They provide great service until you close the deal. the manager encouraged me to overestimate what i owed on my trade in, since i didn’t have the exact amount. the manager assured me that they’d send me a check for the difference. it’s been 2 months since i bought my car and i can’t get them to answer my texts, emails, etc. i called and spoke to finance and they told me a check was going to be in the mail over 2 weeks ago. it’s a shame they ruined a relationship over a few hundred dollars. had they handled this as promised it would have been a 5 star review and we’d be repeat customers when we replace my husbands car soon

GET YOUR OWN INSPECTION!!!! Was sold a vehicle that didn’t have operating cruise control from a non-reported accident that wasn’t disclosed prior to purchase although the extended warranty company was aware. After having the car inspected by a local Ford dealer they made me aware this should have been recognized and/or corrected before listing it for sale. They will also sell you an extended warranty that does not cover the things you are told. Don’t trust them or their vehicle carfax. After 2 months of disputes they told me to use my car insurance to fix this issue they failed to fix it mention before listing the vehicle. PLEASE BEWARE!!

We didn’t park in the front we just pulled in to view a vehicle we saw from Atlantic Blvd. ( it was suppose to be a quick view) lolA tall young man name Daniel came out and greeted us. Fast! Thats the word I have for you guys. I mean from the moment I walked in test drove the vehicle. Went over numbers(which they will work with you) signed some papers. BOOM! keys in my hand in a hour and half. Khadary was so helpful and thorough. He truly went beyond my expectations. Overall 10 out of 10 experience! And obsessed with my vehicle.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Questions that couldnt be answered on the spot were researched and answered sufficiently. Had a new salesman that was very nice although not completely knowledgeable. He had only been there 2 weeks so there was obviously a lot of Room for increasing that knowledge if he chooses to follow that path, However it is car sales. I purchased my last vehicle from them and was very happy with the whole process. It would have been simple in quick however I make friends easily and spent several hours standing around talking.

Awesome experience purchasing a car. These guys offer excellent service and reasonable prices. Total opposite from my experience trying to purchase a Toyota a few blocks away where the salesman was very disrespectful and his behavior was acceptable by higher up in the company. I said this in complete honesty when the CEO told me I can go somewhere else. So glad it worked out good for me because Mitsubishi took care of me and Im sure they thank the other dealership for sending a customer their way. Im now enjoying a clean use vehicle.

I dont even know where to start with this dealership! I will save you the trouble with my long story though. All I can say is go to any other dealership BUT this one to purchase a vehicle. Do not give these guys your money or your time. I also dont know where to start with our Salesman Daniel that we had. He changed his story so many times and lied on multiple occasions of the status on our used vehicle that was getting repairs done. When we got to the dealership to look at the Used vehicle that we wanted the battery was completely dead and wouldnt even crank. Needless to say the deal was canceled and we never even got to take the vehicle home that we purchased. We waited for almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle back and never even got to drive it off the lot. Now it is back on the lot being sold for even more money! Way to screw over a good loyal customer!!!

The entire dealership is trash and so is their inventory. Purchased a BMW X6 used and literally brought a lemon that they wiped clean of the accident that should’ve totaled the car, the airbags were deployed and it just should’ve been considered a total lost., i washed the car once and noticed every single scratch the paint is peeling apparently the entire right side of the vehicle had been damaged and replaced., the truck didn’t have gas in it when i originally purchased it and then was handed $20 for a vehicle that takes 93 type gas., it’s the audacity for me., it was missing buttons, extremely dirty on the inside, you pay an extra couple hundred bucks for the warranty that doesnt cover anything that’s actually wrong with it only the stuff that is actually working maybe the windshield wipers. The entire dealership and their staff are TRASH DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.!!

Recently bought my Jeep Wrangler from City and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! Car buying is absolutely my least favorite thing to do but our sales person Khadary KD and the even the finance guy made the whole experience a pleasure! I had been searching for a specific vehicle for almost a year. Well, I found the one at City Mitsubishi, and I live 2 1/2 hours away. When I inquired online, not only were Gregg and Khadary quick to respond, they were there to answer any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle before coming in. Mr. Khan in finance was wonderful and efficient! I highly recommend them, and would most definitely do business here again.

I bought a van which I saw online. Decided to travel to Jacksonville from Orlando. We ended up buying the van on that same day. On my way home to Orlando, van breaks down. Stuck in the middle of nowhere, this is what Im kicking myself. Long story short, call dealership and did nothing to help the situation after the owner said he would help. Another issue I had was I had the entire cash for the van which they resisted to take unless I took their loan. Wow really. I wouldnt recommend this dealership.

I called them to get some transmission fluid for the 3000gt and they answered promptly letting me know they had 13 quarts available at $8 each. This is cheaper than online and they prepped it for pickup with no hassle.Needless to say I bought all 13 just in case it was needed in the future. Would come again in the future.

The intake receptionist (black woman) was very polite and helpful. She came over to the waiting room with a print out and carefully explained the point check analysis. My car battery needed to be replaced and she explained pricing and also explained and recommended tire rotation in a way that I would understand. Her customer service is IMPECCABLE.

I got my first car from this dealership. When I picked up the vehicle for the first time it was dirty with dog or cat hair all around and flimsy windshield wipers. I took my car back but the “detail cleaning” they offered was a sad joke I could not find funny. They tell you one thing over the phone and act brand new when you try to communicate information back to them in person. I also left my car at this shop to get worked on while I was out of town and came back to realize they let my car sit in the lot for 3 days and wasted my time. They are very unprofessional, I only go to get my oil changes (if they really even perform one) they don’t inspect your car or check your tires. Why am I scheduling an appointment for an oil change and an inspection and then once I arrive to get my car find out that no inspection was done? There’s absolutely no guarantee that you will leave this place with a car that’s been taken care of. I get all my work done at the Tom Bush dealership now instead, highly recommend since they actually know what they’re doing and care for your safety.

Honestly a great experience and the best auto purchase I have ever made. Nate was amazing and I really felt comfortable and the transaction was as smooth and easy as could be. I contacted them saying I was interested in a truck, they had the truck pulled up and washed. They immediately had it ready for a test drive and I took it! From the sales to the owner to the guy who handles the transaction paperwork, it was all perfect. 10 out of 10. Very happy with this place.

Dishonest, lying and fraudulent. I bought a used Dodge Ram from them, when I got it home, the front bumper was falling off! I brought it back and they fixed the bumper by pulling bolts off other parts of the truck. They showed my a Carfax report indicating no accidents. I took it to a dealership and was told it had definitely been in an accident. There are bolt sheered off inside the engine compartment. Never buy from these guys.

They stayed in touch with me via email until I was able to get to the showroom.Upon arrival we were met in the parking lot with bottles of cold water and a warm welcome.When I walked into the showroom there was a sign hanging from the rear view mirror of a beautiful pearl white Mitsubishi Mirage saying reserved for Barbara. What a way to get a gals attention!Brandon, our salesman, was attentive, full of a wealth of information, with a fabulous sense of humor, and easily moved our negotiations along to what to me was a superb deal.I highly, highly recommend City Mitsubishi.

This place is a joke like everybody is saying. I’m the owner of luxury Films and Tint in Orange Park Florida. This company contacted us to do a window tint job for one of their customers which we did and the customer was very very satisfied. We’ve been trying to get payment for months now they said they sent it out payment and when we contacted the owner of this dealership he said he’s not paying because he didn’t authorize it but you let us do the work to your customers car and now you don’t want to pay bad business bad bad business. Beware do not do work for this company they don’t pay.

I purchased a used 2016 Lexus IS 200t here and my overall experience was exceptional. Used cars are marked below market value so dont expect to haggle too much unless you come prepared with a strong understanding of vehicle pricing. Specifically John, Tracey, and Wayne were kind, informative and not pushy as salesman and engaged in friendly conversation. The staff also went out of there way to drive papers to my wife to complete a final purchase and I was in and out of the door in under six hour total (minus a two-hour detail of my vehicle). This dealership includes a VIN-etching accessory package that is non-negotiable at a $600 price tag. I was informed that the VIN-etching is completed prior to any purchase of the their vehicles and there is no way around it. The upside to this non-negotiable accessory is that if your vehicle is stolen, the insurance company will cut you a check for $3,000. However, I feel that the customer should still at least have the option to purchase this accessory or not. Personally I was able to haggle the purchase price of my vehicle down to counter the VIN-etching cost so I was not affected. Thank you to the staff and Ronald the GM for giving me a great deal and I would definitely recommend using this dealership for your vehicle needs.

We were so excited to go find a nice deal on a SUV. But when we arrived, the salesmen knew nothing about any of the vehicles we looked at, and when my husband tried to make a fair (and negotiable) offer, we were rudely dismissed. They continued to email and call us for days afterward, and when my husband tried to talk to them on the phone about the “new deal” they had, they were even RUDER, short with him, and hung up on him. I can’t imagine how they treat other customers. I understand if a deal just can’t work financially, but there is absolutely no reason to treat us so poorly and hang up in the middle of a conversation with a person trying to do business with them. I have never had a worse experience with a dealership.

I’ve had many bad experiences since purchasing 2 cars on the same day here! Never received my referral fee! The guy sold me “jag insurance “ when really it’s an aftermarket insurance that does not fix anything. I’ve brought my car in twice and nothing was fixed, they referred me to a guy who no longer does business with them because this dealership wants cheap shotty work enough just to get the car sold. Everything that was supposed to be covered with this “jag insurance “ is not being fixed. I’m getting the run around on everything. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Don’t be fooled because it’s on Atlantic with all those fancy dealerships. This is comparable to a buy here pay her place. Cars are lemons.

Her professionalism was impeccable in dealing with my sons and me!!Both of these not only were wonderful to me, but they also worked over the phone with both of my sons to answer ALL of their questions in such a helpful and professional manner.

Sonia and Sid were amazing! Both of them did an amazing job finding the right vehicle for our needs, were incredibly kind and empathetic, knew exactly what they were doing, and we were out the door in under an hour! It was an amazing team and I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

My girlfriend and I found a good listing on a car below market at City Mitsubishi. The sales staff was extremely unprofessional and bad at spelling. We were ready to walk out because the sales staff didn’t know what they were doing, but it was a good deal. This spelling error resulted in the DMV mailing the tag to a different address. The salesperson also did not include the second key when we specifically asked if there was one. When I returned a few weeks later, once I realized their mistakes, neither the salesperson or finance associate are with the company. I would have gone anywhere else if the car wasn’t listed several thousand dollars below any other listing in town. Not worth the headache, go anywhere else.

Visited City Mitsubishi to purchase a BMW. My dad and I came in to trade my Tiguan. I was amazed by the amount I received for my trade. Tracy was an awesome saleswoman I was impressed at how thorough and attentive she was to us and really understood what I was looking for. Sonya in the finance department was patient, and explained everything to me as this was my first real car purchase.Overall, the experience was unmatched. Would refer this to anyone looking to get a fair deal. If i could give 5 stars I would.

If I could I would give this company a negative 5 star. I originally talked to Taylor about the BMW 328i. We made a deal over the phone and when I got there she was conveniently not there but dealt with Tracy who was very nice.We asked for the car fax and found out it was in a minor accident which online it did not show. 3 days later my car started making an awful grinding noise. Looked under my car and saw that the emergency line clip broke. It is now at the BMW dealership being looked over. My husband and I decided to pay for our own carfax and saw pictures of the original damage which was very minor and that it was repossessed at one time also which was not disclosed. If I knew what I do now I would have not paid what I did for the car. Looking at their reviews I see that this is an issue of the dealership. I WILL NEVER EVER deal with this company again!! I have since tried to call them and they play gate keeper and can never get to a manager.

Where should I begin. On April 19, 2020 I decided to go with this dealership to buy a 2014 Maserati Ghibli S Q4. As expected the financing part went smooth but after the very first day I had issues with the car. I had to take I back there on April 21, 2 days after my purchase to have a headlight replaced. As I drove off that day I noticed a ticking noise coming from the well soon immediately called back and told them I want to return to the car because only 2 days after having it and I’m already having issues. I spoke to A guy named Chris and expressed my frustration and told him that I want to return it because I was within the 3 day grace period. He told me no because “it costs money to back a loan down” and to allow them a chance to fix it. They told me it was a guard issue under the car that they couldn’t fix so they referred me to a company named Mars to fix it. Then they told me that it was the brakes and tried to get me to pay for it which I refused to pay after getting into an argument with them because I told them the issue was a CV Joint. They fixed the brakes and of course it’s still making the ticking noise. So I brought it back again when I was getting my oil changed they stated on the paperwork that they don’t have the tools to fix it and it is now July 10, 2020. They want be to bring it back next Tuesday for the 7th time and if they won’t fix it they will be hearing from my lawyer. It makes no sense how I spent 32,000.00 and can’t get an issue resolved from 2 days after my purchase even though I tried to return the damn car within their bogus grace period. I will update this post based off of what happens next week.

The experience was good. But the store needs a facelift inside. The customer seating area was in poor condition. The bathroom was the same poor condition. There was almost zero new vehicles in stock. But maybe due to covid.

I called yesterday to inquire about a Range Rover sport. On the website it states that the vehicle has a 3rd row totaling 7 seats, but it’s not shown in the pictures online. This feature is listed in all of their range rover’s, so not sure how accurate it is. The sales woman on the phone wasn’t sure and said she would walk out to the car, check, and text me with pictures or give me a call. I waited 5 hours, heard nothing and called back. Their sales line went to voicemail. I called again this morning at 9:30 and no answer again, just went to voicemail. This dealership must not want business or care about getting back to their customers. This vehicle has been for sale for over 2 weeks, no wonder they can’t sell the vehicle. Poor customer service!Update: I received message this morning at 11am in regards to my inquiry about a bmw.... I never inquired about that vehicle. So unorganized, what a joke! I called back within 15 minutes, left a voicemail. It’s now 2 pm and still haven’t heard from anyone. Just ridiculous!

This place is a JOKE. We test drove an overpriced Subaru Outback here. Only to look at the carfax and it had been listed as stolen; which the salesman denied. The salesman also told us the car had tons of bogus features it doesn’t have... the most far fetched was that the horn honks when you’ve reached tire pressure when putting air in the tires. 1-800-SCAM-LIKELY! Take your business elsewhere. This place is SHADY!

Came in looking to trade my friends car and immediately we were greeted by AJ Prince. He helped explain the process and went over everything and even helped trade in her car. Sonya in the finance department was awesome and the process was super smooth! The car is great and I recommend City Mitsubishi to everyone I know!!

We had a great experience purchasing our 2017 Nissan Titan XD yesterday. Both Rueben and TaMichael worked with us over the phone (we live 2 hours away) to find a price we were happy with prior to driving to the dealership. When we arrived all of the numbers were exactly as discussed. We took the vehicle to our local Nissan service center today and it checked out perfect. We felt both men were honest and trustworthy. We would definitely do business with them again.

We had an issue with a vehicle warranty and were out 1K because we were forced to pay out of pocket to get it repaired. We approached the team at City Mitsubishi with our concern since that was where we purchased the vehicle and the warranty. It took some time to reach the right people but once we did we knew we were in excellent hands. They explained it happened under previous ownership and regardless of that, they wanted to help us sort it out. Sonya, Ihap and Eric listened to our concerns and helped us find a solution. We ended up trading in the vehicle and purchasing a new car! This became our 3rd purchase with City Mitsubishi and hands down the smoothest one yet! We sincerely appreciate their attention to detail, genuine integrity, loyalty and transparency throughout the full process. Coming from a long-standing background in customer service, I can confidently say this is one of the best teams we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Really nice friendly people. They really care about customer service they also respect your choice of what to do with your car. But dont leave you with questions whether its worth it or not. The only problem is they need for people to help man the phones. Definitely he is here to go in and make an appointment in person then try to make an appointment on the phone.

I came here with my wife who was interested in a Mercedes. Originally spoke with Denise who was helpful and friendly. I worked with a salesman named Sidney who was also very helpful. I was ready to purchase the vehicle until I met the finance lady Sonya. Her attitude was absolutely horrendous and she acted so above everyone. I’ve heard before that she put a bad name on this dealership and now I see why. BEWARE OF SONYA!!!!

Lies, lies and more lies. Check engine light on after 4 days. Now they want take back promise of cosmetic repairs to fix the check engine issue. Really? This is how you treat customers? We were buying a car with more room to transport my handicap mother in law. Now I’m afraid we have an unreliable car that will leave us stranded. If you work hard and expect to be treated with respect you won’t find it at City Mitsubishi. They say anything to make the sale then they are done with you. Khan is impossible to deal with so just don’t waste your time here. Do your research you’ll read more of the same. Don’t make the mistake we did.

I bought a car in May 2019. I asked for a Car fax but was told they didnt have one because they just received the car via trade in, but they would provide one once received. I never got it. Today on Jan 13 2020 I had the car appraised for a possible trade in and i was told the car was worth $9500 because it was involved in a car accident that resulted In structural damage. I was never told about this damage. And now I have a vehicle loan for 20k and the car is worth $9500. I contacted the dealership & was told by the general manager they do not have to provide me with a car fax nor do they have to tell me the car was in an accident but then offered me 11k trade in. I was misled and was told the car was a trade in when in fact the car was bought at an auction. I was never given a fair choice on whether or not I wanted a vehicle with prior damage. This is unacceptable. I have already contacted the BBB & I will also be contacting a consumer lawyer.

They talk to you very sweet and everything, they take forever to get you the plate on your vehicle and when you ask them where is it they ask you to come another day because they are busy with other customers. This is my second time trying to get the plate and “no one is here to help” Because of this idiots I am driving without a plate! Never buying here again....
