makes a recommendation, she makes sure she asks you about it when you return to make sure she was able to help you. I have had to deal with a lot of people when it comes to customer service and I whole heartily wish we were able to make a large number of clones of her and place her into positions where she is training and managing people and the customer service industry would improve 20 fold.Alexis thank you for the care you show every time I am there.

I gave Knox another chance today and they exceeded my expectations very polite and very friendly and the product I got is amazing much better than trulieves Girl Scout cookies. I will definitely be returning!

I decided to change my review for many reasons and one of those is the I dont care attitude that the new wave of curators seem to have. They are also extremely slow, and dont seem to be respectful of your time whatsoever. However, the manager, Jo, is amazing. I absolutely love the staff thats been there for a while, and the store is always clean. The products are also good, although lately Ive gotten prerolls that Ive had to take home and reroll them. I do recommend this store, if you have a discount and the time to wait to receive your order, even if you do have an express order....

I recently requested a refund in the form of store credit for a bad oil cart. I had purchased one that did not fit in my high end battery and when I used one of FLUENTs batteries, which they recommend you use above all others, the oil would burn and taste bitter. I asked if I could return it and get a credit towards some flower or tincture. They were completely out of flower... again, but that wouldnt matter because the manager refused to take it back. My only option was to get the same oil cart again. Truelieve will return any product you buy without hesitation because they know that a small $40 oil cart means nothing in the long term. So from now on I will just buy from them. Each of your customers can potentially spend thousands of dollars throughout the year and its a shame you dont see that. I give you 2 stars simply because the staff is very friendly, just an unreasonable manager is all. The end result, was that I left the cart on the counter and ask them to dispose of it properly, no sense in arguing over a small amount of money.

You have to go in store. King of the bait in switch over the phone. Quoted 17 percent get home with 12. They tell me to check the bag... No answer correctly or say I dont know. Responsibility falls on the store to know the product, not the customer pre ordering.

I Loved when they were Knox they had great customer service, and they delivered.Now that they change their name to FLUENT, customer service on the 800 can be frustration when you ask to talk with the store, you get the runaround. FLUENT on San Jose Blvd, knows I live alone and I have no one to really help me get to the store. I have problems with sickness and driving sometimes make it worse for the motion of the car can make me sick.I called in on Feb/14/2020 and placed an order with the store buy3 get 1free, I asked the lady working if they could hold my order till Sunday Feb/16/2020 to give me a chance to make it over the Buckman Bridge to pick up my order. The lady said yes, they know me and understand.I call the 800 number Feb/16/2020 and ask to talk with the store, she called the store instead and said they DID NOT have an call in order for me.I ask the lady on the 800 to have the Manager of the store to call me about this matter, she said I may not get a call back.I NEED HELP FLUENT and YOUR Understanding that I am not able to run out, as my health problems keep me from getting out, as other people like me need help also. Please do something to help Us people. Thank you.

I have worked there for almost a year and have really enjoyed the experience. Fluent is a great place to come if you are a patient. Staff members are very knowledgeable and the store is also kept clean at all times.

Love the staff at Fluent, but as a patient, trying to fit this expense into my budget, Fluent is not my first pick. They rarely have flower. The selection of flower and inhalants is minimal and the pricing is steep. Don’t look for deals here. Return/ exchange policy is non existent so if you don’t like something you’re stuck with it even if you’re a regular. It’s a shame because the location is super convenient. Hoping they will be able to increase productivity and become competitive with local Trulieve and MUV dispensaries.

Bought here a year ago and the product was very low quality, just gave it another shot and the product was junk again. Go to Trulieve, trust me......

Knox is not a very reliable source for your needs. Products discontinued or they no longer carry it. Find the product that works for you and then next visit it’s no longer available. Somebody is making a TON of cash off of your misery. Cartridges changed from 1ml to 1/2 ml at the same cost. As far as knowledgeable staff, they know just about as much as an auto parts salesman when it comes to their products. Florida has really screwed up this business. Florida also making tons of cash. Cannabis needs to be legalized so I can grow it in my back yard. Otherwise, it’s just a government scam. If you like to chit chat about a product you know nothing about to someone who knows nothing about it, then Knox is the place for you. Remember to bring a lot of money.

First time visit TODAY and my experience was so positive I am actually motivated to write a review! Every single staff member I encountered was polite, knowledgeable, and laid back; a very welcoming combination. I tried Baldor, (which is their blue dream strain,) and it was DOPE. A very nice, non-anxious body high, with a pinch of euphoria. This is a great daytime strain, and none of that Im wired but cant move feeling. I also purchased some of their Atlas, but have yet to try it. Cannot recommend Fluent enough!*edit as of 8/1/20*As much as I still love their product and customer service, I will say the last batch of pre-rolls were hands down some of the most poorly rolled I have ever seen (including my own clumsy attempts in days long past lol). Out of the 9 I purchased, 6 had air bubbles, poorly twisted tips (the twist itself also went fairly far down,) and unstable bottoms that lent themselves to breaking. The Odra and Baldor strains were the prerolls that were all janky, but the Subra was tightly packed and perfect.I did try to call their customer service line to see what I could do, but after 30 minutes, I gave up. I realize they (like all the other dispensaries,) are probably overwhelmed and understaffed, but the dip in quality was a surprise. Still recommend their flower, but be weary of the quality of the prerolls.

Overpriced flower. And the flower that theyve claimed to lower the prices on has NEVER been in stock since the supposed change. Also, the two times I visited here, I did wait 10-15 minutes longer than i wait on average at Muv and Surterra. The $50 Atlas Durban Poison I tried, did not do much for any of my symptoms. Had high hopes for Fluent and even gave a second chance. 2 stars adequately reflects the disappointment in my 2 visits. Staff seemed friendly enough.

Super friendly staff Ive been to both dispensaries in town both are great this one has different strains and apparently I think the grower grows for Disney World Blue Dream phenomenal. Tastes exactly like blue dream so the terps were not lost in the process of converting it into cannabis oil. Not too big on the pens that they sell its an ego pen with a case over it but it works and itll definitely allow you to Medicate. Ill be back for sure they accept debit card to which is really cool no credit card just debit card.

You get what you pay for. Knox is among the best in Floridas Medical Cannabis selection, at present. Customer service here is friendly, they remember your name, and do their best to get the product you want in stock when you want it. Wait times are good here, I usually go on Saturdays in the afternoon and wait about 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend their 1:1, and CBD - dont under estimate the power of CBD paired with THC folks!

Knox staff are as patient, personable and professional as you could ask for. Very pleasant and welcoming experience.Tried Trulieve and was so disappointed. Didnt have the prescription or product I was looking for even though their web site said different. Found out after driving across town with the person who was certified (and who was in serious pain the whole way). When I suggested the web site be updated so patients in pain wont waste their time I was told the web site isnt updated with information like that. I didnt waste my time telling them the web site had several products listed as out of stock but ours wasnt one of them.Ill be sticking with Knox......

Helpful staff, but Trulieve has more variety. They have a couple of standby strains that I will go there for but Ill choose Trulieve over Knox any day just because of the varieties that they offer. In both strain and method of delivery.

I’m not sure how other places are and did see that when they were going through some of the products several were out. But I can do with having to wait for products and would rather do that so I can go to. Place that looks professional and safe and the office is clean instead of feeling like I just walked into a head shop which is how I’ve felt at others this was my first time doing this but I had been in different places to see how comfortable I feel in the store so I decided to try here and starting with how the employees looked they looked professional not like they had just came from the back blowing a Blount then came out to help me. This tho being most importantly I got to the store at 6:50 they close at 7. I’m a new patient and I’m sure newbies like myself require more attention. So not only am I late getting there my dr hadn’t put any order in for me yet. So I called my dr they input my order IMMEDIATELY and they took me back. I hope so bad I have the right person and it wasn’t just the name on the receipt but the name on the receipt said Emily and she was without doubt ready to go home but she patiently talked to me and told what different what this did and what this did because I know NOTHING about any of this or what I’m doing. She was fantastic as was the person at the front counter that greets you when you walk in. They didn’t have to help me especially being new knowing it would take longer but they were fabulous. Sometimes people not knowing what other ppl are going through and extend or do some act of kindness that to them or others may not seem like it is but I got really lucky by going there and those being the ones to see me. I lost my mother very unexpectedly and way to young on Monday and the way things have been going and as very few acts of kindness or nice words I have gotten was certainly noticed by me even tho they thought they were just doing their jobs. I did a lot of research before I determine which dispensary I was going to go with and Knox was the best! And for the most part they have yet to let me down. The staff is orderly amazing, compassionate & with the patience of a Saint! From my 1st day to today, they have continue to be supportive, informative, extremely helpful, plus everyone is pretty darn funny and a joy to talk to. One less star for a corporate situation whereby my store is not receiving regular/ample product, which the store & its patients so desperately need. Hopefully, this will be corrected shortly b/c, while Im aware of the many variables invoved in the cultivation process, it has taken me months to figure out my best combo, so when there is limited stock &/or, my strands are out, then we have a major problem. This last visit, the store finally had a strand in for the 1st in several months & in limited Supply. I wanted to stock up, I didnt have enough milligrams to do so. Then, to make matters worse, I had just been there the day before & had to purchased a strand that I really didnt want, but my options were riduclously limited. It is these kind of inconsistencies that are super frustrating in what is an already stressful situation. But one last time, I love the Jax staff!! Unlike trulieve, where the employees dont seem to know what product or strain would be good for a given condition, Knoxs environment and staff are incredibly knowledgeable about therapeutic usages and dose. There are multiple strains and dosing ratios to choose from, for any malady, that requires a prescription for medical marijuana. But maybe most important, they dont use butane in their manufacturing process, so you dont end up choking your lungs out trying to vape CBD or THC. And for the reviewer who commented the trulieve sells the same product in the same amount for a lower price, they need to check the milligrams that Knox provides as well as the different ratios. True Leaf only gives you a 20 to 1 ratio thats the only option, unless you want the RSO 1:1, which is never in stock. From now on, this is my go-to medical marijuana dispensary. Thanks Knox Staff!

These guys have great products. Much more potent than Tr*****. Too bad they had only sativa dominant hybrid cartridges available. Not even any CBF oil or carts in stock. This was the first time I came here so they gave me a free ecig kit for the cartrages, very good quality. Not just a cheapo battery with a button like I got from the last place I ordered from. Im only in the area for some cancer treatments so will probably go back today or tomorrow and see if they have new stock in yet...If youre in the Jax area, go visit the store. Seriously the worst customer service ever.. Unreal!

Called three times on hold for seven minutes the first time answered and they hung up.second time was bout 4 minutes then they hung up, the last time I hung up after four minutes of no answer

Worst products I have ever used do not refund and over priced not worth it do not go here
