Overall experience was miserable and extremely over priced with no amenities onboard to compensate for the convenience charge of $30 on top of the $84 quarter tank of fuel we used. The meter clearly showed amount of sale as $84 but our card was run for $111!! All without even having a canopy like described prior to the rental date. The entire day was spend with no shade or way to escape the sun. Paid close to a half grand for a very cheap ride. Well never rent here again.

Great service & support from shopping, through purchase and topped off by the best titling and registration process I have ever seen by a boat dealer. Michael DuPont is a great guy and was fantastic to work with.

Bought a new Nauticstar bay boat in what should have been a simple transaction. Selected the boat, selected the options available, and then picked up the boat with a Vystar check. Not even remotely close. The salesperson, Michael, had only a limited amount of knowledge on IPilot trolling motors so I had to do the research myself to get the model that made the most sense for the boat. Next was the bimini. I asked if I could get a 8 foot long bimini, told it could be done, only to find out from the subcontractor that was not the case. 8 foot was the width, 6 feet was the length. I ordered and installed my own 8 foot long bimini after the sale. He did recommend a Fusion stereo over the stock Infinity, and that turned out to be good advice. When I picked up the boat my salesman was unable to be found, but left me a small bag with my keys and manuals. A week later their vendor was installing my IPilot and there was a part missing that was supposed to have been in the delivery bag. I called Michael explaining this part was missing and he begrudgingly said he would have one at the front desk. When I arrived on a rainy Saturday he was there, and asked me what the problem was. I said the boat is a week old, no problem. Clearly irritated, he then said No, what is your problem! My wife looked at me like what is wrong with this guy? Surreal. Ive had the boat for 6 months and besides the occasional fogging of my gauges, no concerns, great boat. I had hoped to bring it in for warranty service and hopefully have a better experience, balancing out this review, but the boat has been great. I hope to one day use the service dept and he a me to leave a more positive review than my sales experience. Great product, but I would avoid Michael if you are looking for more than trading a check for a boat.

Great place to store your boat, the staff, dock masters are fantastic, and they take great care of you. Probably the best experience you can ever have in the marine industry. A nice plus is that they have fuel too!!! Would highly recommend them for storage or a boat purchase.

Had a terrible experience with Jim Hamlin. I went through an entire weeks worth of negotiating. Passed up a deal on another boat. After being very clear about the details in every aspect. When I finally drove over 2 hrs to pick up my boat. This was the text he sent me... Were at our deal of $46,237.00+Reg+Tax49484.16 total out the door. I have every copy of every message sent to me.Only to get there and have them waste our time and add additional monies to the deal. Nothing honorable about this company or the people running it. Stay clear of less than honest sales practices.

TOOK MY 2012 SEA RAY 185 SPORT IN FOR A STANDARD TIME FOR SERVICE, THEY HAD MY BOAT FOR A WEEK WHICH WAS OK BECAUSE WANTED TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS DONE AS NEEDED. PICKED BOAT UP TOOK HOME GOT HOME CHECKED AS I ALWAYS DO FOUND GEAR LUBE BOTTLE HAD NO FLUID IN IT AND THERE WAS A PLASTIC TUBE AND SOMETHING ELSE DISCONNECTED TOOK BOAT BACK AND THEY CORRECTED. TWO WEEKS LATER TOOK BOAT OUT FOR 1ST TIME AFTER SERVICE PUT IN WATER BOAT WOULD NOT START SO I LOOKED AT ENGINE (IM 65 HAVING TO CRAWL AND CRUNCH DOWN INTO SMALL SPACE) AND DISCOVERED (2) PLUG IN TERMINALS ONE AT FAR LEFT OF MOTOR AND ANOTHER AT LOWER PART OF ENGINE DISCONNECTED, I LOOKED AROUND AND FOUND PLACES TO PLUG IN CLOSE TO OIL FILTER,PLUGGED IN AND BOAT STARTED. THEY ALSO LEFT WHAT LOOKED LIKE OIL IN THE BOTTOM OF MY BOAT. AND JUST A NOTE THEY PUT A NEW BATTERY IN MY BOAT SAYING OLD ONE WAS BAD, BUT I NOTICED THEY HAD THE KEY IN THE IGNITION TURNED ON AUX. I CALLED AND THEY SAID BRING YOUR BOAT IN AND WE WILL DETAIL IT TO GET OIL OUT OF BOTTOM i SAID DONT THINK SO I THINK THEY HAD SOME FLUNKY WORKING ON MY BOAT. ALSO I ASKED DONT YOU EVEN START THE BOAT UP IN WHICH THEY DIDNT REPLY ANYWAY 758.00 LATER (TAKE YOUR BOAT THERE THINK ABOUT IT).

After discussing with the salesman for over a week on what the price would be OTD we drive 2 hours for an increased price. They lost a boat sale over a few hundred dollars. I am not sure what it takes for companies to run honestly but when something like this happens it just goes to show you how greedy companies truly are. Needless to say, we will never do business or recommend this place to anyone. Jim, you had a boat deal and gave us a price OUT THE DOOR. That means all fees included. Pretty sad to have arrived with an extra $500 added to the price. Maybe next time you should consult with someone before giving a price OTD.

By far the worst place to buy a boat from. I bought a new sea hunt boat and magic tilt trailer from them. I had serval issues with the trailer and they neglected to tell me that they do not have a certified trailer mechanic. In stead they kept of saying it was stuff that wasn’t “warranty” and kept attempting to charge me. Well come to find out the whole issue was that my emergency brakes were engaged and by the time it was found they attempted to say it I had to pay fees to get it fixed. I also had issues with my guide poles and they were never fixed. I also had issues with my Simrad system, under water lights, mister system and speaker system. The worst person there is Scott the manager , he will be nice to you during the sale but after that he can be rude.

Very pleased with the professionalism and the honesty of Greg and the team at NFYS. He went out of his way and went above and beyond to get us in our dream boat.He took his time with us and made us feel like like friends and not just a customer.

When we showed up there was two salesman helping other people and one of the salesman said they would get some one to helps us. So we started looking at the boats and an older couple showed up while we were looking. So when the one salesman was done he decided to go help them instead of us. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Recently called to inquire about some options on a boat this company had listed. After answering the questions the salesperson began demanding my personal information and credit card information in order to only make an offer on the boat and became very rude once I denied the credit card info. I would have had no issue leaving a deposit once a deal was in place but really did not appreciate the attitude and unprofessional nature of the salesperson.

Bought a 2009 Monterey with 55 hours on it. First (attempted) trip out the boat would not start. After replacing the batteries it turns out the starter was dead. They did pay for the starter.My second (first actual) trip out the trim motor died. According to their mechanic water was leaking into the housing and shorted out the motor (not something new). The repair is over $1500.Be very cautious if you buy a boat from them. Im out over $1500 after my first trip on the boat.
