The YOBE in Jacksonville!!! Been everywhere but still coming back to this place when I crave for yogurt with yummy toppings.🤗 And now they have Boba Tea 🧋 and it’s also good. Most of all with a friendly staff. 😊

Froyo is great, staff ruined it, the foreign cashier lady quickly made our transaction before I could take out my Yobe rewards card, she said she already did the payment so she didnt want to take our rewards card. When we left she rudely told us what to do next time we visited, which was to take out our card first before paying. Service was unacceptable with her.

Terrible customer service. You have to ask for sample cups in order to taste any of the flavors and you cant reuse the cups either to try any additional flavor. Ive tried this brands Frozen yogurt at the Gate Gas Stations and it is definitely not the same quality or taste here. These yogurts dont even taste natural. Plus, the owner rejected a coupon because apparently it is only valid with a cup not a cone when I specifically asked the difference and the owner said that theyre both buy weight and I definitely know how to read a damn coupon. I honestly wont be returning to this franchisee. Ill leave my money elsewhere.

This store needs to work on their customer service. We were treated rudely by the lady who works there when we used the wrong cups for no weigh Wednesday and she would not allow us to switch (we hadnt even added toppings yet). Not a welcoming customer experience. Their yogurt is good but way overpriced.

Usually people complain of not pouring their on samples. I believe that it is great they dont, otherwise people will be making a mess trying to get yogurt into a tiny cup and do it repeatedly. If you have a staff member co.e to you when you ask for a sample, that is enough cust Serv for you.

Most awkward experience ever!My husband and I entered the restaurant and we were not greeted at all. I asked the asian woman who was working for a sample cup and she asked which flavors I wanted to try. She awkwardly poured my flavor I choose and sat there and watched me while I ate it. I asked for another sample cup and she asked how many I wanted. I said one. She handed me one and while I was deciding which flavor I was going to spend my money on I noticed her staring at me and watching me from the cash register. After I choose my flavor she went over to the yogurt counter and ensured everything was in order before ringing me up. While I was picking a fruit topping she sat there and monitored me putting on the blueberries. One rolled off and onto the counter and I literally thought she was going to jump over and scream at me. My husband summarized this visit perfectly. We felt like we walked into a womans house unwelcomed and uninvited and were messing up all of her precious knick knacks. I wont be back again. Id rather spend my money somewhere where I am welcomed.

We got there 5 minutes before closing, nobody was there. Very disappointed.

Two weeks ago I called and said I had a yobys gift card they said no problem bring it in. So yesterday I showed up drove out of my way because I live in Mandarin and The woman there said no we dont take those and when I asked her to check with somebody she said no we dont take those you leave now
