Absolutely, positively the most unprofessional, shady workmanship Ive experienced in 50 years of being on this earth. I was given a recommendation to go to see these guys, and unfortunately, they did not know the kind of corners the owner (himself) cuts. Let me first start by saying, I ride a 2017 Indian Roadmaster (still under full warranty). I dropped my bike off thinking that I was going to get the best possible care, especially because of the recommendation. When I went to go pick my bike back up 2 days later, I test road it, and noticed that my clutch lever was all the way facing down. The owner stated that he didnt touch the clutch lever, yet when he went to loosen the screws holding the clutch lever, the bottom screw was completely loose. I test road my bike and rode up and down Blanding a few times trying the volume levels, etc. Then.. my bike just shut off! All power, not just the stereo... everything. I restarted my bike on the move, and it shut off again, 4 more times. I finally got back to Rollin Sound, and the owner took my seat off, and the main power wire to the amplifier (located in my trunk), was shorting out on a metal bracket that supported the bike seat. Rather than running the wire around the bracket, he took another short cut, and ran it over it. I get my bike home and I notice that my windshield was missing a screw and back washer. Lovely. There was a huge drop of some sort of adhesive (resembled model glue or super glue), that was dropped on my lowers (directly under the fairing). The stereo sounded better, through the additional speakers, but nothing worth $1,100. Plus, the speakers are shorting out somewhere (since the 3rd day) because the speakers in the front will just stop playing, and only the back will play for about 5 seconds, and then the front speakers will finally play sound again. About 2 weeks after I had the speakers and amplifier installed, my bike started running really bad, and I had to bring it to Holeshot Powersports to find out why. Since I was nearly due for my 15,000-mile service anyway, I authorized the maintenance to be done. THANKFULLY this involves taking apart the fairing, to check the front forks! Why? Just look at the pictures! Wires cut too short, power wires used in some places, rather than actual speaker wire, cloth tape wrapped around TWISTED WIRES, no quick disconnects for any of the wires in the fairing, so the wires had to be all taken apart in order to tear the fairing apart to perform the maintenance. He soldered the wires to the speakers, rather than a quick disconnect for each. It 2.5 HOURS worth of labor from the mechanics at Holeshot Powersports to get my bike back to where it would not void my warranty. Mind you, this 2.5 hours was JUST for rewiring the fairing! I didnt have the money to pay them to get into the rear speakers and trunk (where the amplifier is located).Save yourself the trouble, time, and even if you have to pay more for your stereo system... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Oh! and the attached picture of the big harness connector.. That is my RIDE COMMAND harness connector. Apparently Rollin Sound decided that a screw driver or something was a great tool to use to pry it apart to disconnect it.. If this connector comes apart because of the broken area.. I will have to replace that too at a heavy price tag. Ive been out of town several times since this installation by Rollin Sound, busy as heck at work, and stressed beyond words.. needless to say, this is why I am posting this so late. Not happy!

The window tinted install in a 2020 new car and charged over $200 for driver side and passenger window. Once completed had scratches in the tint and the guy had to redo the with an attitude. Upon payment he then declared no tint is perfect but that was not the conversation upon selling the product and install. Upon closer inspection when I got home there were scratches on the passenger window side as well. There was dripping of some liquid all on the doors. I feel taken and a disregard for a customers property. I did phone the very next morning regarding the scratches and he said he will redo the window as I had made an appointment for them to complete the windshield. Needless to say I cancelled that appointment. I did arrive late in the evening closer to closing and the energy of the window tint dude was negative. I take some responsibility as I should have followed my instinct and come back another day. I actually suggested if he could not do the tint I could come back but since he had some no shows that day he wanted to make some cash I guess! I was surprised by the service as prior to the tint I had an install of a radio in my other vehicle which was perfect as well as the customer service. We all have off days but if you cant complete a service to near perfection one shouldnt attempt to do so. Everyone is working hard for their money and not giving it away for less than perfect.

I am so pleased with the service I received on Tuesday morning getting a car alarm reinstated. What I thought was going to take at least 3 hours was done in 1 hour and about 30 minutes or so. I felt confident that we were recommended to the right place the minute my sister and I was greeted by Lee. He made us feel welcomed, quoted us a descent price, and scheduled us to come in. When I made it to my appointment, I still received the same welcome. He told me he would do his best to get me fixed up in less time and he did just that. I wondered if he cut any corners due to him finishing a lot sooner but I have not seen any signs that he did. I am loving the smile on my sisters face each time see talks about the alarm.One thing is for sure, I shall return to get a stereo system installed next. Who knows, maybe others will be enticed to listen to more gospel music once they hear it on my new system😅😅. May GOD continue to bless Lee and his team.

The professional service from this Rollin Sound location was much more than expected. I baby my Tbird and was a nervous wreck about getting its sound system updated. Lee calmed my fears and with a total custom install that leaves the car interior looking completely untainted other than the new head unit, I couldnt be more pleased. The sound is Fing insane! 150 bucks to add 3 zip ties my system was already done I just did not need to run a wire from my rear output to my amp. When I left he told me my head unit did not work which he should have tested prior to doing any work. He said he had a tone tester to test it with but waited until he did the work and then tested it. What a skilled crook I will never go back. And to add I never changed anything they did a sloppy quick job and I changed nothing wow what a liar 😱 OMG

These guys installed two stereos with all the goodies and two different vehicles of mine I got a good price I got a great product and the owner operator there he was very patient with me explained how everything worked and it was really nice to be treated like a customer or should I say a valued customer will doing a good job youll never regret it! Rollin Sound is awesome!!! Took my 2019 HD Road Glide Special there to have the stereo equipment updated. Lee gave it to me straight, the stuff I brought was okay. Rolling Sound did a good job hooking my scatterbrained aunt up with a IID(Ignition interlock device) on her car. Taught us how to use it and everything. Will recommend them for any car audio needs and IID installs.

Have been going here for years. Just had my Suburu Crosstrek done with a 60% heat reduction. It is amazing. Jeff always does a great job and the tint lasts for years. My daughters car was done in 2006 and the tint is still perfect. I do not get my tinting done anyplace else.

DISHONEST.My Kenwood GPS Navigation System was cutting off after about a minute and I did not know what was wrong. I took it to Rollin Sound where they told me it was at the end of its life. Only to find out later, all they had to do was enter the anti-theft code because the battery had recently been replaced. I asked for my Kenwood system back after they installed the new device. I have no doubt if I had not asked for it back it would be installed in someone elses vehicle at full cost. I should have done more research on my own, but its extremely disappointing to be taken such advantage of........It was absolutely at the Blanding location. You listened to my stereo for about a minute until it cut off and then told me I needed a new one. It was back on November 1, 2018 when I was there but only recently found out what the real problem was with my GPS System.So either you are dishonest or you dont know your business very well.

Nice guys I just feel that what I wanted to be done was a lil to pricy I went some where else where it was $60 cheaper with a lifetime warranty as well.

Came in the other day with my civic, I had a nice JL sound system that I needed installed. Had been looking around at the other rollin sounds and daddy os for reviews and this place had the highest rating I had seen so far and they really do show forth their quality. I was seen within a couple minutes of walking in and got a run down of what was needed to be done and gave me a fair price for their quality of work. I even came to watch at times the progress and they take care of all the details even down to the smallest of organization. My amp and wiring setup for all my speakers and subs was beautifully done, im impressed.
