Tried to order starter brushes for a Yamaha G one? They say they only go back to a G8? I asked if that will fit a G2 and they said no because I know a G2 and a G one take the same brush? They wanted like $70 for the brushes for the G8? I got on eBay and found the same brushes for nine dollars fits from 1979

By far the worst vendor to purchase from. Ive never had a single order that was correct. They over charge for freight and book orders incorrectly. Historically, i have been sent other customers orders and they will charge my account. When I call to correct the issue they will take weeks to resolve the issue and will tie up thousands of dollars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NIVEL!

Terrible company policy and treatment toward the little guy. My company was prepared to meet the $5,000 minimum order as was first requested, then explained they will not be creating an account for us due to a current dealer 50 MILES away feels as though we would be competitors. So much for America folks, say your goodbyes.. Sad.

They went above and beyond to help resolve an issue for us that was created by another company. I HIGHLY recommend Nivel and know they stand behind their products.

After multiple attempts to set up a wholesale account after spending thousands of dollars with there sister company last year, I keep getting told they will call me back after they take a look at my account, I also got told that buggies unlimited(there sister company) would get a hold of me and set me up on a business account only find out after emailing them myself they don’t have anything like that. I’m just getting started rebuilding carts and they don’t seem to wanna help the small guy.... very poor customer service promising call backs and never call back.

I bought some custom wheels for my brothers carts, for his birthday. These guys were spot on with size and fitment. Gave the carts a great look, all handled with great customer service and integrity. 10/10 Would Recommend!
