The cleanliness the helpfulness, the professionalism, and I found what I needed except for the 10X lysol soap scum remover. I usually get it at target but this time there was no sign of it I hope you havent discontinued it its a great product.I love target I love to save money I love to have a nice clean clean smelling store.The only complaint I had was too many of the Employees were wearing jeans and the target shirt but many of them had way too tight of clothes even exposing white or dark belly fat I find this disrespectful to themselves and to me.Although if thats the worst thing I can think of target rocks.😊👍

For some reason they decided having only 2 cashiers on a Saturday was a good idea. And on top of that they only had half of the self checkouts open.

The store was very bright and clean. I also enjoyed how modern this store is as it appears to be newly remodeled.

Checked target.com, phone adapter I need in stock at Mandarin store. I drive to store, no electronics department, just empty space and sign that reads Pardon our appearance while we remodel or something similar. None of the employees I asked knew anything. When Target follows Kmart to its deserved death, Ill be the one with the big smile.

If you don’t want to go to town center’s Disney store, go to target in Mandarin!! The Disney section is huge and makes children so excited!! Such a beautiful Disney section!

Was in the shampoo section and picked up my favorite shampoo, I popped open the lid and smelled it and an employee came up to me and took the bottle out of my hands and said she has to take it back to be sanitized since I touched the shampoo. I told her I was going to buy it and was about to put it in my cart but she said it doesn’t matter. I have ruined the product. She then walked away from me visibly upset and made a scene so tons of people were staring at me. I picked up another bottle of the same product and put it in my cart, paid and left. Why can I not smell my own product? So weird. So so weird.

Overall easier to run about this old but well maintained Target. Small and kept clean. Starbucks there. Not a super Target but has enough of what your looking for most of the time.

Unpleasant encounter in parking lot, imposing behavior displayed when I addressed a patron literally parked in the aisle in the parking lot. I’ll not be shopping here anymore, I’m sure that is meaningless to you but I’ll be sure and tell my friends, coworkers about it.

Nice large store located right off San Jose with plenty of parking and a large Publix located in the same area. Store is large, well stocked and easy to shop. Only slight negative is the mens department does not have a Big and Tall section. Check out was ok but had a problem with the self checkout as it would not give us our $3 in bills but an employee made it happen.

Since no manager was around to listen, I’ll post my concern here. This store is full of people lacking common sense. The masks that they are told to wear while at work are to be worn properly, not to be worn under your chin! That is not helping protect anyone! Makes no sense to even wear one. If this is your employee, they need proper instruction on how to wear PPE. This is one of the many I saw as I went to pick up my order today that wore the mask the same way.

It is quick and convenient to do a pick up order. This time there was a problem and guest services really went above and beyond to make it right. A million stars!

The customer service is always good and I simply love the store and website. The customer service rep that handled my return for my most recent transaction, was amazing! Which is not common in this age of COVID, in my experience. She made it so easy, quick, and seamless, which was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise!

Bought a $200 vacuum, got it home to use it right away and realized we were sold a USED VACUUM! It stunk really bad. There was a bunch of nasty hair in the roller. It was also all scratched up. I cant believe they resell used items. Extremely disappointed and grossed out!

After not being able to find Pokemon cards for about a month or two. I finally found them at this target. Only to be informed that I can only purchase one pack at a time. Completely unacceptable and I will not spend a single penny here ever again. I was going to buy six packs i put every single one of them back theres no reason to only by a single pack and pay taxes on one transaction. Hope you dont have two kids cuz you cant buy two packs. I dont care that people are buying them in bulk boohoo thats life deal with it whats way worse than that its putting a one pack restriction. These people are very out of touch with reality. I spent about 20 minutes trying to decide what I wanted only for them to completely waste my time when I get to the checkout. What an absolute joke.

My wife and I went in to pick up an online order. A simple Letter K stocking, don’t get me wrong we are a target family. However when we got home we noticed we got the stocking, but they gladly gave us a stocking with an OBVIOUSLY NOTICEABLE upside down K. Exchange it for a correct one,I will! But who just decides to give a stocking with an obvious misprint to a customer who already paid online is what doesn’t sit well with us... do better.

Excellent service after using Target Drive Up service to pick up my order. Used mobile app, indicated I was on my way and described the color, style, and brand of car I was driving. Met in parking lot by associate as I was putting car in Drive Up slot. Excellent service!

I had the great pleasure in meeting a great manager by the name Ms.Angela. She was so wonderful and such a joy. Very knowledgeable and so appreciated amongst her staff and customers. I hope she gets a big raise for her merits great management like Ms.Angela needs to be recognized. Ms. Angela is one of the reasons why I give the Mandarin Target a perfect survey.

This was the most efficient online order and pickup service I have had. I ordered they picked the items promptly. When i told them i was there they came out in just a few min with all my items. No complicated hassle. They didnt forget my order, they didnt have a back and forth with me about what i was ordering and what to substitute, they just delivered my items right to my trunk! IT was a great experience given some of the issues i have had with similar services at other stores.

While rolling through self-checkout last night I overheard some of the employees preventing an irate elderly man from being taken by what was very obviously a scam (phone/internet scam from the sound of it). Those are definitely some good guy Target employees. This location has earned my business for the foreseeable future.

It was so easy and was exactly as it was explained. No surprises. Was quick and not even one broken egg!

Really wish this was a Super Target, but I was having trouble using my new employee discount and had to take some items off not having enough cash. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and got everything squared away for me! They have everything I need in stock, even Lysol wipes!

Great selection, everything I need is coordinated for me as far a home goods section. Target is a great store to shop at. Clean and shelves are always stocked.

This by far is the best, cleanest, well stocked Target around. I live near Savannah, which has 2 Target locations as well as 1 in Brunswick, but will go all the way to here because the staff makes it worthwhile. Especially Stephen in Electronics. He is always helpful when I shop in his area, which he keeps well organized and neat.

So many people walking around with no masks and staff with poor ppe. Also employees seem to be completely dim and like to block you into isles not allowing you to distance or working within two feet of your person without so much as a warning.

The stellar customer service is phenominal the scale is very high for customer service at the Mandarin location. Many other locations should learn how to treat the customers like the entire staff at Mandarin.

Arrived at target and upon entering, the entrance was blocked by a line of shopping carts with no employee in sight. Ok so I push the carts out the way so myself and three others can enter the store.Next I make my way to customer service for a return. Only one employee and the line is backed up, no problem ... about two minutes later someone walks straight up to the employee skipping the line and says “I have an order pick up”. The employee does not tell anyone in line anything and proceeds to help that customer. At this point I walk over to another employee to ask is someone can come help out customer service since there is two lines and only one employee and nobody to attend the returns line. She then looks around and asks “what do you mean” so I explain myself a second time. Then she responds “well I don’t have a radio”.On to checkout... so all registers closed, only self checkout open and the line is about 8-10 deep... Best part about this is the two managers are standing at the front talking to one another. So I walk up to them and ask are you the manager here? Yes she replies and I briefly explained my experience, only then does the other manager look up and see what is going on and starts calling on her radio.Truth is I really have enjoyed Target and this location makes Target look really bad. I was disappointed and not sure if I would revisit.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They say hello to everyone walking past them. I work in retail so I know how demanding and frustrating it can be some days. The staff here always has a smile on their face and a warm hello.

Like their selections however everything is geared toward larger families like some of the BIG BOXED STORES sometimes, not to a two person situation. A combination of large to small size families would be more appreciated. I do not need the same volume size products traditional families need....

We shop at this Target all the time and we are always pleased with our experience here. Its organized and everything is easy to find. Lately, however, its been above and beyond. We have a 1 year old boy who loves to walk around stores with us and all of the employees we encounter on our trip have been so sweet and kind to him, saying hello and letting him take the time to wave back.One young man really stands out to us. I didnt catch his name, but he is tall and has a ton of awesome, curly hair. My son took a major liking to him and wanted to watch him stock the shelves. This young man stopped to say hi to my son, give him high fives, watched my son show him some tricks and made us all laugh. It really made my boy happy! Thank you Target for employing such kind people. It really gives the shopping trip that little extra something and we always leave smiling.

Decently sized target.I usually dislike target, but this one was nice. The staff on the cafe was less than great, you could tell she obviously did not want to be there. The cashier beforehand that rung me out was great.

Drive up pick up is more convenient and quicker than any other store.

Ordering was so easy, the items I wanted were in stock and the order was filled and ready to pick up in just 2 hours.

Had a perfectly valid coupon for an item and target refused it because the computer wouldnt pick it up! I took the item out and showed the floor manager and he refused to take the coupon! I said well Ill go to guest services - he then said well they will just call me. The coupon wasnt expired, there was literally nothing wrong with it. Plus the cashiers looked like they didnt give a flying fig about being there at all, Ill take my business next time to the target at St. JohnsNEVER COMING BACK HERE and I will keep everyone away!

Every order I place with Target.com is wrong. Too many issues to list here but if you think calling their “customer service” number will help, don’t bother. After getting no help I asked for a supervisor. His solution was not to change it in the system but to cancel so I could start over. I will start over but it will be with Walmart.UPDATE: I did return to using Target’s online ordering and have not encountered any problems. It is very convenient to order and drive up to the loading area. Must give them credit for changes they’ve made.

I use to really enjoy shopping at this target up until recently. They have really downgraded the quality of people they hire especially management. Today I bought an item that was hung and displayed under the wrong price label. I understand this happens people place things where they shouldn’t all the time. However, this situation was different the item I was purchased was hanging in place with 100 or more of same exact item in the same exact area... My complaint is the customer service I received upon questioning the price the item rung up as... I just got attitude from the cashier and her manager... Basically oh well we made a mistake the price is what it is... I was willing to go with manager to show him why I was questioning price... This manager was terrible he said with an attitude someone hung them up with the wrong label... What do you want me to do look for a cheaper item for you... I’m my experience as a manager in retail if an item is tagged with a price along with multiples of same item you price match the advertised price. I hesitantly purchased the item...Target words of advice reevaluate your management please... I will take my money and spend it somewhere the customers receive fair friendly customer service... Sad as I absolutely love Target... San Jose store has lost me as a customer!

I like the store. It is neat and clean. Product variety is okay (there is room for improvement). Watch out for the homeless man panhandling in the parking lot. Ive mentioned it to Target security, but the guard made it clear to me that customer safety isnt his concern.Edit: Unable to access Targets app while in the Target store. I tried to open it before I entered the store. I restarted my phone, Still could not open the app. I have a new phone. Because of this, I was unable to use a gift card I have stored in the app.Edit: In Target today, and there were at least 3 customers in the store not wearing masks! It is clearly signed that masks are required for you to shop Target. There are often announcements about it. I dont understand why Target allowed these unmasked customers to shop in the store, putting ALL the mask wearing customers and employees at risk.

Was followed into bathroom after comming from checking out. Did not appreciate being targeted when I had just left checkout. She took off quick when I looked up and saw her.

I really like Target, and do almost all of my non grocery shopping here. Unfortunately the womens clothing section is lacking in professional clothing. There are no button up shirts that arent see through, odd colors, or have lace replacing more than half the tops. There were also only four different dress pants and very few size selections. The mens section had a whole area for professional clothing and the womens did not. Whats up with that?

In my opinion, this is a terrible pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere. Employees brazenly discuss protected medical information loudly for all nearby to hear. This is a disgusting practice and there is little to be done aside from taking ones business to a competitor.

Getting in and out is awful. Came in on Cyber Monday for an online pickup and the guy was more worried about how long the line was than helping me with a problem with my order. Went to the cafe and no one was there. Asked the manager, Jerry, if there would be anyone who could assist myself and another guest and he informed me that the person was on break. Which is fine but there was no sign indicating that someone was on break. He proceeded to say thats why the lights are off. Well youre assuming that people would understand that. Put a sign, dont assume. You only make an ass out of yourself!

Bait and switch store!!!!! Went there to get a phone and was informed that the store did not get any for the black Friday promo. I was then told to order it online to which it said I cant order online. Called my cell phone provider and she did an amazing job for me. She called the store and spoke to the manager to which she was lied to. Target was trying to up-sale me and they didnt want me getting the phone they promoted and $150.00 gift card. Well 2 hrs later I received a great deal from my provider, a better one then Target. I will never purchase a big ticket/higher priced item ther.

This place feels like the store that corporate forgot about. Minimal staff who don’t seem to care how long lines are. Closing down the cafe and photo center makes it feel like the place is even more run down than before. Very disappointing!

There are always sales and things are priced fairly in the first place. There is a food section to get things like hotdogs, popcorn, and icees to eat either there or on the go. Store is clean and well stocked.
