Guys, listen. If you need your phone repaired, you have to bring it to this place. Last night, I destroyed the screen on my iPhone 11. I was in a panic because I leave for vacation early tomorrow morning. No time to haggle with Apple or AT&T about getting my phone repaired. So I called this place as soon as they opened. The nice lady that answered said she could fix it in 45 minutes for a price better than I expected. I dropped it off at about 10:30, and just picked it up on my lunch break. It looks brand new and works perfectly! I cant thank them enough for making a stressful situation a little easier for me.

My iPhone XR took 6 months to crack after dropping it hundreds of times so after it did crack a few days ago I took it to this place. They did a good job it seemed and my phone looked brand new. Not even 2 days later I drop it on my wood floor cause it fell out off my chair. Not even a foot and a half off of the ground and it cracks EVEN WORSE than it was from 6 months of dropping it. The screen is EXTREMELY cheaply made and cracks way too easily. I will definitely not be coming back to this place ever again.

This is my 1st time with this business. Took my kids mini iPad 2 to fix the broken glass screen. On a Tuesday, no one called me, ever. Came by Thursday paid and noticed the glass wasn’t sealed correctly or completely so I had to tell them to keep it. Come back Saturday take it home and my kid notices as soon as she sees it the sealant has dried outside of the area it’s supposed to seal. Not sealed in other places. Glass is even raised. Should I even take it back??—-***they called to offer to fix and gave me a discount **. Most companies don’t care- I am IMPRESSED!!- taking it in now!

They are Super fast but for some reason almost every time I and friends Ive referred seem to have some kind of glitch that we have to take it back a second time. I went in for a replacement battery on my Pixel 1. I was warned that the screen could break during the replacement, which would cost an additional $80 to fix. Despite my being from out of state (I showed them my drivers license) and having no likelihood of ever having further business from me, my screen did not break. It is so refreshing to find honest people doing such great work quickly (1 hour to replace after the battery came in the next day). 5 star rating (plus another star for integrity =D ).

Service wasnt bad but they broke the back of my phone! Brought it in for a screen repair, they tell me they had to break the back to fix the front which is the craziest thing Ive ever heard of. Now Ive got to take time out of my day again for them to repair the back of my phone. 🤦🏾‍♀️

My experience with this company is the worse encounter that I have ever experienced! I went to this company seeking repairs for my phone. Originally, they told me that it was my battery. They provided me with a battery exclaiming that this would fix the problem. I went on with my day, and the phone had the same problem reoccur. I informed them and they asked me to bring the phone back, but they would need it for a few hours. I did just that and went back to the location hours later. They then told me that there was a bigger issue with my phone and now they would need $50 extra and 2 weeks for repairs. I had reservations; however, I agreed to trust them with my phone once again. Tomorrow makes 3 weeks and I still am out of a phone. I called and spoke to management and explained that Im from a distant area with a mother in the hospital as well as a one year old. The gentlemen said that he could not give me a date of when my phone would be ready, but he would make some calls and call me back. No surprise, he didnt! The next day they left my fiance a voicemail saying that they still dont have a date, but my phone is back on its way to their location. I provided them with a phone number at point of sale and throughout this process they have only reached out to me once, after I contacted them for the second time in regards to my phone. This is my first experience using a repair company instead of going through my mobile carrier. However, due to this disgusting and totally unprofessional experience, I will NEVER use a phone repair company again!!

I took my Motorola Droid Z Play in because my charging port wasnt working. I didnt know if it was the port..or the battery. The young lady there said that maybe she could clean the phone port out real quick. She had my phone for less than 5 minutes..brought it out to me and said...the port was just really dirty. I told her great! and asked her what I owed her. She said nothing at all..have a great day! Phone is working perfectly again! I went to the Atlantic 10000 Cellphones and I had my screen replaced. The screen looked amazing , they were really fast and the prices were reasonable so that was awesome, but my front facing camera now looks blurry/fuzzy. I called the store and they told me to bring it back up there. I waited 20 minutes for them to clean it and it still has a fuzz to it. I told the girl at the counter that it was fine only because they made me seem as if I was in the wrong. I don’t think I’ll bring any other device to this store only because my issue was not resolved.

Theyve repaired a few phones for me and my husband and have great prices. But my recent experience has turned me away from them for good. They lied about being able to get a part in. They told us it would take a week for them to get the part in to fix my husbands phone. We understood and left his phone to be repaired. I called a week and a half later to check on the status. Come to find out, the part was on back order the entire time and they didnt bother to let us know! I did some research and found out they arent even certified to get the part. Who knows what they were trying to do. I dont know why they even took the phone in the first place. They should have said, Sorry cant help you. Instead they wasted a week of our time.

One of the WORST places Ive ever gotten a phone fixed/repaired/looked at. Ill give them the one star because the employees were nice in the beginning, the first time I brought my phone here. Ive had to bring my phone back a total of three times now to have the screen replaced due to issues with the screen not working. The first time I took my phone in, I went in with my fingerprint scanner working and left with it not working. I had it fixed and now the third time Ive brought my phone in today to have the defective screen replaced AGAIN, I am leaving AGAIN with a fingerprint scanner that DOES NOT WORK. They refuse to do anything about it. AT ALL. No discount, no fixing it, NOTHING. I am furious!! So, if you want everything to work on your phone after you get a screen replaced... do not take it here cause who knows what might be wrong with it when you leave with it. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.

Great place to fix your phone at! I dropped my iPhone 4 and cracked my screen. I didnt know what to do until I searched for cellphone repair shops on google and 10,000 cellphones appeared first. I live closer to the Arlington location and man they were very helpful! 80 bucks to fix your iPhone 4 screen Ill take that! Pretty much my experience here was the best! They even played a movie to kill the wait time. Great place and nice people to be around with!

I called a couple of places around town and 10,000 Cellphones had the best price and offered to complete the repair within the hour. The phone was repaired on time and the quality of the parts used appear to be on par with the original. They even threw in a complimentary cell phone case because they saw how battered my current case was!I am hoping (for my daughters sake) that I never need to get my phone repaired ever again. But if and when I do, I know exactly where to go!Kudos!

Galaxy S5 charging port, fixed same day for $75. Galaxy S4 screen broken, just needed photos. They loaned a screen to enable copying the pictures to an SD card and charged the data recovery rate of $45. Great same day service, appreciate the friendliness, flexibility, and helpfulness.

I shut my phone off and it wouldnt turn back on, and after hours of trying, finally came back on but with a screen that pretty much looked burnt. It wouldnt take any calls, so i was pretty sure that it was gone for good, but in a last effort, i took it here to make sure. The staff was extremely friendly and really helpful. I was completely prepared to buy a new phone, but they took it in the back to test out and came back a few minutes later telling me that it was just the LCD that needed to be replaced. They told me that they could fix it on the spot and shortly after, i had a fully functional phone again. Its great to know that theres an honest repair shop with great customer service that isnt just out there to try and take your money. Great experience with good quality work. Ill definitely go back there for any of my future cell phone needs!

I recently had a great experience. I found a permanent mark on the screen of my iPhone 6 Plus. I was referred to 10,000 cell phones on Atlantic by a friend and Michael immediately looked at my phone and said it was most likely due to water damage. He told me what to expect and warned me of possible future functional issues if the battery had water damage too. In less than 40 minutes, I had a brand new screen with a screen protector to boot! Not great. I do have a new G2 so I didnt expect a perfect job but the tech that fixed my cracked screen looked like they took a hacksaw to the edges of the case to get the glass to fit. The case was returned to me not completely closed and still cant close it completely. And now the glass plate is popping out. I priced the part to do it myself and that ranged from 20-40 bucks at most. Yet I was quoted 150 dollars but charged over 160 dollars for the work. That is well over 100 bucks an hr for labor! Next time I will just do it myself. I dont mind paying for experience but that is not what I got and it was too overpriced. The pros to this place are that I didnt have to wait on the part and the service was very fast. Disapointed : (
