I recently purchased a 10cm, ebony capuchadou folding knife from this company. Im not really a knife aficionado, but I will say that I find this particular knife amazing. The handle fits just right in my hand, the blade is a good length and very sharp, and the workmanship is obviously of a very high standard. The service was also excellent. I originally considered ordering from an overseas company, but who knows how long that could take? From ordering to receipt took 4 days. I did have an issue with a knife sheath that I ordered being too small for this knife (could have been my mistake), but they sent me a larger one, no questions asked. It fits perfectly. I have no trouble recommending this company.

I was nervous about purchasing a laguiole knife online due to all the fakes out there but all those concern faded as soon as I got the package. The quality and craftsmanship of the knife is immediately evident, crispness of mechanism and general fit was absolutely perfect.The knife came within two days of ordering with no issues. Ch laguiole single stage wine keys are great, I use them in a restaurant setting. After a quick break-in period no problem opening knife with one hand. Needed to do an exchange, prompt response from customer service, they emailed a shipping label to cover postage. Durability remains to be seen. So far these wine keys look, feel, and function better than any I’ve used.

Terrible ! Stay away from these guys, worst service Ive ever had. Ive spent the past two years attempting to get a $250 wine opener fixed. They just keep giving me the run-around, obviously hoping I will just give up. If you do decide to buy from these crooks beware that the lifetime warranty is just smoke and mirrors that will never be honored. I will do my best to post this information on every site I can find that sells or even mentions laguiole products. Hope this helps save a few folks a huge ordeal and substantial cash.
