Terrible Location. Their customer service is practically nonexistent, and dont even bother going online to make sure the item is in stock, because no one is updating that. I went there to buy a printer that was supposed to be in stock, and the website even said exactly where they were in the store. When I got there, about a half hour later, they had none, and hadnt had any for awhile. But it wasnt only that, it was the attitude of the two women working. They truly could not have cared less, and it showed loud and clear. When I said the only reason I came there was to buy that printer, they just looked at me like I was crazy for expecting it to be in stock. I suggested that someone should update their website, which got zero response. If it aint out there, we aint got it. Someone just smack me if I ever try to buy anything but groceries there in the future.

It had food in it for the first time in a long time. And it looks much better, and looks clean. Keep up the good work.

Never SHOP HERE CANDANCE MOORE HARASSED ME AT SELF CHECK SAYING SHE NEEDED TO CHECK MY RECEIPTS I HAD MADE AN EXCHANGE FOR AN AIR MATTRESS MY SON WAS EATING WATERMELONS I PAID FOR AT THR CUSTOMER DESK AND INSTEAD OF ASKING NICELY SHE MADE THIS BIG SCENE YOUR ITEMS WASNT SCANNED IM WATCHING SHE WALKED UP BEHIND ME THE MOMENT I WALKED OVER TO SELF CHECK OUT NEVER BEEN TO THIS STORE BEFORE THAT DAY & WONT RETURN I PAID FOR EVERYTHING I HAD ALL MY RECEIPTS AND SHE WASNT APART OF ASSET PROTECTION WHICH THEY NEVER CAME WHICH MEANS SHE DIDNT CONSULT THEM SHE TOOK MATTER INTO HER OWN HANDS WALKING INTO MY FACE NO MASK HER ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING NEVER WILL I VISIT AGAIN

First time ever ordering anything and picking it up. Was notified one item (dog treat) was unavailable but their suggested substitution was good. Only waited about 3 minutes before employee came to my car to confirm the order. Items were what I ordered but one of the Roma tomatoes was unusable and the family sized boneless fresh chicken contained a breast with its bones intact. I would not even have noticed it.

What a cluster fu#@! This store is a shiphole. Cant find anything. And they dont have most of the items Im looking for. Tiny isles that 2 carts cant navigate. No associates to be found. I wont be back until they are done tearing it up. Good luck trying to reach their online customer service.

Walmart needs a better set up for self checking out. No room to put items you are purchasing. What happened to the previous check out stations ???

Poor. They were out of just about everything I wanted to get. From school supplies to groceries...This place is getting worse.On top of that they changed the store set up. I used to know exactly where everything was now I have to search for anything.They have the school supplies scattered out all over the store instead of in a central location so you have to go all over the store to find what you want/need.I believe that I may never go back to this store again!

As usually very few staff and the ones in sight not helpful at all. We let a person at the main door know there was drink on the floor and the young boy said so. Not his problem. We said will be when someone falls. He just shrugged. 2 other employees near by and heard every thing. NO ONE moved to get it up. One of the worst store staff in jax.

They should have registers open for hanicapped shopper not having workings just standiing around not wanting to answer questions...not a fan of scan and go...might start going to food lion

Apparently someone thought it was a grand idea to change the self checkout. Out of 9 of the self check out machines there were only 3 of then working. Given they are brand spanking new at that. Walmart has all this money but cant keep self checkout moving along. Maybe they should go back to having cashiers. This would stop the machines from breaking as well as give more job opportunities for people.

This location sucks!!!!! Not one single cash register now all self service. They expect you to scan and bag your entire purchase and wait forever for help if the machine screws up. An then on your way out the associates standing at the door are now profiling and picking and choosing who they want to view a receipt from. This isnt SAMs or COSTCO!! This shopper will not be back and I hope anyone that reads this does the same.

They are adding on and it will be one of the larger stores in the area. But as with everywhere in this post flu world inventory is short and hit or miss at best. Self checkouts have in New US fashion and quality control been installed backwards with no merchandise area and bags on the approach side. Tiny registers perhaps 3ft apart at best. Sam Walton is surely clawing at his casket and waiting for his heirs to show up so he can deal with their incompetenc.

Its Walmart so we all know theyre basically all okay considering you can get almost anything you need. This location was lacking a lot of inventory in juniors clothing, which is why I was there. Also if you arrive close to closing, like my boyfriend and I, you may have trouble getting anything in a locked case, even things like eyelashes. There were a few very helpful employees, however the manager at the time actually happened to be the person who was the least helpful and even lied and told my boyfriend that the case he needed unlocked was not able to be, due to an employee going home with the only key. Thankfully he was able to get help from another gentleman on site.

I needed a couple of items for the road. Showed up at c the time they were suppose to open. 6am. Had to wait until 6:10am. Not really a big deal, but I was in a hurry. Great place to shop

I shop Supercenter a lot. I found mostly everything I was disappointed 😞 that the prices were substantially higher than usual.

Associates are not very helpful unless its to harass the customers.To exit the store you have to pass thru a checkout lane were other customers think you are attempting to break in line. The Associates need to be retrained and taught that without customers you wouldnt have a Job.

Never have anything stocked up .employee are always rude and never what to be bothered and do not know anything. Lead manager did not help or ever know any thing. I use to come to this location because it was close to home and in walking distance I would come here a lot like twice a day or every other day but now I got to a different one that is further away. The only employees that helped me and were nice and very helpful and time was not a issue was Renyce and Saudia and princess..

Was very satisfied with vaccination experience at Walmart. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I am scheduled for my second shot in a few weeks! So glad to but this stage behind me!

If you want good customer service and an excellent shopping experience go some where else. Only good about this Walmart is the leaving part.

This is usually my go-to Wal-Mart. We have the option to go to 3 different locations that are within our home, but we usually go to this one because the selection is better. They are strictly a self-check out store, as I have not seen an actual person cashing out anyone in months. But the self check out goes really quickly and the associates there are always helpful and you dont have to stand there and try to get their attention.

Though going a in store modification, the store is still vary clean and decently stocked!

They only had one cashier open for the longest time. The line got so long that it was wrapping down the main alise of the store. Things got much better when they opened a 2nd cashier. Over all not a bad store. Meat looked a little funky and there are shortages everywhere.

It is a walmart. Currently going through a redesign. Not 24 hours. Decent neighborhood. Good deli. Subway in store

They had everything we needed. Friendly, helpful staff and plenty of self checkouts.

Walmart has become a hassle anymore! I believe combining self check out with the option the have a cashier! Also have the time there is only one checkout space if you are using cash! That is so unfair to those spending there hard earned cash because one line makes it a long line while those using cards are breezing right through! Not happy with Walmart at all right now and it used to be my favorite place to shop!

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to unfortunately its the only one close by. But when I have the time I drive 30mins to a different one. Shelves arent stock forget about getting help. They walk right by you and ignore you. And self check out should be an option not the only way to check out Walmart has cut there over head by having half the employees but keep raising their prices. So you cant get help with finding anything sense they have completely changed everything around then I have to ring up and bag my own stuff and then get treated like a theft when you try to leave

Parking was ridiculous. There was no sanitizer to clean the carts. The pharmacy shelves were bare. They had nothing that I came for. I grabbed a few from the market and had a long wait in line. There was a mix on we were wearing masks. But on a good note, the cashier was friendly and professional.

Love the new Pharmacy look all good there everything is moved around used to know where everything was but its okay if its there Ill find it thanks Walmart

Ive reviewed Walmarts from Florida to Texas as were full-time RVers. The store was clean, lay out wasnt like any I remember and that always makes for a little extra time shopping. But what impressed me most was an associate from another store that knew exactly where Damp Rid should be...the RV section....and then took us straight there like he was based at this location. Power play all day! 😁

The ladies in the self checkout were so helpful polite and nice. This Walmart is huge!! Every employee I encountered here were knowledgeable and more then helpful. Even the managers here are A+! They go above and beyond to put the customer first. Its been a while since I have been in a Walmart that gave a darn. I was very impressed by this Walmart!! Thank you!!

This is the first time I have been here in years. Surprised to see no lines. No waiting. Only came here for customer service...the employee was very nice and professional. I STILL HATE THIS LOCATION.

A lot of the staff they have working there seem to be there just to be sitting around talking to each other. I needed someone with keys to get into the case with their little light bulbs and the girl at the register I asked for help from just seemed irritated that I was disrupting her conversation with another employee and told me that there was nothing she could do to help me, that she didnt have keys for the case. So I had to remind her that she could call for someone for me who did have keys. Even over the loudspeaker you could hear the irritation in her voice. Another time I was going to the self checkout line I asked two employees who were sitting at the entrance of the self checkout line if the machine I was about to use accepted food stamps or not. One of them told me that yes, some machines do accept food stamps but it wasnt for them to know which ones and that I needed to try it out first and see. This to me is absolutely ridiculous. As far as I know, it is exactly what they are there for is to tell you like which machine accepts cash and which only cards. So before I scanned everything I had to do a test run with something to make sure that the machine did in fact accept food stamps. What would they have done if I had scanned all my items and then the machine did not accept food stamps? I had more there to pay for in cash than I did food stamps, but if the machine hadnt have accepted them then I would not have paid and just left.

Has everything one could imagine at best prices.

Was super clean . I didnt like being followed from the moment I stepped in the door but it is what it is. The people who worked there was very rude when we tried to give compliments and ask a question that acted like we didnt exist the employees need to be cleaned up horrible I wouldnt go back.

A lot of empty shelves. Some of the locals are also complaining about shady groups that come in and start taking stuff. I cant verify that rumor, but keep your wits about you.

Went to get a vaccination. The pharmacy department members were pleasant and helpful as well as efficient. Good experience

The people that work in the auto center do an amazing job with what they have. Because of sometimes being short staffed they somehow get the work out. People should realize these people are doing their best to serve everyone so please be patient with them.

As today the new set up for the self-check out cashiers are so awful and inconvenient. The people dont not where to go and the main path will be block with so many people. I dont know who came out with this new idea but it is not working at all, makes people to wait longer, confuse the costumer and block the main path. Other than that store is clean and people are friendly.

This store is one of the best Walmart Stores for having in stock the items that I need and want. The Garden Center is very good as is the Garden Center at the Store on Normandy Blvd. Philips Highway is pitiful. Like I said this Walmart is one of the best that I have visited and frequently use.

A lot of remodeling and things going on great spot for groceries and household items...

Associated was knowledge able so my transaction was done in reasonable time.

Store is being remodeled so didnt look very pretty inside and most Definitely they need to hire some cashiers because there were only two lines open up front and literally 30 registers not being used! So had to wait awhile to checkout unless you use the self checkout option.

This is the most unorganized an unfriendly pple that work here cause we waited at 3 different registers in line first one for 25min ended up going to the electronic theperson in front of us got to pay their but on our turn she said her register just logged her out so she couldnt ring us up. Then go to self checkout stand there another 15 or so min an get to that register they say only cards accepted ..so I left my buggie an everything in it at the register an walked out so needless to say I will not be going bac there ever ..an the pple that work there are just so unfriendly ..

Lem Turner is remodeling to put in a doctors office😡😡😡. Down sized the craft section and the yarn was not even stocked up😡😡😡😡😡😡. So thats it for this location. On the flip side the associate in crafts was very pleasant and helpful.

What customer service?! For 2 days I was hung up on for 2 hours in the pharmacy. When someone answered the phone, Dominick, laughed and said, We know who you are. Theres nothing here for you. Long story short, my Rd had been called in and Saturday when someone finally answered after 2 hours of being hung up on, they found it. The name was switched because it has a hyphen. Five mins after looking, voila it was there.

Customer service back in the TVs electronics department could use a little more like they like their customers maybe be a little more polite maybe needs a little more training. Where is there to ask questions to them for the answer and they act like its a its a damn chore are they look at you like were stupid we should already know this. Maybe Walmart should work on bumping up their skills a little bit on customer service in the electronics department back there.

This store didnt have cashiers available for the second time for me. Self checkout isnt for EVERYONE, especially the handicap and disabled. I wont come back to this store for that reason alone. Hope this is not the norm for all Walmart stores, if so Im taking my business elsewhere that caters to my needs!!!!!

Good walmart. I really like it. Except the layout is insane! I hate that things are so out of place compared to the other walmarts. And its so weird how some of the personal care products are kind of scattered around. But even with all this its a pretty big store and kind of an adventure going through.I love that they have a big clearance section for paint and auto care and they actually had the disposable tooth brushes that I cant find at any other Walmart. I think they are remodeling so things will probably be in disarray for a while. Oh and I also really love the self checkout. They actually have spacious sized kiosks so it makes checking out go much smoother. Really interesting store. :)

I like this store its usually clean easily accessible for locating products. The down side is not enough cashiers to check you out. They expect you to use self check out, I have used a few times and found its time consuming so I try not to use them.

Pick up and delivery service was once outstanding, but since Christmas it has gone down hill dramatically. Now is the 2 day in a row where I’ve sat for more than 30 minutes without one employee acknowledging me asking what I’m picking up but they’ve asked every single other person in the row who is waiting.I actually thought this place was one of the top pick up and delivery services in Jacksonville now they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel barrel.

Its not terrible, but the attitudes at the grocery pick up section needs improvement. Putting items in the car so aggressively that the milk gets damaged? I shouldnt have to be the only one talking. I was the only one there, so I dont get why the rudeness with me.

Avoid fishing section. Wanted a rod (without reel) of the 200 rods there none matched the tag. So couldnt decipher which rod cost what. Waste of time. Pay staff better and you may get more applicants or at least ones that can read and stock shelves.

This particular Walmart store that visited was difficult to find what I needed, Im not sure if they were reorganizing the store or going out of business. I bought a certain item thinking that it was a good deal only to be disappointed that it didnt fit my needs. The people doing the restocking was not the employees of the store but they did their best to help me. If you go to a store that is reorganizing, be patient and ask questions in order to not be in there longer that you desire
