I bought 4 new batteries and one was damaged. They loaded the batteries into the back of my new G63 . It leaked on the way home and ruined my carpet. I called the owner Tom and explained the situation and he stated they would replace the battery within a week. I waited several months before calling back to check on the replacement as I tried to play my first round and ran out of power on the 4th hole. I spoke with owner’s wife and she was very combative and accused me of lying several times during our contentious conversation. I would not recommend doing business with this company as they have no integrity. I will now pursue legal options to remedy.

These guys are awesome! Went in there late in the day last Friday for a tool I called and searched around for everywhere and they happen to have it. The staff is very professional and nice, I’ll definitely be going back for parts and any needed service. Thanks again guys!!!

These people are amazing and very educated on Golf karts. We went there for a purpose & got a tour of the place, not to mention the new led lights being put on a Golf Kart. How cool is that. Hercules the Great Dane Service Dog Puppy in training got him some love too. Best part the owners drive Jeeps my heart, so I had to get a pic of Anitas and mine together. I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for upgrading or servicing their cart.I do most of the work on my cart myself, but needed to score some new batteries and Tom and his crew helped me out with a great product at a great price. They were even willing to openly recommend parts I should buy to fix my cart up myself, most other places wouldn’t give you the time of day or would try hard to sell you their services.Extremely happy and will be the first shop I call when I’m in a bind!

Just picked my demon possessed golf cart up from them. It threw multiple curve balls at them, but they worked through all the problems. I know it’s right now, and will give me many years of great fun. Very reasonably priced. River City Golf Carts will handle all my cart issues.

Could not figure out what was wrong with golf cart trying to fix myself took cart to river city carts had it going in 5 minutes of checking connections did not charge me nothing for checking very experienced worker an very polite will go there again for sure
