Paul is a superior salesman. His many years of experience as a tile and flooring installer give him a depth of knowledge regarding products and how to get the best final result. He has been available for questions regarding the flooring and tile products we purchased, and has gone above and beyond to provide us with helpful information. Highly recommend him! Old 5* Review: Marilyn was a great help choosing materials for our home renovation. Conveniently located right off US1.Updated 1* Review: After having such a great experience the first time, we returned to ProSource to pick out wood flooring for all our bedrooms. The experience went very well working with Maryilyns new assistant (sorry, his name escapes me), and we were able to take home several samples and ended up picking out a very nice wood flooring.Where the 1* review comes is that after we picked out wood floor in late-ish December, our builder contacted us in early January to verify that we had actually picked out a wood floor that was $12/sq ft. We had actually picked out an $8/sq ft floor. Well, after going back and forth with the ProSource, it turns out that the price had increased since we selected it just a few weeks ago, and ProSource refused to honor the old price. As a consolation, Marilyn suggested a replacement flooring that was nowhere near the quality of the original selection, was made in China rather than Canada, had really bad reviews on the internet, and wasnt even close to the color we picked (other than also being a shade of brown). So we will be buying the flooring for our bedrooms elsewhere, and wont be back to ProSource again. I cant recommend a flooring company who doesnt stand behind their advertised prices when you pick out your flooring. Thats just wrong and not a way to do business.Updated 3* review: They contacted us through our builder and compromised on the price. It still wasnt the original quoted price, though, and the whole incident should have never happened, so I will only increase the review to 3*.

Great place for trade professionals to select and purchase materials. Paul, my account manager, is amazing! Always helpful, very responsive and always there when needed. Paul is very knowledgeable, easy going and professional. He has been my sales rep for several years and I cannot imagine working with anyone else.

Paul is very responsive to his customers, and provides excellent service. Their prices are the best in town because it’s wholesale, and most orders not in stock are available in only a couple of weeks.

ProSource is a great place overall. You have got to be a member or know a member in order to purchase from them. Prices are not the lowest overall, although most of their products are of a good quality. There are sales events so to speak, but you have to ask the sales reps about them and to see if you can save some additional money. But it is only during specific days. Good place for a designers, contractors, etc to refer customers to select a product for specific design. Everything has to be ordered and not in stock, so expect 5-10 business days for a delivery If not more.

We had very different experiences with ProSource. The first time it was perfection, and ordered on time, and arrived on time. The second time our order was backordered and the communication to us was non existent. We had cement floors for a week, and so I am confused as to what happened, as we were told it was in stock. It was very difficult to have anyone call you back with an explanation, or update.They need to have a conversation with staff about customer service. I should add that we did get the floor in and it is beautiful!

Great store, nice selection of flooring options and the gentleman who helped us, Paul, was awesome. Exceptional customer service given to us by him! The blonde front desk receptionist, however, was terrible. She had us sign in when we got there & never even told Paul we were there to see him?! We waited a really long time for nothing. That annoyed me. I didn’t want the 5star rating I gave this store to reflect the poor customer service we received from the receptionist.

What a great experience! Jeff was fabulous with my cabinet and granite selections and design. He was very helpful in arranging out of town shipping for me and keeping me posted through out the process. Would absolutely use ProSource again and recommend to anyone!

I was so pleased with the selection of flooring at Prosource. More than that, Paul Horwath was very helpful and patient during my many visits to select samples for my new home. He knows his product very well and provided the guidance I needed as a first-time buyer of hard-wood floors. We used Coastal Flooring of Jacksonville to install our floors. WOW! These guys were absolutely amazing. They were efficient with their time, pleasant to speak to, and genuinely enjoy the work they do. I am so very happy with the floor I chose, the installation, and my home is stunning.

The show room floor and selection is good however Customer Service needs work. Also dont try and do a return here its like pulling teeth. Sales people seem so nice and wonderful at first but then if you need anything the attitude completely changes they make you feel like a complete inconvenience. Overall we had an OK experience but when spending $15,000 its not how I expected to be treated… We certainly will never purchase anything from pro source again.

They have so many pretty options, its hard to pick! Marilyn and her team are so helpful and knowledgeable to assist in making decisions.

ProSource can provide prices for various products such as Çarpet, wood, tile, etc. However, sales rep. wil contact the Subcontractor or contractor and determine the purchase price - contractor price or retail price.Would suggest to use a sales rep that has extensive experience at ProSource. We were assigned to a representative and she was not very experienced in the products and did not return phone calls or emails timely. I had to make numerous calls and attempted to contact other sales reps. or the manager. Could not contact another rep. for assistance.Recent Customer

The products we purchased @ ProSource, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets and ceramic tile were all top quality and they arrived on schedule.

I’m an interior designer and have been working with Prosource for about a year and do a lot of business with them. I had excellent luck getting Paul as my rep, and also working with Jeff in kitchen (cabinets). Honestly I couldnt be happier I found them. I’ll shoot Paul a quick email of what I need, he pulls it, and I can even use my key fob after hours to run in and grab my samples. It’s a members only place, and your rep is key. So when other reviews talk about service, understand it’s not a typical retail store. Once you have a relationship with whoever you’re partnered with, they become like a member of your team and can be a HUGE asset. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I just finished designing and ordering complete kitchen cabinets from ProSource JAX. Jeff has been great to work with and I am a very discerning homeowner. I have become a fan!

The customer service here is a joke. Apparently they dont believe in at least listening to the customer before making their mind up on a customer service issue. I work in a service industry and was appalled at how poorly I was treated. Do NOT come to this place, they will upset you and waste your time + money.

Good sales people with quality products

For those who have had experiences less than desired....Keep in mind this is a showroom for designers and installers. If you are a homeowner who is not experienced with renovations, hiring a professional contractor or designer is most helpful with working out kinks, and speed bumps throughout the renovation process, may that be from design aesthetic, functionality, or the ordering process. I have been in the design and remodeling field for over 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about the Prosource Location in Jacksonville. The staff is wonderful and the selection is outstanding. Again, if you are a homeowner, you may be more suited for the big box stores if you are attempting a project solo. If you arent expecting bumps along the way, Then buying new or hiring a project manager ( along with the additonal cost ) in order to eliminate the normal problems that homeowners encounter by tackling larger renovation projects on their own, may be more suited for you. As a professional designer, and project coordinator, I will continue to utilize Prosource for my projects going forward, just as I have for years.Sincerely,Chris with Modform Designs.

Buyer beware - if you order from ProSource, you will have a long road ahead of you, and you may have to wait 2+ months before your order comes in. I get a free membership to ProSource through my work. I figured I would take advantage of the membership and buy some tile and other items for the new home my husband and I are building. (Even though I was warned by a few contractors not to use them. They had bad experiences with them in the past apparently.)On March 18, I ordered over 300 sq feet of tile and bullnose for our master bathroom. I was told by the general manager that the materials are in stock at the vendors and will ship ASAP to be received the middle of next week. My credit card was charged, and I thought everything was ordered and on its way. By March 25, I checked back in with the general manager to ensure we were on track for my order, and was told that everything but the bullnose had arrived (which would be delayed until April 17!!!) Three weeks past the original timeline I was given. I was furious. This would set back our entire project. Our tile installer didnt even want to start the project until he had all the tile (including the bullnose). So ProSource sent us one piece of bullnose in a different color so that our installer would be able to use it for measurement purposes. I was assured I would have the bullnose by 4/17. So we continued with our project, counting on the bullnose pieces arriving by 4/17. Well, it gets worse. By 4/16, I had heard nothing, so I contacted the general manager again. I was told that there would be further delays with Happy Floors (the vendor) and they would now be looking at May 8 before we received the bullnose. An additional 3 weeks wait!! Completely UNACCEPTABLE! Almost 8 weeks from when I placed my order to now - and we STILL do not have the bullnose pieces we need. This has been such a disaster from the start. I am frustrated and disappointed in ProSource for dragging us through the mud and giving us their word, and then constantly going back on it. This delay has cost us additional time and money and stress. It has delayed our inspections and ultimately our move in date. Our tile installer has had to make several trips out to our house and to ProSource already, and the bullnose is still not here. If I had known it would have been this stressful, I would have never placed an order with ProSource. I have been disappointed in the lack of communication and/or urgency on ProSources part to get us our order on-time. I feel completely duped by ProSource for taking my money and not telling me that I would have to wait 2 months for my order to come in. I will never do business with ProSource again, and I will make sure to tell all my coworkers about my horrible experience with this company.
