Literally the best and cheapest place to fix your phone. Great customer service and very quick with repairs. Owner even waited on me to get across town and stayed open past closing time so I could drop my phone off. This is the ONLY iPhone repair place we use.

I walked in to this repair shop after going to Verizon and being told there was nothing they could do to get the data off my phone. While Im in tears, the gentleman quickly went to work on trying to repair the unresponsive device. In 20 minutes, he had it up and running with all my information still intact. His price for repair was the exact cost of what Verizons insurance would have cost me but I would have lost everything then. He was extremely knowledgable and even assisted again when the battery wasnt performing as it should. Customer service was top notch, price was exceptional, and expediency was perfect. I will absolutely return to him if I need any additional help for my devices.

My iPhone XR had broken crystals so I took it to Phone and Computer, and in 20 mins and less than Apple wanted to charge, my screen is brand new.I recently had an issue with my Mac and took here and he fixed it at a very reasonable price.I highly recommend this place for computer and cell phone problems. Went here a couple of weeks ago to get my phone fixed as I had dropped it on the floor completely blacking out my screen, the man working was very nice and did it in less than 20 minutes which was great as I had a wedding to go to that day as well so it was very convenient timing. I would give 5 stars if my phone didn’t have “ghost touch” now in the corners, especially for the price I payed. I tried to go back the same day to see if I could get it resolved as I don’t live in the area and was planning to leave the city that day as well to come home but the shop was closed early 😭

This place was great! I broke my screen twice in three weeks and went to two different places. The first one was WAY overpriced and took two hours... this place? It was the most affordable option in Jacksonville and he was done in 15 minutes! The screen from this place is much better quality and all the buttons work. Don’t go anywhere else! Went there today to replace broken screen on iPhone 7+. Got an immediate response and 20 minutes later the phone was looking as good as new. They added a screen protector as well. I also enquired about another phone screen and a non-functioning ASUS laptop. Though I was just looking for information, he was quite helpful and searched for parts online to give me an estimate. For laptop he actually advised me to not get it repaired as problem was likely to reappear.Very happy with the friendly, courteous and professional service and will return for any electronic repairs. By the way, their price was half of what I got from another nearby repair shop just 10 minutes prior.

Had an 6 year old laptop that was getting so slow I couldnt stand to use it anymore. Jason has made it run faster than the day it was new. He quoted me one size hard drive but when he noticed I had a lot of files, upgraded me for the same price and doubled my RAM for nothing. I paid 1/4 the price of a new laptop, it took one day and I dont have to switch to a new computer. Highly recommended, will use any time I have computer issues.

Went to an AT&T store that told me I may need a new speaker in my phone. They were very informative to either get a new phone, go to the apple store or try a phone repair store. I went to THE COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY CENTER on San Jose Blvd in the Bealls shopping center. He looked at my phone, cleaned it and i was out of the store in 5 minutes. By the way, no charge. Excellent service!!!!!! (i did tip him for is time)

This is the 2nd time I have come to have my phone repaired but they have closed early again. They say they are open until 6:30 but lock the doors around 6:10. They stand inside and look at you and wont even answer the phone. Dont waste your time with these losers.
