Aqua living has been fantastic and worked with us to get the perfect spa for our family. Bobby worked overtime to ensure that we were able to get the spa with salt water capability even though we initially ordered the wrong spa. Great company and great customer service. Highly recommend 😁

Its a shame I cant leave zero stars or negative stars. This company is absolutely terrible. I received my hot tub on 5/24/2021 after ordering it on 1/02/21; one week short of 5 months. I was told 10 weeks when I ordered it and it was double that. AND...they do not communicate. Each communication was initiated by me and I when I did reach out to them (via email, text and call) I was treated like I was the bad guy for wanting information. My wife and I actually thought we had been scammed because they took our $8000 up front...never communicated, and the store location we ordered it from closed down after we ordered it. Even after the spa finally showed up, it was missing the steps and Bobby, our salesman, was upset with me because I wanted to know when I would receive my steps. Horrible communication, terrible customer service, terrible company ethics, terrible, terrible, terrible. I would have rather received my money back and started the process over with another company because the process was that painful. We came in this afternoon to purchase a spa. The salesman was talking with another group of people and didn’t even bother to say “Hi” when we walked in the door. After about 10 minutes of him never acknowledging that we were in the store, we left. I didn’t expect him to stop helping the other group, but it is basic customer service to recognize that someone is in the store.

My wife and I were at a nearby home improvement store and decided to drop in for a look as we are in the market. The only sign on the door said to knock loud because the clerk may be in the back, but the door was opened. We walked in to hear a disembodied voice from the back of the store. We walked far enough back to finally see the sales person, who did not bother to get out of his seat to let us know it was ok to come back. It was very awkward. Like something out of a horror movie. The store was kind of muggy and warm. Between the big fan blowing to keep the place cool and not wanting to walk into his office area, it made it difficult to understand the sales person. It was a very awkward experience. Especially for us attempting to ask questions about the specific floor models as he never got out of his seat to see which one we were talking about. We should have listened to our gut instinct at this point, but after we left we proceeded to looking into the financing. After being approved, and no one reaching out, we called to ask some more questions but were rudely told by appointment only. That was the final straw and we informed them we would NOT be spending our money there. My wife dealt with spam texts and hostility after that. It was very childish and unprofessional on their part. I definitely would NOT recommend this store. Stay far away!!

We purchased a Catalina luxury tub in June and had delivery in October. Unfortunately, the salesperson Mike, told us how easy it is and how setup is a piece of cake. Totally untrue! They do not help with electrical contractors to set up. The sale cannot be canceled. Yet, there is no gaurantee that you will get the tub as scheduled. We did give them a break considering Covid. However, service after the sale and installation has been a nightmare. The tub has not worked properly since it was installed. Getting parts and service has been ridiculous. From day one! For example, we did not get a chemical starter kit with the tub. After speaking with several support people we received the kit two months later! The cover arm, an upgraded purchase, did not have all the parts. Needed to order another one. Parts are backordered. Dont buy the tub! There is a reason they are giving a discount, they dont service what they sell. The manufacturer does not have service people, this is also contracted out. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Updated 6/20/2020: Definitely please go anywhere else!!! We still havent received any information on our repairs and now even more things have broken. Weve submitted requests online and emailed the salesman and the factory multiple times. They havent even responded to our last couple of email requests.Initial Review: Go anywhere else to buy your swim spa/hot tub! Company was very responsive and helpful until our swim spa was paid for & delivered about 3 months ago. Weve had nothing but problems with it, though, and the warranty service is terrible! First, we didnt get any paperwork when it was delivered. No one came out and showed us how to operate it, and its not simple (despite what they tell you in the store. It took us weeks and repeated calls to try to get instruction manuals. The filter covers that were over the filter areas were glued on, and when we took them off to clean the filters, we figured out why--they didnt fit. So, now we have no covers. Lights were broken on hot tub side, and they sent technician out to fix them after about 2-3 weeks of waiting. We learned then that the lighting wiring was too sort and it had become disconnected. Since that time, weve had valve leaking water and multiple valves leading air whenever the swim spa/hot tub is on, the lights in the swim spa dont work correctly-can barely see them at night & only have a single setting (supposed to have multiple). Weve submitted warranty requests and let our salesman, Carey, know of the issues weve been having. Yet, we havent seen nor heard from the technician on the repairs after several weeks of waiting. Weve had hot tubs in the past, and never had such poor quality and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere, even if it costs you a little more money.

We love our hottub. We got the pp41 hot tub and its great has 41 Jets and lots of extras. Carey was a great salesman and great guy very friendly and helpful. The delivery guys we got were great also. If and when I need another tub I will be back here definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

I purchased a Catalina Spa from them 1 year ago and I ike to give everyone a chance. They delivered the Spa with a ripped top. After a ton of email and calls still no replacement for the top 1 year later. They sent the wrong owners guide and on the invoice there are no serial #s on it for the spa. I have a SPA FLO Error in the Spa and no one at the support number answers the phone.

The day after we paid for a new hot tub, my wife found out that she would need over $10,000.00 of dental work. Even though our paperwork said no refunds, Carey immediately forwarded our request to Aqua Living Corporate. Thanks so much and well be in touch to buy the PP31 when we refill our coffers.

Great customer service and quality of the hot tubs. I purchased my Dr. Wellness G-12 tub from costumer who had to relocate so the tub was used about 4 months old. That said, Carey the manufacture rep was extremely helpful to transfer the warranties, connect me with right people within Dr. Wellness and transported the tub for me. The whole transaction could not be better and thank you Carey and your team! You got Dr. Wellness customer for life.

Edit: the store owner had all the time to make excuses that dont even make sense as no one else was in the store at the time we visited. Also I personally never stated I was hot. I didnt know the air conditioning was out. Bobby sitting down the entire time we were there gave me the impression that his weight was an issue or why else wouldnt he want to get up and show the beautiful spas that I so highly praised at the beginning of my review? ( Also take into account, I am a LONG TIME GOOGLE GUIDE Level 6. So I would not be permitted to be a google reviewer with 6 status if I did fake reviews which is also why I noted our store visit ) Older edit:. the store owner keeps sending very vile texts and emails to me. And now accuses me of a fake review. He was playing games on his phone and then answered a 2 minute call. We thought his weight was the reason he was sitting down. I guess Ill just post more evidence, because I mean, literally looked at another bad review and apparently this is the normal way of speaking to potential customers just look at the email and text convos. Can you actually claim that as fake? I also included my visit from my timeline :: From entry in, it was a gorgeous amount of spas however Bobby the salesman was too busy sitting down to walk up and speak features. I really wanted to purchase one but wanted to get a better salesperson lol since this guy wasnt there and honestly wasnt really there to begin with if you really take in the face that he barely acknowledged us. Then when I call the supposed to be owner on the card the guy declines my call but sends me an auto text. I dont like spam texting and so I did #stop to prevent more spam texts and the guy who was so busy to decline my call texts me back a #youstop (I guess because I had called and he declined it was his proof that I called so I explained that I was trying to prevent spam robot texts and in the worst customer service for someone who definitely planned on buying ( we were approved days before but no one called )these guys wont get my business ever. I should have trusted my instinct and walked out when Mr. Bobby did not want to actually help us while we were there. Saved us a couple thousand dollars in mistakes.

I have been shopping for a spa for over a year and finally bought one!I found a store in Jax, Fla. that was owned by the Factory. The Spa Rep. listened to what I wanted and showed me a spa that encompassed all my needs! On top off that it was nearly $2000 less than a Hot Spring Spa that I have been strongly considering.The Factory Rep. Bobby Made my buying experience a good one from the start to end.Its been 8 months and I would buy it again. Ill check in again in another 8 months or so and let everyone know my on going experiences.I give them 5 Stars they earned it.

Total turn off. Hubby and I in market for a spa. Googled and this one was of the places to come up. As we entered we were immediately asked if we had an appt. Informed the person was going by what was posted on goggle hours of operation. He informed us he had a 4 pm appt today we could come back. I I formed him we would not be driving back to Baymeadows from airport area. I decided to call the number listed and on the answering machine it states they make their own spas. Turn off number two may not be in business when warranty issues arise. Thanks for not taking my business on today. Someone else will be glad to get it.

I want to share my experience with Carey Alltop. After he told me to kiss his a$$ he accessed my personal information and called my employer to cause me harm. Aqua Living is a unethical company, they altered documents and lied to their customers. I can legally say this cause its the truth. They are being investigated by various state and federal agencies for unethical practices.

I recently decided to purchase a hot tub; I am “credit challenged” so I wasn’t really thinking I would be able to purchase one and had basically decided to but someone else’s problem. Before I did, I applied for credit with Aqua Living and was surprised to hear back from them the next day.Carey was the person who called and initially told me I would need 1/2 down (this is still better than I expected with my credit); Carey was on a conference call when we spoke and asked if he could call me after. He told me that his conference call was actually a program that was able to get me financed with roughly 1/3 down!Needless to say, I made the purchase and had the paperwork and financing done via email within 2 hours. Carey informed me that it would be 4-6 weeks until I received my spa. I guess this isn’t a long time to wait when you order factory direct.Imagine my surprise when my spa was delivered in 3 weeks almost to the day! Terrible experience!!!! Buyer beware!!! Ordered tub 7 weeks ago. Was told it would arrive 2-3 weeks! No call back even when weve called factory directly. Bobby always says hell find out and call us right back but never a call back. We only ordered from this place because they said 2-3 weeks. Said we wanted to cancel and get our money back and was told there was a restocking fee. Totally ridiculous! We are having to get an attorney involved now!!!!

We have purchased a 6 person spa from here purchase Was very easy but cant comment on product because we still havent gotten it delivered.Was told it was in production before we even signed contract which we though great!! They said we should have it in about 3 to three and half weeks. We signed contract April 4th, still do not have the hot tub.Was told last week would be delivered that Friday and they would call Thursday to confirm, guess what they didnt. After several calls and leaving messages we finally got call Friday and again they would bring Sunday. 3pm Sunday get a call after waiting all day and again more excuses they were to deliver today.Guess what! just got a call around 12:30 with more excuses and they are to call us by 5pm today.The lack of communication and the way they handle there practice is very upsetting.Our time is valuable as well, we have to coordinate with electrician which we have rescheduled twice now. If you tell someone something you need to follow through and if you can not keep your word at least be responsible enough to communicate with buyers in timely manner. Thats good business practice 101.Apparently mechanical problem with their delivery truck, Guess they only have one delivery truck and we know things happen but but dont tell me your going to get truck out of shop and deliver it. Rent a truck, borrow one thats their issue not mine. I just want my hot tub delivered.

I had the greatest experience with this company when we bought our whirlpool. Carey Alltop was the person we dealt with and he was great. There was no pressure and we went from looking for a 3 person whirlpool, to buying a 6 person one. It is a life saver. I was in an automobile accident and have injuried my back and the whirlpool has helped so much. I am a firm believer in them. My mother was told by her doctor years ago she would be in a wheel chair within 6 months, but thanks to the whirlpool, she didnt stay in one til she passed and that was twenty years. So when I get in a wreck, I had to have one. I was doing physical therapy twice a week, but now with my whirlpool I am doing it every other week. Don’t go to this place. We drove 30 minutes to get here. Their website says their hours are 10am-5pm. When we get there the sign on the door says appointment only. When we call it’s an answering service that can’t even get in touch with them. Waste of driving time.
