Very fast service and a great price. Better to deal with than other companies just down the road.

Was told to bring my vehicle in at 9 in the morning for drop off service. Not only did the installer call out of work, nobody bothered to inform me of that and I showed up on time. Was told they could fit me in the following week. These guys are trash.

Went here with lx civic coupe to get a new radio and two 12 subs and dropped my keys off 2and a half maybe 3 hours go bye i call and he says its ready to pick up im like hellyeah get there before paying he showed me how everything worked and then i paid it was sooo worth it my civic thumps now

If you need audio for your car these people do amazing work. If your looking for conversation this isnt the place to go. Thank the Jacksonville GODS these people put I n Audio. Super Job.

I had an issue where I couldnt tell if my sub or Amp was bad. They diagnosed it and offered a great deal on a new subwoofer and box. Price was cheaper than expected and Rick and Lee were very affable which made the experience so much better... Thanks guys!

I went to many local stereo installation places to view their work vs. PricesI had these folks install my system and watched the process. Their work is neat,clean,and professional. My appointment was on time and they delivered as mentioned time wise. I also utilized the gentlemen that hand washes cars on their location and he does a marvelous job. Great experience overall

The tinting material is of so low quality, my car still heats up within minutes of being parked. Its an oven. Now I have to research different brands, have the stuff from this store removed, and new tint installed. The tint in my Dads car 30 years ago worked much better than this. How do they source such crappy materials?

Took care of installing my cars radio. Said it would be an hour and a half and it took about 30 mins tops. I’ll definitely be back to get some subs installed and get windows tinted.

I had a radio installed in there they took such good care of me I drive a jeep that is not secure for an expensive radio but they made it secure in the jeep that no one ever can steal it they were great and they made sure I knew how everything worked I would go there again

Great crew!! they described the issue and gave me multiple options instead of just an expensive one. replaced my sub woofer and wiring. even took the time to fix the Bluetooth connection issues so I didnt have to buy a new stereo. Honest and saved me money!! I definitely will recommend and use them again

Rolling Sound has been doing the Navigation Stereo and window Tinting in our personal and our deliver vehicles for our company as well as for the last 23 years . I have never seen anything low quality come out of their shop. There is nobody do our trucks but Rolling sound. .

I had to replace a broken radio with a new Pioneer system. The install required replacing a 1 din unit with a 2 din system and moving AC controls. Steve and his staff did an outstanding job !!!

Excellent service at best prices I found in Jacksonville.

I went here last November and had a smallpowered subwoofer installed, worked great. When I decided to upgrade to 2 12inch subs and an amp, I decided to give them my business again. This was a mistake since they hooked up my amp and subwoofer wrong which caused my front speakers to make weird noises. I had to take my car elsewhere to get their error fixed considering I live far away. Had I taken it to them Im not sure they wouldnt have tried to charge me more money to fix their own error, either way would not recommend this place to anyone.

This guy is great, had a website tint that had ripped and he honored the warranty without any hassle or questions

Wow so my wife goes to get the tint job fixed because of trash on the window from when theydid it a week ago the guy up front was very nice but this guy Robbie acted like an ass to my wife because he had to fix his screwup wow dud u are why women hate getting anything done to there cars thanks alot

The window tint guy ripped off the tint he had put on the windows and the back window and I was sent on my my way. I wasnt dogging the install guy. The tint installed on the windows had looked good after it had been installed. I asked the guy about an area to the right which needed the squeegy. I asked the tint guy about a 1/16th of an inch area at the bottom left of the window. The installer then ripped all the tint off the windows. I was told by the manager that the installer was a 20 year window tinter who had just had two of his dogs euthanized during the week. I was told the guy was having a rough week. I dont know if I got some line from the manager or if he was being truthful. I was just trying to watch over my investment. I got a bad Rhino Liner job years ago. The finish never got as hard as it should have. So I thought Id pay attention to make sure I dont pay for something again that Ill be unhappy about. I was polite and friendly but I acted like a conscientious consumer. I was sent on my way. I never cussed or raised my voice. All in all I WASTED my time going to Rollin Sound and now I have NO TINT on any of the glass in my truck. I have made an appointment for next Saturday with FIREHOUSE WINDOW TINTING which is ALSO on BEACH BLVD. I found SIX PAGES chock full of 5 STAR REVIEWS for that companys EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. What I am saying is SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE of dealing with NON PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE like the ones at ROLLIN SOUND on BEACH BLVD. Just drive down Beach Blvd to find FIREHOUSE WINDOW TINTING. And these people right now have a wating list of ONE WEEK. You dont have that at Rollin Sound on BB. Good quality customer service can generate and JUSTIFY a waiting list. And I for one will SUPPORT a company that believes in treating a customer with some respect. Ive been to Rollin Sound twice now. They also put my car stereo in my truck but I am tired of dealing with this company and their low brow mentality.

Well I went to the Rollin Sound on Beach Blvd They did a great job on my tint job !!!! They did not rob me I paid a fair price and they went above and made me a Happy Guy Thank You Steve and staff I will be back for a new radio.

This was not a very good experience...i had an aftermarket stereo put in that i bought online and these guys cut into my wire harness without telling me that it would void my factory warrenty....if i would have known that i would have went a different route....but anyways...whats done is done. They didnt even check to make sure things worked after the install...the auxiliary cable didnt work and no cd could be put in the unit...here i thought it was my fault buying a Chinese made unit.So what i did was i took it over to Miami Audio in the flea market to have these guys check out their work...apparently there are screws on top of the unit that have to be taken out before install so that you can put the cd in...guess what....they were still in there. Took them out cd/dvd works great. Pretty amateur mistake from what i hear. Then the aux cable was messed up...not sure what was wrong with that but they fixed it right up. on top of that these guys cant keep a customer on the phone who was about to spend hundreds of dollars on a brand new unit...sure glad i didnt waste any more of my money with them. GO TO MIAMI AUDIO FAMILY BUSINESS AND THEIR FULL OF CAR AUDIO KNOWLEDGE
