What a great store at an excellent location!! You got everyyything around here, including Walmart Superstore.The Dollar Tree itself is a true dollar store, where everything is 1$ unlike those copycats around which pretend to be dollar stores, but everything is way more than 1$ . Those are confusing and comparable to scams to me...This store, anyhow, is well equipped, clean, and the staff if nice and helpful.I will definitely keep coming here!

I ve visited this store several times over the past few months. It’s always in shambles, it’s not organized & boxes on carts all over store. They allow patrons in with no masks! ( 5) The associates were not wearing them correctly! Not wiping down in between customers! Seems the manager Renee, doesn’t know how to manage! Totally looks like a bomb exploded!! I had a cart full, left it right in the isle. If you don t care bout the health of your customers, I don t care to do business w this location.

This large Dollar Tree has a much bigger selection than the one I am used to. As always everything is $1.

Dropping this location down to 1 star. You dont deserve 2 stars because of the lack of empathy towards customers! Everyone seems so cold like theyre angry about something. Theres always a long line and other associates are too busy stocking to open up the 2nd one. The corporation should just get robots or self checkouts because theyd have more personality than what Ive experienced. I used to work at Dollar General in Texas and would always make my customers feel welcome and youre supposed to interact even if it means asking how they are or if they found everything okay.Expansive selection of hair accessories and seasonal decor. Usually only 1 check out lane open. Majority of cashiers dont acknowledge youre there throughout the entire transaction and barely say anything once youve paid and have already started taking the next customer while youre still putting your card/change away. Dont understand how these people are the ones hired! Parking lot is always full of trash.

Best Dollar Tree I have ever been in and they always keep it very tidy and organized. Staff members are friendly and always ready to check out customers. Items here range from holiday decor to grocery food and kitchen utensils to toys and school supplies. This store is pretty spacious for a Dollar Tree as well and they have carts! Definitely stop by and take a look- they have great stuff.

They have almost everything I need from day to day for $1. Who could beat that?

I went into this store on AUG 4 to get some balloons for a birthday. When I walked in, it seemed as though everybody was busy, but I found another lady who worked there. I think she may have just gotten into work, and I asked her for help. She did an absolutely amazing job, not just on helping with balloons, but giving good insight on things we could do, and how she would be able to help more if we needed it. Her name is Carolyn, and she is an absolute amazing employee and a wonderful asset to this store. Thank You again Carolyn for your kindness, and your help!

This place is great. A good selection of everything you need. And mostly everything is a Dollar. I shop here all the time and the employees are helpful and kind.

There are always extremely long lines. They hardly open any registers. They dont stock well and the customer service is awful. The worst Ive experienced in Jacksonville. There is one cashier that remains pleasant. Hes a joy. I wont give them another dime.

Quick service. Polite. Isles are organized well. Good selection for the price.

Good cheap products check the candy section and you will see what i mean always new things like last week or so there was 5 for $1 m&m rice crispys THE BEST!!!!!!

The store is dirty and a mess. I went in with a back brace and leg in a cast with a baby carrier. I asked for a cart to help me get through the store. Theyre all being used. We only have 6 carts. Definitely not disability friendly. Then, you get to reregister, unload your stuff, and the clerk said that register was closing, to go to another one. By the time you get your stuff picked up to move, theres a line of people there so you have to wait, even though you were 1st in line already. I dont know if Ill ever go back there. I wont recommend it to anyone.

Great place to shop. Some items are not worth one dollar, but others are worth more. I shop for frozen fruit and small steaks.

I went shopping at the dollar general on N. Marine blvd on 8/13/16 at 16:10pm. The cashier that was behind janet, dark hair and glasses. I was going through with a transaction but my last coupon werent going through, so as I was about to tell the cashier that she doesnt have to go on with it. She tell me the price, so I asked could she take the last two bottles of shampoo off. She tells me she would be able to she would have to void the whole transaction. I told her it was fine, we could just wait after everyone else to get re-rung. I put my hand out for the coupons and she tossed them at the bottom of the register. I took the bags back out of the cart and put them back on the register and left. I believe it is rude to throw or toss items at customers being a former cashier myself. Respect should be established.

It was really busy today but they were able to get me through the line really fast

Lots of variety, large store! Typically find what Im looking for. Only complaint is the checkout time. Usually spend 5-10 minutes in line to buy one little thing because theres usually only one cashier open.

Im a faithful shopper at this Dollar Tree. Never had any major issues, until today. Todays experience was horrible! A young man was ringing my items up at the register. I knew right then what I was dealing with, when he said Do you got change? Come again!? Not a Hello or an Excuse me, didnt even ask if I was paying with cash (which I wasnt). When asked if I could get balloons blown up, he had a very dry attitude and proceeded to roll his eyes. If getting balloons blown up is too much to ask for why have this service offered? At least have one designated person blowing them up or better yet, have then pre-blown! The store wasnt even busy. One top of that, I was near the door gathering my bags and 2 of the cashiers (the young man included) yelled at me to not take the cart outside. Like I could not see that cart had a pole connected to it. Even if I couldnt see, still didnt make any sense for them to yell across the registers while serving another customer to me about a cart. A cart! Unprofessional!!! I did make a complaint but seem as if they didnt take me serious. So I walked out and here I am! =D
