She assisted my husband and I with fabric for the pictured bar stools, a coordinating bench for our dining table that is on order, a lovely sitting chair with side tables for the bedroom and the rug under the chair. She is diligent with wonderful communication.

Heidi was super helpful with my recliner purchase. She was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I liked the ability to make an appointment and get one to one assistance. She asked questions and gave options to insure I got the recliner I wanted. I also was impressed with the Jacksonville store’s was team approach and the reassurance it gives to know a quick answer is available from the team if needed.

The couch is comfortable, solid, what we would expect from Ethan Allen. The delivery guys went above and beyond. This is a sleeper couch, heavier than most pieces of furniture I imagine considering all the frame work inside; the guys carried the couch up a flight of stairs after assessing the route they would take and advising we take down framed pictures to avoid damage. They carefully managed to get the couch up without damaging the wood stairs, the wall or the banisters. It was a tight fit. I fully expected them to give up as I think many would but they persisted, communicating with each other well through the whole process. Their efforts are inextricably associated with Ethan Allen in my mind providing high quality products and service.

It has been a pleasure working with Kim. It is obvious that she enjoys what she does as a designer/consultant. She listened to what we were looking for in our purchase; offered to come to our home for measurements to make sure the size was correct and brought fabric samples to our home to make sure the color was just right. With furniture being a major purchase, she wanted us to be 100% satisfied and the goal was accomplished! She is a true professional in design, sales and service and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with her! We look forward to seeing her again!!!

The initial purchase experience, in the store, was great. The furniture I have received, so far, is beautifully made and good quality. I rated 3 stars due to after purchase experience. The expected delivery date for my remaining pieces keeps changing and it is very frustrating. Once you deposit is made, you are essentially at the mercy of Ethan Allen, because most of what they offer is considered custom. Even when they make an error, instead of rushing a replacement the clock starts over. I took more than 6 months for me to receive a sofa. I would love to buy more pieces for my new house, but waiting 3-4 months is ridiculous to me.

I have enjoyed partnering with designer Kim Seiger immensely. She has worked with great diligence and tenacity to find items that I love and that work well in my home. Her space and color senses are remarkable and she is very knowledgeable about both current and classic design trends. I love her calm and honest approach to her business.

“How easy was that!?” As my favorite celebrity chef often says regarding her successful new creation, I can patently agree when it comes to my new home redecorating project: the family / sun room. And that is in large part thanks to Kim Siebert at Ethan Allen Jacksonville! Kim loves her job and this was evident from her kind and friendly greeting the first time we met. I am a huge fan of Ethan Allen and really appreciate the quality of their product. So, when my 25 year old Ethan Allen sofa needed a refresh, I went to the experts in their design center and had the wonderful opportunity to meet Kim. Kim carefully and artfully helped me select some beautiful coordinating fabrics for both my sofa and chairs. Kim was patient regarding my days of deliberation and enabled me to see the fabrics in my own home. She even volunteered in advance to drive an hour out of her way to come and collect the samples to save me another trip! Of course, I declined her kind offer, nevertheless, her thoughtfulness was appreciated! I am so thankful for her professional and wonderful advice regarding my decorating project. Clearly, one does not undertake such a project every day, so it is wonderful to know that I can contact Kim who knows what she’s doing and works hard to be her best creative self!I would be remiss, as well, if I did not mention Jackie, Ethan Allen’s kind and helpful receptionist. My Wife and Moved to Jacksonville and purchased a newly constructed house. We had furniture but wanted to update the look. We had purchased from Ethan Allen in Danbury Ct. in the past and found the products to be top quality and the company was very professional and easy to work with.We went to the store in St. Johns Town Plaza and met with one of their interior designers, Traci Duva. We started out purchasing a new living room couch, coffee table, dining set and rug. Everything went so well that we decided to keep going. Since that point, we have now purchased all our custom window treatments, pictures, a buffet, a bar cabinet, a decorative glass desk and all the furnishings for two bedrooms including matrasses and box springs.Throughout all of these purchases, Traci has been phenomenal. All of her design suggestions were spot on. She has been very patient and attentive. Traci made it a point to stop by our house for several of the deliveries and, since she was unavailable on the day of install, sent another one of the design crew to inspect the window treatment installation.In summary, I highly recommend Traci and Ethan Allen for anyone looking for great quality and service. We could not be happier with our experience.

Our design consultant, Rebecca Reed did a fantastic job of carefully listening to what we were looking for and quickly presented us with excellent options to help transform our family room. The fabric my designer Kim Seiger helped me pick out for my couches feels so rough and scratchy on the actual couch compared to how the sample fabrics felt. No one in my family likes to sit on one of the couches, the fabric is so prickly- and it was one of the highest grade fabrics. It feels like I got the cheap ready-to-ship fabric. Im so disappointed with the fabrics my designer encouraged me to select.

We have been thrilled with our outstanding service from Rebecca at Ethan Allen Jacksonville! We moved from Virginia and sold all of our furniture and she has helped make our entire Florida home beautiful with a coastal theme with furniture pieces and fabrics. We have used Ethan Allen decorating services for our furniture in the past in Virginia, so we were already familiar with the process and decorating services. We feel lucky that we met Rebecca. She took the time to understand our style and preferences. She has terrific customer service and is available when we need her, coming to the house and bringing items to try in our house when needed. After shopping at many stores in Gainesville and in Jacksonville, we met with Traci Duva at Ethan Allen. Traci was extremely helpful by preparing visual representations of our living room based on floor plans. Here is what you can expect as this was my experience:You will have to constantly follow up for quotes bc they are not provided timely or not at all. Kim SYou will never be right as the customer. But you will be told “I’m sorry that you feel....” or some other version of an insincere apology.Your sales rep will not have your back and lie to the manager about what you said. Kim SThey are not interested in your repeat business or happy clients. JackieJackie is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.They will be good at making you sign your life away so they can throw policy and legalese at you. But when it comes to being refunded based on policy you will have to constantly follow up bc you don’t matter and neither does your continued business.You will be told what your behavior or thoughts would have been or what they are bc they know you better than you know yourself and bc you are never right, they are. JackieThey will not fully read your emails and will bring things up that you had no issue with. JackieThey will be difficult and inflexible bc again, you signed your life away, and they don’t care about happy clients, repeat business bc you don’t matter.They are happy when you are pleased, but should you encounter a disappointment they could care less.If you are disappointed or have a concern expect to be ghosted or at the very least have to follow-up multiple times.If your furniture is delivered with a flaw and you bring it to their attention you will have to constantly follow up for resolution because again, they already got your money and they don’t care. There’s no such thing as being proactive. They are only reactive.Only expect the manager to respond when you include someone from corporate customer care.They will bend policy when it benefits them but not when it is in favor of the customer.They will refute what I have outline in this review because again, they are always right, not the customer, I’m.just a disappointed and frustrated patron who they don’t care about bc again, they already got my money and I signed my life away.I have no issue with the custom items I received related to the home visit and 3 D rendering. You would have known that had you fully researched. Again, reply is on par with the level of service I have encountered bc my repeat business is not important to you after spending $15k in your store.

It’s been a crazy year, and the supply chain has suffered! When supplies were held up to make my table’s bench, the folks at Ethan Allen Jacksonville came to my rescue while we waited for the back-ordered piece! Our experience with Ethan Allen is a textbook case of excellent customer service. Rebecca Reed listened as we described our ideal bedroom suite and identified a few beds we could look at in the showroom. Once we made our selection she brought stain samples to our home so we could find the right match. She measured for the bureau, mirror and side tables and has been terrific at answering all our questions and keeping us up-to-date on delivery. Great experience despite the reality of our pandemic world which has slowed delivery a bit.

I love Ethan Allen home furnishings. They are my go-to place for well made, high quality furniture. They have a great selection of styles, and a knowledgeable staff to assist with selection and evaluation criteria. Carley Naramore with Ethan Allen at the St. Johns Town Center has gone above and beyond helping me set up my new home office. I began working with her in January in hope of putting together pieces over time. She made me feel completely okay to only buy 1 or 2 pieces at a time. No pressure whatsoever! She also came to my house, which is over an hour drive for her to take an in-person look at the space I was working with. She measured where each piece would go eventually. She also helped me narrow down the fabrics for the couch and throw pillows with great patience and excellent taste! She has a great eye for color, people!! I think if I had to pick one thing about Carley that I liked the most its her ability to empathize with what I was trying to create and the fact that I felt no pressure from her to buy anything! I highly recommend Carley for any decor ideas! Shes a natural at what she does. Thanks Carley!! I cant wait to get my desk in a few weeks!!!

After a dreadful experience with a local interior design firm, I was left on my own with the task of furnishing my new – and virtually empty – home in St. Johns FL. So, I decided to give some of the furniture retailers a go, and among the first that I visited was the Ethan Allen showroom in St. John’s. There I met with their design consultant, Karen Bates. And I never went anywhere else. Karen guided me in furnishing almost my entire home. Her recommendations of pieces of furniture, of fabrics, colors, designs, and accessories were uniformly excellent. The quality of Ethan Allen’s furniture is simply top-drawer. Her presentation of room plans was categorically superior to that of my prior experience. She also guided me in the choices for window coverings for the entire house – again, her suggestions as to the type of coverings for each room, the color, the material, and the controls were all superb. Karen was remarkably conscientious and attended to every detail of this entire process – she visited my home time and again to ensure that her measurements were correct and that all the elements of the design would work. And they did, without fail. From that first meeting to the installation of the window coverings to the delivery and set up of the furniture, Karen provided exemplary management of the process. She took care of everything. I cannot remember a better experience than this one, and I cannot recommend Ethan Allen and Karen strongly enough.

We had been searching for the right living room set for months. Found the perfect set at Ethan Allen. Stylish and incredible fabric choices. The team at Town Center were incredible in helping us with all the details.

Ethan Allen sofas are high quality! I have owned one for years and like it so much I bought two new ones. It’s definitely worth the investment and I’ll buy again!!

While the service, delivery, etc. were excellent...the chair itself is very stiff. Seems like the leather is pulled very tight and doesnt want to give. We are taking turns sitting in it in hopes of making it more comfortable. For some reason, it seemed more comfy in the store on display. Not sure what can be done. We are looking for exceptionally heavy people to sit in the chair to help break it in.

Larisa is a pleasure to work with. She is very patient and accommodating. We live out of state and she has made our purchase very easy. Her suggestions for fabric and decor are fresh and modern. We are redecorating our living room and dining room and her 3D sketches have been a great help. I appreciate that she can tie in some of our current furniture into our new room design. I look forward to our continued relationship with her in updating our furnishings.

We shopped around Jacksonville at several furniture stores. We went to Ethan Allen to look at living room furniture. Karen Bates worked with and designed a wonderful plan for both our living room and family room. She developed a wonderful design board. We made a few changes with her and finalized the purchased. It was a great experience. Karen was not pushy at all and quickly learned our taste. After finalizing our living room and family room, we are now looking at our dining room. Karen is one of the best we have worked with; and we have worked with several over many years.

I have used Ethan Allen to furnish my condominium 2011 and my home 2019. For both places I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Pamela Sacher from Ethan Allen in University Town Center. Her guidance, expertise, knowledge and gentle persuasion has helped me avoid decorating mistakes and furnish a home that I am proud of. She has been available for consultation on all matters of decorating from paint to carpet and drapes to artwork. I have come to trust and rely on her input.

My wife and I highly recommend Lourdes Estevez, design consultant at Ethan Allen. She is a rock star in our book! Our house was severely damaged and much of it had to be rebuilt. We decided to take advantage of a difficult situation by remodeling and redecorating most of the house. We simply could not have done this without Lourdes. Well before we could even consider furniture options, Lourdes helped us remodel our home by visualizing design options for our kitchen, family room and other rooms. Her architectural background was invaluable during this process, especially in creating design options that were practical and in line with our lifestyle. She also helped us select hardwood floors, paint colors, window coverings, light fixtures, bathroom tile, carpet and other finishes. When it came to picking out furniture, Lourdes skillfully and patiently walked us through different pieces, styles, fabrics, and colors so we could make informed decisions. She visited our home many times to make sure measurements were correct and design choices would work. Lourdes was highly responsive throughout the project, responding to voice mails, emails, and texts as if we were her only customers. We are finally moving back into our home and could not be happier with the finished product. We love our new house and the quality of Ethan Allen’s furniture is top notch. We cannot recommend Lourdes and Ethan Allen strongly enough.

We are so happy with our recent purchases at Ethan Allen for our bedroom. It was so helpful having a design consultant come to our house with swatches and samples and guide us toward making our final selections. The cost is definitely higher but the quality is superb and you clearly get what you pay for.

In my opinion shopping for furniture is a daunting task. What’s comfortable for one, isn’t for the other, one likes fabric, the other doesn’t and finally the actual design of the room. We purchased the protection plan for all of the furniture purchased from Ethan Allen. We had to file a claim for a stain on one of our chairs and Guardsman was not responsive. I have had to call multiple times to find out they if they received our claim and then when I was finally able to speak with someone that told me they dont know when they will be able to process our claim. Not Happy!! Would not recommend purchasing the protection plan if this is the service you will get.

Jackie Carlson did a fabulous job of listening to what we wanted and helping us order it. Cant wait to see it all in November!!

To expensive for the same items you can find at competitors .

I love Ethan Allens design service, they come to your house, take pictures and load them into their computer. This allows you to view items in your room so you can see clearly how they will look.They have good customer service, they replace items that come in damaged due to shipping/packaging without question.The only reason I am giving them a 4 instead of a 5 is that they take very long (8-12 weeks) to get special orders completed. Im not happy that they charge full price for some items that ship UPS 8-12 weeks later, so you are paying full price at the time of your order instead of a deposit at ordering and payment when shipped.

I ordered a living room and dining room full of new furniture. The interior designer, Carley Naramore, was incredibly helpful and professional. She never pushed anything on me but was always there with a guiding hand and her wonderful eye for color, pattern, and elegance. She is a real asset to this business. The pieces did not come all at once but as they were ready. The delivery crews were timely, careful, and skilled. My entire experience, which spanned over three months, was very positive. My house looks beautiful and it was made much easier by the professionalism and quality of Ethan Allen and its employees.

This was my first experience working with a designer and Lourdes made me feel comfortable and secure in the process. She quickly suggested small changes with a big payoff, such as floor plan edits and even moving an area rug over 6 inches payed off. Love the Quality Control I art work in my dining area and look forward to installing the new light fixtures.

Great experience ordering a custom sofa. worked with design consultant Larisa. She came out to our home on short notice and helped pick the right style & color to match the rest of our furniture. i would recommend E.A. Jacksonville. and the sofa was reasonably priced too.

I worked with Carley over the summer to update my living room furniture. She came to my house and we got to know each other and clicked when it came to ideas for my new look. She took the time to take measurements and pictures to ensure the right fit for my space. I then met her later in the showroom and we had a great time picking out my new furniture and accents. My new look is 99% complete and I just love it. Carley helped me create my beachy retreat where I can relax after working hard all day. I highly recommend her design services and of course you cannot best the quality products and services by Ethan Allen.

I cannot say enough about Karen Bates and her expertise help when it came to picking fabric and styles for new furniture for our family room. I highly recommend Karen. We love the quality of our new furniture and couldnt be happier with how everything came together!

Started shopping at Ethan Allen two years ago when I bought my first formal dining room table and custom chairs. This is my forever set that I will never ever need to replace as the quality is excellent! So when I needed to replace my bedroom furniture I knew Ethan Allen would not disappoint. Nick is my current designer and he even came out to my house with different swatches. Nick is professional and knowledgeable about the furniture. Most importantly he is honest! Nick was even able to find me a dresser that fits perfectly in my bedroom which is challenging as I have an older home. I love my new bedroom!

We stopped at Ethan Allen after visiting other furniture stores to find items for our new house. While the prices were high, they were not terribly much higher than other stores that did not offer as much. We worked with Larissa to help us select furniture. Having access to someone with a better sense of decor was a big plus. Also, the quality of their wooden furniture seemed excellent, noticably superior to inventory at other stores. We appreciate the input from Larissa and meeting with her in store and in home to help us with our vision.

Nick assisted us with ideas to remodel our entire family room, master bedroom, and custom drapes for guest rooms. Most delivered.... some still pending. Absolutely thrilled so far... very personalized with exceptional quality.

From the moment we walked into Ethan Allen, Nicholas Feyaerts greeted us with a smile and a helpful attitude. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It was so wonderful to hear from him after our furniture was delivered. He wanted to make sure everything went well with the delivery and if we had any concerns he was there to help. I am adding to the review that I posted 8 months ago where I had a very good experience. Unfortunately that is not currently the case. The sofa that I purchased from Janet now has a broken lever for the manual recliner. They sent me 1and it got lost by UPS and now they have sent me a another one that has to be installed in less than a year. Ive also decided to buy a dining Room set and will not mention the sales persons name in Jacksonville Florida in an effort not to embarrass her. She came to my house and I ordered the dining Room set along with a buffet and a writing desk. She was supposed to help me choose a rug and I texted her, left a voicemail on her work phone, left a voicemail on her cell phone and also sent an email. She has not replied to me and I have been trying to reach out for the last 2 weeks what a poor customer service experience!! Unacceptable and your furniture is not inexpensive. I have also been trying to call the store all morning in an effort to speak to a manager and the phone just rings and rings and no one answers. How completely frustratingJanet was great to worK with. She was very thorough, had good follow up and listened to what I wanted. She is a pleasure to work with and has years of design experience.

Had previously purchased two large art pieces in gray and black. Was interested in the orange version; however, uncertain of the shade. Was assured by sales associate (after she consulted manager) that if we did not like the shade there would be not problem returning without a restock fee, etc.The color was more of a rust and did not go with our color scheme. Initially she forgot that the restock fee was waived per manager. I then wanted to order the white version as a replacement. Was told no problem and then charged for the delivery of the first piece of art.They had the option of doing the right thing and doing what the manager had agreed to but chose not to. Not only did they then lose a $700+ sale (because I canceled the order). I will never again purchase furniture or any other item from this store.Poor, poor management and customer service.P.S. Went 1 block away to Z Gallery and was treated with great professionalism. They will be getting future business and referrals!

I was new to Ethan Allen and wandered in as I was shopping to redo my bedroom. I was lucky enough to be approached by Lourdes Estevez, one of the Design Consultants. Not only did Lourdes work patiently with me to create my dream bedroom but I am now back less than a year later so satisfied that Lourdes and I are redoing our main living space! The quality of the furnishings is great but more so is the attention, time and caregiven to my projects by Lourdes. My husband hopes we are finished - but next - the dining room!!

Shan Cieslik is the best! Highly recommended. Took the time to come out and measure and had the patience to get me exactly what I was looking for. She followed up with updates. Can’t go wrong if you use her as your designer!

Our experience was superb. We ordered a HUGE table with 8 chairs and it took less time to manufacture than we were told. We love it! Our expert designer/sales person, Shan Cieslik, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind, Top Notch!

Lourdes was of great assistance to us designing a somewhat difficult space. She designed our home perfectly and comfortably to fit our lifestyle. We are extremely happy with the product and our great designer. Thank you!!

Larisa Mindra at Ethan Allen was FANTASTIC! She helped me design my open floorplan kitchen, dining, living, music space and helped me greatly with the furniture/rugs/decor selections. I feel totally blessed to have had her help....I could not have done such an excellent job on my own! Larisa is absolutely the BEST decorator I have ever worked with, and she earned every commendation I could give her. I give Larisa my highest recommendation for her professionalism, her work ethic, her design skills, her attitude, and her follow-through. Iv been an Ethan Allen customer since 1992. Love Ethan Allen products.So, when it was time to remodel my kids bedrooms, all we really did is to go to Ethan allen in Jacksonville. There we met Linda Linger, the sales person, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you so much for all your help Linda.

Enjoy working with Karen Bates. She was always polite and answered all our questions. This was a great experience. I will choose Karen Bates as my Design Consultant again.
