I Had a wonderful experience at the Town Center Location, they were very helpful and patient with me as I really didnt know what I wanted when I arrived! Store was clean and nice displays. Shout out to Lisa the manager, top notch service!! I will be back again soon!

My boyfriend and I went to Pandora for our one year anniversary. I was very excited and wanted to pick something out. Lily asked what we needed help with and we said we weren’t sure and we’re just looking. We were then asked to leave since we weren’t shoppers. She said there were too many people and since we weren’t there to purchase something to leave. We were there to purchase something but you didn’t give us the opportunity. How do you expect us to know what we want if you won’t let us look at the products. I will be calling the manager. Business was lost. I will not shop at this location again

Ive been here since 10 am and it only opens at 11 am, and on Google maps it says its 10 am (Pandora Town Center, Jacksonville - FL). The attendant pretends not to see the customer when she knocks on the door, I cant understand these things. I feel a lot of bad information on the internet.

Of the 2 items I picked out there that had prices clearly marked on them some how I picked the only ones that the price was mislabeled by a hundred dollars or more and the store refused to sell for marked price but the ppl were really nice about trying to screw me over thats why was at least 2 stars at least we all had masks on if someone had said stick um up then the robbery they were trying would have made more sense.

Monica was our sales lady and she did every thing to make our purchase tell the perfect story!!

Went on a day where its not crowded, but the Karen at the front desk was overly pushy and rude like she thought the jewelry store was a Mayors. Naw B, youre selling cheap AF jewelry who the F you think you are? So because we were just looking, quick 3-4 minute gander, shes rushing over telling us to hurry up and buy or giving us the GTFO look. We got what we wanted at Beard Jewelers and had impeccable customer service.

Pandora has a great selected of items. I really recommend this place.

I’m not sure where my review went but here we go again so everyone knows how much these employees don’t care about making this store money & like to close early & ignore everyone waiting outside.If I could give this particular location no stars, I would considering this is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location. Not once have I dealt with such an unprofessional store in my LIFE! The phones don’t work, apparently communication is not a thing for the whole COMPANY all together. I had went to a different one before this one & not one person had spoken to me nor my fiancé other than being asked to write our names down & being allowed in. Maybe 95% of y’all workers should be replaced cause I guarantee y’all would have a hell of a lot more business from people like us that have a busy schedule & cant make it at specific times. Since the other location didn’t have what we were looking for we couldn’t get ahold of anyone at this place since the phones are shut off or they shut it off themselves I’m assuming??? Cause at first they were answering & hanging up like YOU HAVE THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU. This business is missing out on SO much money because of these workers not doing their job. We went 30 minutes early & it was locked & they said they had closed early cause there were “too”Many people in there. You cannot close early and not allow people to not come in when you’re supposed to be open until 6. Y’all are only closing early just so you can go home by 6 & that’s not fair to us nor the business. GET BETTER. There were like 6 other people trying to get inside too so SHAME ON YALL!!!!

First of if I wish I could give 0 stars!I placed 3 online orders to be picked up at this location, 1 got fulfilled and 2 got canceled. One of which I was notified for. It was also relayed to me that they dont reserve orders even though I already paid for them, so my items were sold.The reason they are getting 1 star is because of their poor service. The items I ordered were to be picked up by someone else as they were a gift.I am not sure how things are done at this location but you do not hand someone a box and say here you go. Wheres the little Pandora bag with the pink ribbon.. Maybe I was expecting too much. Theyve ruined my entire surprise and day..

To clarify for the owner who responded to my review. I went in many many stores in the town center area all of which required masks and all of which were VERY polite and friendly when asking about/enforcing masks. It was not the enforcement of masks that was the issue it was her very RUDE attitude!The “Karen” running the front door was super rude to anyone that took even one step through the front door without a mask. Several customers who were actively getting their masks out ask they were verbally scolded, decided to turn around and leave because of how rude she was.If it weren’t for the fact that my wife’s charm bracelet had FAILED and was stuck on her arm, we would have instantly left as well!Being that the state of Florida is no longer requiring masks it is absolutely absurd how rudely they were enforcing masks.Further more the same door lady (manager?) continued to respond very shortly and rudely when my wife requested not to get another of the same clasps that had FAILED after 6 days of use, and asked about looking at other options.I will say the other employee who took over in showing us the different clasp options was MUCH more pleasant and very friendly. She was the one saving grace in this store!

I really loved my experience at this location while being there on 9/20/20. Linda and Michael were exceptional. As I told Linda, I wasnt even going to purchase as many items as I did. There impeccable customer service played a huge part on the items I brought. I cannot wait to come back and get more items. Kudos to this particular location and wonderful employees!!

I love the location and the store but the service is always terrible, they treat you like they are doing you a favor, every time I go is something, they really have the worse customer service. I never said anything before but I Think it’s not right to treat people the way they do.I went at 5:35 pm today and a guy was waiting at the front door and told me the associates told him to wait for 5 min because they were doing something in the store. So I was waiting there too for 5 min and the associate opened the door and told him ... we are close, the person completely ignored me and didn’t even say anything to me, so the guy in-front of me looked at me and said I guess they closed earlier. The store supposed to close at 6 pm and they closed it at 5:40

Alyssa and Ashley SAVED THE DAY!!! Alyssa is an absolute trooper. We had a little hiccup in processing a payment, using a gift card. Rather than brush the sale to the side, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my purchase. Poor thing. I felt like I was holding her hostage. Ashley was very supportive and never too far away to assist when things got a little thick with the help desk. I couldn’t be more happy as this was the last stop of the season, for me. Probably one of the worst Pandora experiences ever. While I like the location, service is ALWAYS awful. I dont even bother to walk in most times which is really disappointing. This last time, the associate would not allow me to look at the tray with the earrings so my little girl can pick. I asked if they had more studs. She just kept pointing through the glass. I asked for their hoop earrings. Shes says we dont have any. Can I look at the book to see if I can order. No. She didnt bother looking for what I asked just kept negating everything and I was done asking. F- it. I rather just order online next time.

Sales ladies very nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping here. They have a good selection and the charms I wanted were in stock. They even carried my super small ring size 4.5 and they had a good selection. The manager helped me discourage my daughter from picking out earrings I clearly didnt like and steered her towards the ones I knew were a better choice. My 8 year old is delighted with her new Pandora earrings! Will definitely shop here often.

The workers there were great and very helpful. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is because the wait was a bit long even though there were multiple people who weren’t helping anyone.

Paula, who assisted me with a charm in memory of my mom, was amazing. She was pleasant and showed me all kinds of different charms. When I asked questions and she wasn’t aware of the answer...she asked someone else. On the other hand, Lisa was incredibly rude. She answered a phone call and then proceeded to interrupt Paula who was assisting me. She was quite hostile while basically implying that Paula didn’t give a previous customer their item. She immediately made Paula speak to the person on the phone. In the end, the customer was only hoping that a note that was with the exchange was still available. The customer simply wanted the note as well. Paula was kind and told the customer that she had the note and would hold it. Lisa should have listened to the customer’s inquiry in full instead of jumping to a conclusion that was wrong in the end. I will shop again, but I will be weary of Lisa and never conduct a transaction with her directly. Lisa is apparently the manager as well.

Ive been here two times in 15 days. On both I experienced a very poor service. The associates seemed uninterested and in a hurry. They showed me very few options and werent happy with my questions about the product. Terrible experience when your spending over $ 100 per visit.

I have a ok time here. If I were to come back I would need to lower my standards for option. The place is very small, but the people are very nice. I would suggest to go to a bigger store, for a bigger variety of jewelry

Went to this store on December 10,2019. Was disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the sales person. I was there for the Florida state charm and I was asked what does it look like. The store did not have choices that I have been used to in other states in the Pandora store. But I got the one that they had.

This place is amazing! There are very helpful each time I go in to add to my wife’s pandora bracelet. My wife loves each charm I bring home to her thanks to the helpful staff here.

I cant speak for the other reviewers but I went in today looking for a starter bracelet and charm for a birthday present for my 16 yr old niece. I was immediately greeted and the salesperson was extremely helpful. Ashley helped me quickly and efficiently and provided excellent service. I had an idea of what I wanted but not sure of size and Ashley was very helpful.

I was visiting in town and needed a gift to give my mom for her birthday. She has been collecting pandora charms for years now and its my go to gift now when I need something quick! I have to say this is one of the cleanest stores. The people working were also really great, they werent overselling which sometimes puts me off. They were genuinely trying to help me find the perfect charm. The lady that helped me was Destiny and we ended up settling on the owl charm. My mom loved it!

Awesome customer service. Have been on many times and the only downside is when it gets super crowded (especially when folks are holiday sale shopping). But, service is great every time.

I had Catherine to assist me during my time at Pandora and she was very helpful. As soon as I got into the store, she was able to answer my questions and help find what my boyfriend and I were looking for. In addition, she was beyond nice and was patient with us as we looked and asked her for certain items about the Pandora bracelet. Definitely recommend to go to this Pandora and look for Catherine!

Nice store in a nice area; the sales ladies were pleasant and I got to work with Ms. Puala who helped me put together a lovely bracelet for my teenage daughter that lives in another state, so that was awesome. Lots of options and dont forget you get more options online!

Very busy and chaotic. Had to check in and wait in line to be helped. Took about 20 minutes to be helped. Granted it was the day before mothers day but it was barely organized chaos. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and the person that checked me in couldnt tell me if they carried it or not so I had to wait 20 minutes to see if they even carried it in stock. Thankfully they did and I made my purchase and left as quickly as possible.

I love this location. They usually have a pretty good selection and the wonderful sales ladies work great with my husband. Highly recommend.

Customer service at this store is wonderful, each time I go there its a great experience. My husband buys charms for me for my birthday and Christmas. I had to return a couple this time because I already had them, Despie helped me this time and was so great, she redesigned my bracelets and helped me pick out charms that were on sale to use my credit and then polished and cleaned my bracelets!

Joanne, the store manager, was RUDE! We elected to leave the store and make our $900 purchase in merchandise elsewhere. When we arrived all of the associates were busy, which was fine. We were told by one really nice lady to sign in and theyd be with us as soon as possible. Joanne completed her transaction with her customer first and went to the sign in log and called out, Amy? This was a woman, along with her husband, that came into the store about 5 minutes after us and, subsequently, signed in after us. The couple pointed in our direction and said, They were here before us. Joanne looked over her shoulder at us and with a slight roll of the eye says, Ok. Fine. clearly indicating that she had no desire to wait on us. I have my suspicions as to why but Ill keep those to myself. We advised her that we were no longer interested and left the store. The other customer, Amy, husband came out of the store and offered his apologies and said that Joanne was really rude and hes sorry she acted that way toward us. Sad that another customer tries to run interference due to a very poor excuse for a member of management.

It is in the midst of the last minute Christmas rush, the store was hopping and the ladies had a nearly full waiting list of customers with a steady flow still coming in the door. All of this at 8pm, so I am sure it had been a nearly all day affair. In spite of all that, the woman who assisted me was more than pleasant and attentive and did not make me feel rushed. Thanks for helping me with the WIN for my bride, ladies!

There return policy with a receipt is horrible u spend your money just for them to say if it’s over a certain amount of money they can give u store credit are mail u a check. I didn’t mail u no money so way mail me a check . I’ll never shop with them again nor my husband are friends.

At first I found the staff pushy. However, it was the manager on duty pushing the staff to engage more. It does seem to be a bit disorganized being that most items are kept behind the counter in stacked organizers. Do yourself a favor an view the catalog beforehand and have a plan. This will save you time and money. The average charm will cost $50-$65 not to mention the bracelet. So, the money adds up quickly.

My husband purchased my first pandora bracelet for me today and I must say the experience from the minute we walked in was great our sales lady Cassidy was exceptional !!! A couple of months ago my boyfriend bought me a Pandora ring and yesterday a stone fell out of it. So today we went in to get a replacement ring and the process was very simple and straight to the posing and took about 10 minutes.

This was my first time ever going into a Pandora store and I had some knowledge of how things works, but the sales associate only limited me to picking clips and charms to one area/box of display. (Im not sure if thats normal.) The sales associate was very impatient, unengaging, and I could tell she was annoyed with me whenever I would ask a question, so I felt very rushed picking the right charms/clips after she had told me that they dont have the charm that I wanted. I am planning to go back to the store to get the two clips that I got replaced. She also called my cherry blossom charm a generic flower and my boyfriend took offense to that since he knows how much cherry blossoms mean to me and because he picked out the charms for my bracelet.

I visited the store on a Saturday, and signed in to be seen by an associate. However, as the store became more populated, I was still waiting. No biggie, I was the second person on the list so I still wanted to wait. Someone who came in after me was seen before me by the assistant manager, who I supposed was supposed to be acting as sales associate in rendering services to me. I was never asked to “wait” nor told that I was to do so. It would have been unprofessional regardless, since I came to the store prior to the people she chose to render her services to.I traveled all the way from savannah, Ga to Jacksonville, Fla to retrieve these earrings that if been looking at for a few weeks. Needless to say, I left unsatisified and without the earrings. Will not be returning.

Very bad customer service!!! after I spent $2,000 + at the Pandora store at Dadeland mall in Miami I moved to Jax and so it happens that I go to this particular store for the first time... To buy some presents for my sisters at the end of my purchase I ask the lady to please help me with a bead that was stuck in my bracelet she was very rude and said my bead was fake and that I had to go back to the Pandora in Miami. She wasnt even whiling to help me, and the simple fact of her saying its a fake charm after I spent $2000 in their products its just ridiculous..... I will never be back and the good thing is I lost my love for Pandora so no more spending money in this stupidity!

I had purchased a set of three pandora rings from a Lucys boutique in Jax. Regardless of following all cleaning and care instructions, the rings turned my finger green the day I bought them. I have other pandora rings (princess, infinity, and heart) that do not have this effect. On the way to return the rings to Lucys, I stopped by a pandora store to get insight on my situation. I thought maybe something had changed with the metals they were using and wanted advice. The person to greet me was very friendly, but the woman who spoke with me about the situation was extremely rude. She began by telling me she didnt know what to do, was not a doctor, and something must be wrong with me. I could tell by the look on her younger coworkers face that even she was taken aback. This was a horrible experience and I will never be visiting this store again. I was not able to get her name, but she was an older woman with blond hair.

Unprofessional. If the assistance I received by the assistant manager Dara was the best that could be offered I suggest shopping elsewhere. She was rude, impatient and unprofessional, with both the sales assistant and myself. I waited a long time for a transaction gone wrong to be corrected and didnt get as much as a thank you or an apology for their error. There are other jewelry stores in the Town Center.....
