Most inexpensive gas that I found in the area. Plenty of spaces available and the dock master was very helpful directing where to park and grabbing lines to tie off.

Great marina, lower priced than across the ICW. Plenty of amenities including a sparkling pool, laundry and clean bathrooms. Docks are floating cement, very nicely made. Electric and water services at the slips. (30 and 50amp). Channel is clearly marked off the ICW but is fairly narrow. Fuel dock available and easy to get to from the channel.

Stopped by to refuel and overnight on the way to the Bahamas...super excellent staff...awesome dock hands...more than helpful and friendly...located right off the ICW...prime example of how to operate a marina...my hats off to all of the employees and owners...will be back again and highly recommend...just pay attention upon entering their channels at low tide and high winds

Unbelievably Rude - Wow - No seriously rude. Amazingly terrible.I made a mistake by trying to dock my boat with these people. Called on the phone and was quoted a price. Dropped by their office to confirm and sign the deal. Waited while the receptionist ended a customer phone call. She must not like the customer because she rolled her eyes and made hand gestures about him before hanging up.I told her the pricing I had received over the phone. She told me I was incorrect. Not that I had made a mistake. That I was incorrect. You know in a rude snotty manner that some people present. Then a male. I assume her boss came out. He proceeded to tell me I wrong. Again - Not I am sorry but you misunderstood. You know basic courtesy, polite manners, dare I say professionalism?No between the two, they were the most rude people I have interacted with in a very long time.Funny - In the end I was at the incorrect place. I had contacted another marina right down the road. Such a shame that these people were so rude. I will go out of my way to let everyone I know that this place and these people are terrible.

This is NOT a fancy marina and they do NOT have six feet of water at low tide. We saw mostly two foot nine inches at low tide. I dont like dragging my props or engine intakes through 2-9 of mud or muck. The pool looked nice, but it was in the middle of the parking lot, not appetizing. If they had not lied about the depth I may have given them a there star rating.

Nice. Clean private showers. Easy access to Food, Groceries, Pharmacy.Reasonable dockage rates. Great staff.Only caveat is shallow approach. I saw 2.4 ft @ low tide. Tide range is about 3 ft. So be aware.

Youve heard the expression, Dont be a Karen, but at this marina you can meet her!She holds the door closed when youyou try to enter the marina office, she yells at children to clear a path for HER and will not hesitate to inform you when she thinks you owe her money. The manager, Skip, might consider sending her to a course on how to treat fellow human beings, or even a night class on customer service. Please improve!

Close to grocery shopping. Clean laundry and showers. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Easy access to the ICW, St. Johns River, the Atlantic Ocean and beyond. Great stop to refit or restock in a metropolitan area before heading north or south. About four feet of water in the slip at very low tide. Good facilities, parking and walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Stayed there a month bathrooms were pretty clean staff very friendly. Only downside is the depth we draw 6.5 came and left at high tide no problems. I would stay again no problems!

The only reason this facility isnt worthy of 5 stars is age. The shine is off, but its kept functional, has everything youd expect as a transient stopover, great staff, wonderful location, and reasonable costs. The entry channel can be worrisome with 5 draft, but it appears the marina dredges more or less continuously. Even when the bottom shows as too shoal, it seems to be just slurry. Advance the throttle and plow on!

This is a great Marina and the folks that manage the marina are terrific! Karen in the office is super and they work with boat owners very well. It feels very private in the cove as well! Nice pool too! Im very happy to be there - it was a great choice!Only knock is Isle of Palms service. They can ruin a weekend like no other and they are rude to folks who have boats at the Marina.

Second time to get fuel here.Both times was overcharged on the diesel fuel. Requested per gallon price including tax. But charged a higher & different per gallon $ amount.I returned & was credited the difference without any argument. They apologized.All I can say is BEWARE of the final charge. Oddly this has occurred two separate times.

These people were very friendly and helpful. This was my maiden voyage on my sons boat. And it was my 60th Birthday! I had a great time.

I bought a boat that was stored in this marina and Was taking information with Karen , because we were thinking 🤔 to leave our boat there but her attitude was crucial to make my decision!!! She has no respect or kindness... paciente? I don’t think she know the meaning of this word , plus she speak to loud no sense , hurts my hear she looked at me while I was asking questions like I’m dumb, she said that I was stressed , I was not you know what she told me ? Maybe boating will make you relax a little bit , do you really think this is how you speak to a customer? And I asked her several questions maybe dumb questions because I don’t know how the marina works , how they charge , what the procedures, that is her job to answer my questions for more dumb they are right? I told her that to be more patient with me because I didn’t know how things works , she said well I never been asked this kind of questions, what? Seriously Mrs. Karen? That is your job honey!! Owner I advise you to better train receptionist to more polite and respectful with your costumers!! She has no right to talk to me or anyone else this way , she said others things to that I don’t wanna mention here . I felt humiliated and disrespected by this woman that could be my grandmother ! That’s why I Didn’t respond how she deserved

Keep my boat in dry storage. Very helpful staff, attentive, polite, and courteous. Floating docks in good condition, pump out station. Great experience.

Honestly one of the best dealership experiences ever. There where issues in the delivery but a good sign of a great company is when they step out of there way to get you taken care of when these things happen.Go see a man named Chris R. you wont be disappointing.

I called up there looking for a slip for a month as we are headed up the St. John river to store our sailboat on the hard for a while but the marina that is storing us had no slips. The lady that answered the phone spent more time coughing in my ear and complaining about how her neck hurt than help me with getting a slip. She took my info and then at the end informed me that the slip was dredged to 6 at MLW but that I should be OK sitting in the mud as I wasnt going anyhwere. We have a wing keel and draft almost 6 feet. I expressed my concern about a possible side loading of the keel should the river get blown out too much. She then sarcastically told me good luck finding a place with more depth and then rudely recommended a marina in downtown jacksonville with 70 feet of water and an 11 knot tide (she probably meant current). I guess they think they are the only marina in town and customer service is not required. We will definitely be bypassing this place and probably writing an article about it. We ended up down at Ortega as Bruce gave us a call as we hung up with her indicating he had a deeper slip available that he would be happy to put us in.

The folks here at Palm Cove Marina dont value long term customer loyalty. We were told after storing here for 3 years that our slip had a waiting list on it and we could either pay $100 extra per month to stay or vacate. Well take our business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Being a 40 ft Transient it was interesting to arrive Sunday afternoon. They are more attuned to their in & out dry storage customers. We got diesel but the fuel dock was a zoo with even jet skiis. The dock guys were friendly but too busy. I had to hold the nozzle, change tanks & take it across the dock & back to the pump myself. They gave us a slip on C Dock but when I looked, they were pulling in another boat there - a big boat, 50+ ft. We hung out & they found us another slip that was easy to enter. Ladies bathroom, shower was dirty Monday morning & had no paper towels at 10 AM. They just dont seem to be attentive to transients. Oh well, dont have to come back here unless we have something little in dry storage.

We picked this as a handy stopover between Fernandina Beach and St. Augustine and it worked out great. Richard and the rest of the staff we met were extremely freindly and courteous. It was a rainy day and we walked to West Marine and found a great Cajun Restaraunt along the way. Docks and facilities all in great shape, Richard had offered to drive us. Great People!!!!!!!!!!

Its a well-put-together marina. The Harbormaster was very nice and was great with directions recommend docking your boat there.
