Caleb was great from the start. He greeted my family as soon as we walked into the store. I let him know what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. He gave us space and allowed us to browse and try the mattresses at our own comfortable pace. Not once did I feel pressured by him to buy anything, but he was always close by for any questions we had. When we selected what we wanted, Caleb was efficient in getting everything squared away. I really do appreciate the level of professionalism Caleb provided and it made the entire experience very enjoyable.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Caleb was the great. Super knowledgeable and had just the right mix of being attentive but also giving us space to try the mattresses and discuss them without him hovering. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure us towards a certain product. In fact, when we liked a very expensive mattress he showed us a similar less expensive model to consider. Most sales people would direct you to more expensive items. We truly appreciated it. We had planned on visiting multiple stores to shop but ultimately decided to buy here just because of how great he was. Good customer service is becoming a scarcity so I try to reward it when I see it and he definitely deserved it.

I am moving across country in a few months but the mattress I wanted was on sell for a very good deal. I called the store in Jacksonville and asked if I could buy the mattress over the phone as I had tried it out already where I lived at the time. I also asked if they would be willing to keep it in store until I arrived and was able to pick it up. They were able to do both things and were so kind and helpful. Aideen was amazing and attentive to my unusual set of circumstances and made sure I got everything that I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I came just look for a topper for my mattress because it was to hard for me.. Cody was the one helping me.. The store manager and Cody was supposed to do a conference meeting on zoom .. the manager told Cody to go ahead and help me.. Instead of me just standing there because the other sales guy was helping another customer.. I told Cody what i was looking for. He explained to me it really be a waste to just get a topper because it only help temporarily.. I told him my situation and also Im a amputee.. After me telling him my situation he still put forth his best.. where other places would halfway do where job.. Cody and I finally pick a mattress out and we went to check out and his card reader was working. So he carried me over to the other sales man computer (sorry dont remember other sales man name). The sales was on his computer looking something up and he stop and pull up the account that Cody save to check me out.. It be a very long time that i have been in a store and had someone to go far and beyond of what training there taught.. I thankful to have met Cody.. I will recommend others to this store. Like i said before best experience I had in a long time. Mattress Firm ought to be proud to have these gentlemen working for them..

George helped us during our first visit to the store. Easily the best sales rep at a mattress store we have visited. Big kudos to him. He really knew his information and frankly it felt like he had a PHD in everything mattress related. Hes a wealth of info and very good at what he does. Went above and beyond in helping us get an idea of what would be best for us and was very friendly and professional in providing a no pressure experience in finding a mattress. My family and I came in not really knowing what we wanted exactly, we just knew we needed a new king sized mattress. Caleb the store manager was very friendly and helpful right from the start. We told him our price range and that we had mixed preferences for soft/firm. Caleb immediately showed us the mattresses within our price range as well as the different styles. We also wanted to check out the Purple mattress brand as we had heard good things about it and he showed us the different options. Caleb was very knowledgeable about the different brands and was able to answer any questions we had but also wasn’t breathing right down our necks and allowed us really shop all the different brands, try them out and take our time choosing. We had our kids with us as well and he was extremely kind to them. We ended up leaving with a great deal on a new purple brand mattress. I was mattress shopping with the wifey over the weekend. This would have been the 4th mattress store weve visited and come in 20 minutes before closing. We were initially in the store to inquire about the various mattress options. Caleb was a no-pressure salesperson and answered all of our questions. In the end, we did decide to purchase a mattress from this store due to his superb customer service.The only issue was for the two sets of bedsheets, which one was supposed to be delivered with my main order, and the other was to be picked up later this week. After my delivery date was changed, my bedsheet order was no longer part of my main order, with one set to be delivered separately later and the other to be picked up at the store the following week. I was informed there was a glitch in their system. I am a bit frustrated now because I will have to spend more money to get another set of bedsheets from my local store to ensure I have it ready for my bed when it is delivered.

I said you need to stop please just stop she talked over me. She is horrible at her job!!!! She needs training. I have been in customer service for 45 years... she is the worst I have seen. Caleb Hayes was a complete doll! I have never been to mattress store let alone mattress firm a day in my 20 plus years. But I will def be making mattress firm my location to go and refer. I was actually referred by a coworker/ friend of mine and she was right easy peezy lemon squeezy. So I want to start off with just walking in the store was fun! I walk in to a fun loving family shopping for a mattress and that was welcoming energy then Mr. Hayes was nice enough to put his food on hold and help me out. Lucky for him I had one thing in mind and that was getting a mattress instantly and whats better then a bed in a box? Am I right? Haha. Anyway so he proceeds with asking if Id like to sit down and do paper work to see what id be approved for. Soft credit check nothing crazy for the 90 day plan (my coworker advised me of) I get approved in no time! Super quick process. Again I had one thing in mind and I explained that. Instantly we head over to the twin sized try out mattresses. I tried it out (sleepys 12 curve) loved it. Signed some papers and we were OUTTA THERE! lol and thankfully helped it into my car. He was very informative and had good energy. I do not recall his coworkers name but he had some amazing vibes as well! They seemed like a great team! Both very knowledgeable on their products! Phenomenal experience for me since first impressions last the longest and as for my first mattress store I hope its my last that I will continue to go to for future needs if need be! Amazing! I was looking for a bed with very specific requirements- had to be the most supportive, but also softest and also cheapest, while having warranties and financing, extras offered and king size.Basically it was going to be impossible. Anthony had me test maybe 6 beds after I explained my needs. He knew instantly what I meant when I said soft and supportive, and went through just a few options that got better with each bed. He got us the exact dream bed of two very different sleepers- financed, extras included and delivered!Basically I feel like I should buy at least 4 more new beds now because it was a really comfy experience.

Bought a bed, and paid for the premium service to move our existing bed to another room after delivery. The delivery men were god awful. They were rude, and had no desire to assist. When we were trying to call this Mattress Firm location. The drivers simply left our door open and took off without a word. It was the single worst customer experience Ive ever had with a furniture delivery. I was shocked and appalled at how we were treated.

I had a rather complicated return/exchange under the warranty claim and CALEB could not have been more helpful. He was patient, professional and creative. He not only guided me on the best mattress & box spring combo, but he helped me figure out the logistics of actually transacting. Knowing I had kids running around crazy, he was also swift - big bonus. And thoughtful. Totally redeemed my previous (not-so-great) experience with this place. Thank you, Caleb.

There are actually two Mattress Firm locations within about a 1/4 mile. This is for the bigger store. Very big selection of mattresses here and the salesman (comedian?), Anthony, was quite knowledgeable in them all. Hes obviously a seasoned sales guy (with a great sense of humor), so he put us on the most comfy high end mattress that would make the wife and I both happy first (that I really liked). Then showed us similar mattresses with different price points. He wasnt pushy at all and was great to work with finding the right mattress for us. We could have saved alot of money by buying discount or from Amazon, but are very happy with going this route to make our sleep that much better. Now, we have 120 days to decide if we made the right decision...well see and update (if I remember).

After visiting many other stores looking for a mattress, I ended up in Mattress Firm. The experience was by far the best of all we had visited. Anthony Lax greeted us immediately and asked a few questions to determine the mattress he felt we would like. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our budget and wants. He was very easy to work with and had a great personality. We purchased a mattress I feel very confidant in (the 120 day guarantee was a bonus) The only negative in my experience, at no fault to Anthony, is the wait time to receive my mattress. I will be moving into a new place on the 14th but it will not be delivered until the 24th. Overall my experience was beyond exceptional and will return in the future.
