I would definitely recommend this repair shop for any auto needs. Prince was very informative took pictures of repair and was accurate about everything. I was a little skeptical at first because I’m new to the area and did not have a mechanic however I do have experience in automotive services. He also gave me a loaner car while they repaired my Lexus. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership however because of the storm they had a back up of services. Deeps is now my repair shop as long as I’m here in this area.De

Do not come to this place triple A bought my car to the wrong place and they wanted to charge me $300 to install a battery....a battery for a car cost 80 bucks maybe $120 with installation this place is a scam the owner is nasty and rude please stay away from this place

My insurance company sent me there for pictures of my car. I got there about 30 minutes before the actual time and the gentleman there was so nice and kind and took the pictures right away and sent me home in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely go there for other services..

I wanted to check starter problem and brought the vehicle to Deepa Auto. One mechanic named Prince, took my vehicle inside and did something. Then he said starter gone and I must replace the starter. I trusted him as I came new to US and again an Indian shop. He billed me $482.6 (Starter=292.46+Labor 140$+item supply $12.6+...). It took only 15 minutes for him to fix the problem. I checked online for the billed Bosch starter which cost $83.24 only. I called him back for the price and he said, Once the work is done, we dont talk about the price. If anything, I should have talked before repair. Please dont go to this shop, theyll suck you. They are all cheaters and never faced these kind of people anywhere. I have bill with me and if anything you can call me. I am staying in Fords, NJ 08863.

I recently had a front brake issue my rotors had gotten damage do to my calipers they had to work really hard to get the pins out of calipers because they where seized in place they used a torch to remove the pins and if they didn’t do that I would need to get new ones from dealer and that’s a process in its self very fast service and they gave me a car to use tell my car was done no body does that only car dealer that was so great to me I was going to call Uber lol but didn’t have to so they did my pads and rotors and oil change I would go back any time 💪🏿 Drop car off at 8 am done by 1230 pm

This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.My SUVs window mechanics failed and the window went all the way down and wouldnt go back up.It was during a heat wave and rain was coming in a few days.My original mechanic is doing a renovation so I found this place.I came to get that fixed and one of my door looks wasnt operating as well. Soon he told me that 3/4 of my doors were broken when they werent and he did the work on them already. Said I can pick up tomorrow and called me later at night saying he had to replace a part n will need to buy that part. I come back and hear that he had to replace a door handle.My door handle wasnt broken and when I argued that he threatened to put everything back in broken and leave .They trap you and misquote you on the price every time. I was quoted at 700 for everything and ended up paying $1000. My dealer later told me I was overcharged by roughly $500 which was a given.Honestly will never go back there. 2 weeks later the sound panels on my door keep coming off and my AC unit is broken. Starting to wonder if they caused issues just so Id come back there.Never again. If I could give 0 stars or a negative I would have.

Don’t ever come to this place (DEEPA AUTO) they are the worst shop in Iselin we went there for headlights and he give Estimate of $225 and I told my brother to pickup the car and he took $300 without any reason

The mechanics at Deepa Auto repair in Iselin (Its not closed!) are awesome. I take my Acura for any issues and have been doing so, a lot cheaper and affordable than the dealer (obviously!) and also great in their work. So far no problems. If anything new I will update this review

This auto repair shop (DEEPA AUTO) doesnt even Deserve one star or even half. About 2 weeks ago when I got into accident and i chose this auto repair for repairing my car coz also they has body shop. The insurance company paid them to replace NEW bumper and my Brand new rims which got scratched. But in the end they used same bumper and used some cheap material to glue the bumper locks and they painted it make it look like new.On top of that, the insurance company paid them for providing me new rims but this shop just fixed the rim and gave me reconditional rims.Also they did some unnecessary things that werent suppose to do not touch. They messed with my cars drivers door window visor.I THOUGHT THEY WERE TRUSTABLE BUT THEY REALLY ARE NOT. I think they should provide me new body parts that insurance paid for.Also I would highly recommend my friends and family not to go to DEEPA AUTO REPAIR/DEEPA AUTO BODY or any of their locations.

I was doing servicing my Chevy car since 2016 when I bought my car. I am totally satisfied with the service and other guidance from deepa auto. I will strongly recommend to do all kind of work in deepa auto.

We originally brought our car to Deepa Auto repair because there was an issue with our car turning on, which was suspected to be the Immobilizer (Honda Civic, Green Key light would appear even though it was the original key) We brought the car over to deepa, who After replacing the Immobilizer $500 later, the car was running(for about 2 weeks). Two weeks later, the car continues to have the same problem. Since the car is showing the exact same symptoms as it had before, we brought the car right back on to Deepa since he had attempted to fix it and failed. When he called back about the issue, he said that the issue was the immobilizer, again, and after persistence, we were able to manage to get Prince (the name of the representative we continuously dealt with) to tell us that he would not charge us for the part he would credit the part since it was the same exact part that he replaced. Prince called to tell me that the car was ready, but wouldnt discuss any of the details over the phone. Once I got there, Deepa hands me the Receipt, with $200 credit for the piece (when we originally paid $280) and (what a surprise) there was a Blower Control Module charge, Literally listed on the receipt as a Blower Control Module, which there is nothing on the internet anywhere that I can find on that, which carried a $516 Charge. Mind you that there was no Labor charge on this order, he charged me $516 for this hardware that I cannot even find on the internet at all. The only thing I can imagine that this thing is is a Body Control Module, however even then they are nowhere near as expensive as what he charged me. I wish that was the worst part though. The night after I get my car back from Deepa Auto Repair, I park it in front of my house, I go to sleep, I wake up the next morning to make my way to New York City. What a surprise, the Battery is Dead. I give it all the benefit of the doubt, maybe I left a light on or a door slightly open, So I jump my car, and Make my way to New York City. At least an hour drive, more than enough time for the car to regain the juice that it needs to be able to turn off the car, and of course, when I get back to my car, Its dead again. This time, Im in a parking garage in NYC. You can only imagine how much tow costs are from NYC to central NJ. Long story short, now my car every time I turn it off it doesnt turn on, I have to jump it, when literally gave him the car for a completely different issue, when this wasnt happening at all. Yeah my car recognizes my key now but whats the point if my car has to be jumped every time it comes on. So now I am out all of the money that I have paid them and I have to find a new mechanic to fix what they messed up. Im not one to go write a bad review on the first person that crosses me but man I gave them so many chances to fix the car and it just kept getting worse and worse normally I would just cut my losses but man we are talking about a lot of money that you would be spending so please save your money and find a mechanic who will not take a car like my 2006 honda civic, cars that are known to be on the easier side to fix, and ruin it. Please heed my advice and find a better Mechanic.

I came to these guys through a referral by a friend of mine. The car had an intermittent electrical problem. The odometer would turned to six dashes ------ and it wouldnt start when that happened. These guys found the problem it was a chaffed and corroded wire that would not completely short. I would give them 5 stars except that their waiting area is not too big and they are a bit snobby.

DO NOT GO TO DEEPA AUTO REPAIR!!!!!I had no choice but to go to Deepa. AAA recommended it because it was close by. I had a few thousand dollars of work done to my car, just about what my car is worth. Due to low mileage and being in basically good shape, I was told to keep it and that I should have no problems.Well less than 6 months later, I had an issue with my car. When I brought it to my original mechanic, he indicated that the place was basically ripping me off by telling me to keep my car and paying the price I paid. As they read all that was done to it, they indicated that some parts that they claimed they replaced were the exact ones they remember being in it. What they ended up having to do to my car was what Deepa should have done months ago! I am completely devastated.All I know is that you get what you give out in life. I was also told that theyve been in trouble with the BBB. Hmmm... surprised?!WHAT EVERY YOU DO, DO NOT CHOOSE DEEPA!!!!! YOU WILL END UP LIKE ME, OUT A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS AND BASICALLY PISSED OFF!

No option for 0 star or minus stars, so one star.RIP OFF EXPERTS. I walked in for my busted headlamp. I know its just lamp problem as I keep getting this often. I had to go there despite warning from my friends, just because they were the only open shop at the time my headlamp died. I went to the shop in NJ27 (not the one in green street). They took my car, kept for 1 hour and came back to me saying that the earth wire needs to be replaced. I said ok go ahead (how much a earth wire would cost.. let them do!). They came back and charged me 135$ for labor, earth wire and bulbs. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! 1 hour I have seen them do nothing in my car, but this guy came back to me saying they were trouble shooting for 1 hour so I have to pay labor for 1 hour. I did the same thing before in other places for 25 bucks at the max.Strongly recommend not going there, unless you have plenty of cash for throwaway and you dont mind being fooled by the experts there.

Its called DEEPA auto repair because they will have you dig DEEPA into your wallet. I had a faulty bearing on my fx35 and mechanic said its not drivable. I now had to get an emergency fix early that morning to make it to work. He took advantage of that. For a bearing job that doesnt require hard labor and bearing he charged me close to $700. I had no choice to pay it since I couldnt miss work. He also said he used the highest quality parts which is why price was what it was. BS The bearing went literally a year and one week later. Brought it to another shop and did the same job but better for $350. Ill give one thing he fixed it fast. Downside my new mechanic said he didnt fit bearing properly probably because he rushed it. They wont be going any DEEPA into my pockets. Lesson learned.

The 770 Green St repair shop is under investigation for illegal practices and THEFT. I have seen this coming for the past few years. This place is the SCUM of auto-repair shops. The owner is arrogent and rips people off every chance he gets.There is no doubt that this place is robbing people. Many of the things they do are clearly illegal. Just read the other reviews. The workers are low-paid and COMPLETELY incompitent and or on drugs. I dont see this shop being open for much longer, thankfully.

Cheaters !!! Thieves !!!! -- 770 Green St Repair Shop...Stay away from these guys they will rip you off. I went to repair my faulty brake lines. While taking the car back my Service Engine Light was on and also the brakes are spongy. Asked Mr. Dev (Lord of Cheaters) why is it so. He said its too late and all his mechanics are gone, so come later. Before going back again I visited Autozone who do this check for free and they told me that the either the O2 sensor is faulty or poor connection to it. Went back on Saturday to Deepa Auto, he refuses to do any service on brakes and charged me $69 for the same diagnostics which Autozone did it for free and is not ready to accept they had screwed up the connection while fixing the brake and fuel lines which is still not in good shape. !!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP FOR YOUR GOOD !!!!!

They did an oil change and forgot to put oil in my car!!!! I drove it and the low oil pressure light came on and by then it was too late they refused to even put a used engine in my car after causing it to seize. Stay away from these people they are crooks!

Pretty bad place to get your transmission fluid replaced. I didnt know much at that time. After they finished with replacing my transmission fluid, i checked the fluid and it was dark. It should of been pink like how new transmission fluid should be. He then tells me how its supposed to be dark because its a synthetic fluid. I trusted him and that was my fault. Billed me for around 100 for the transmission flush. OH WAIT, IM SORRY IT WAS A DRAIN BECAUSE HE USED A HOSE TO SUCK THE FLUID OUT.

I have multiple cars in my family and they all go through Deepa Auto and its taken care very welll by Yogeshbhai and Team. I have even got the engine changed in one of the car through him...
