Had to resupply my portable oxygen tanks on Friday. First time in this facility. The young lady helped me with everything I needed and made me feel welcomed. Great customer service. Trying to call them to see if your order is ready is a different story. Only 5 calls ahead of me pre the recording. Staid on hold 1 hr and 15 minutes the last call. Previous calls were at least 45 -50 minute hold time with 5 or less in front of me. My calls usually only take 10 minutes. Not sure what the other people are needing.

I Love the Irving location. My husband has to be on Oxygen and the hospital had this arranged before we left. They were there right at discharge and went over how to us the equipment very well and made sure we was sure before we left. We went to the store to get the remaining canisters he needed. They come out to the house to refill the canisters for you and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

Waited again today over an hour for them to answer. It’s always this way! Overall service really needs improvement. Still waiting on an order that was placed a week ago and was told on 2 different occasions I would be called to set up delivery??? Hasn’t happened.

The staff at the Irving office was friendly and professional. The respiratory therapist was very informative and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. I was very pleased with the service and information provided. The equipment usage and recommended care was fully explained. This was a very positive experience.

***DO NOT USE***worst company to deal with, this company does not care about patients at all. I called 3 times for them to deliver oxygen tanks, the driver just left the tanks outside without knocking. To make matters worse they were the wrong tanks. I called the Denton office the lady was rude she told me to drive there and pick the correct ones, after yelling at her she then told me the the Irving office manager was going to call me. No one called, so I called there a very nice lady told me they couldn’t deliver so I was to drive there and pick them up myself. After yelling again she told me that a driver was going to deliver and till this day it’s been a whole week no one showed up. We had to use a different company. This company only cares about making money and not people. I’m waiting to see if they charge us, if they do then this will prove they are scammers.

Customer service non-existent.Called number during morning business hours and queue said I was number 9 in the queue - it took 2 hours to get thru 9 callers in the queue. Then, no customer service agent answered and the the call I had been on for 2 hours went to a company directory (enter the first three digits of the persons last name). Rhema Medical had not provided a name for me to call, just a number. So I left a message on the first person on the directory (identified myself, reason or the call, my phone number, asked for a call back - they never called back).Same thing again the next day - after 2 hours waiting int he phone queue, I finally get a live person and they are less than helpful and not interested in solving my problem.See other reviews where people describe similar poor customer service. Avoid this company.

Worst place. Zero star. Customers service below zero star. Scheduled an appt by them for 12 noon but apparently closed for lunch 12 to 1pm. Delivery came for their food. I asked why were we scheduled for 12 noon if they are on lunch break. Said rudely we can leave and re schedule. Mind you it took a month and a half to schedule with them and took an hour to get there depending on traffic but decided to leave anyway. Have bad gut feeling about the place. I read the reviews after this happened and all reviews are 1 star with same experienced as ours. Some were worst. And to think this place was referred to us by the Pulmunologist fo C pap equipment. Will not trust this place.

I was going to use these folks for my cpap. I arrived at a sketchy building to locked doors and a phone number to call to be let in. I tired of the options and knocked on the glass. Inside was in disarray with a pile of papers with who knows what on them. Seems I arrived an hour early for my appointment. A call from them to confirm this time probably would have fixed that, but ok. I’ll wait. I said i would need to use the restroom. They said they have no public restroom. I said I’m not public, I’m a customer. No response. I said you are certainly going somewhere. Again. She just stared at me with no response. My situation changed from customer to public real fast. I left and contacted my dr for a better reference. FOLOWUP: shortly after i got home, i got a call from Mary Nill, the licensed respiratory therapist. VERY professional. she listened to my issues, and we had a very nice conversation. She offered to come to my house for my fitting. this went a long way with me. I told her i would think on it and call her in a few days.

I am using a Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP machine and the one I had was having issues and needed to get mine serviced. I came here to get assistance with my cm H2O pressures and was helped by a lady named Mary. I did not get her last name but she took very good care of me and I recommend going to see her if you are ever in need service for your Resmed equipment.

I absolutely love this place. The people that work here truly care about you and your love ones. I was having some troubles with my moms old oxygen provider. When I told Serena what was going on, she shined in customer care and service. I have not had any problem with get my mom what she need for her health care any longer. What do the patients do that got to be on oxygen and their oxygen company doesnt deliver and you cant pick it up. This has happened to me for the 3rd time. I said cant your driver deliver the oxygen on put it on the from door? They said know and they know I am disabled. I have had trouble with this company from the start. Im going with another company now.

I’ve been dealing with them since July 2020. Horrible company.I am an outpatient social worker and me myself trying to deal with this agency is horrific.I have had to called multiple times once or twice per week because no one in the staff follows through as they say they will.The hold times? I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes and it says I’m the first one on the line...To all inpatient social workers, I know it’s tough right now, but please stop referring patients here.It’s a nightmare.

My aunt is on oxygen and uses this company. Not satisfied at all. We have to drive all the way in the other side of the world jut to pick up oxygen. They werent delivering cause of covid. Idk wat they expect how a person That uses oxygen and out and cant make it to the office supposed to do. If dont deliver? They can drop it off on porch. And when we call the number its answers everywhere but the Irving location and that Location that we call in who knows wat cuties has misinformed us a couple of times. We use a lot of oxygen cuz we go out a lot and only gives us 5 tanks at a time ...so we had to drive back out there. The people that help us load oxygen are nice. Its just an inconvenience to only delivery on certain days and when ur out u have to go to the office or u are sol. I think the Irving office should answer the Irving residents. Needs to get it together at all locations.

I couldn’t understand why a healthcare worker who must understand patient’s behaviors acted like the Rhena’s trainer did with me.I called to my doctor’s office to change me to another provider of medical equipment.Please be careful with this company or with some employees. This company does not care if you LIVE or DIE!! All they want is money. I used them on recommendation, but when I contacted the for oxygen following Covid-19 they said they would call me back which they did not. They all so said they only do 90 day deliveries. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!

Rhema Greenville said they couldn’t help me and I’d have to call Irving. I called Irving and Danielle bent over backwards to help me get some answers about my CPAP supply order. I received a call from the smart one in Greenville, Diane. She was helpful and I wish I had spoken to her the first time I called Greenville because she’s helped me before. Anyway, I think the quality of service all depends on which person you get.

Should be a MINUS one! Worst company I’ve ever worked with. No customer service, no follow through, never the same answer to the same question, always another “hurdle” to get the service needed, never a call-back... so frustrating! Would definitely look elsewhere for medical equipment.

Only reason I am not giving it a lower rating is because they will not let me give it zero stars. The customer service is terrible. Their people do not care if you get your order and do not expect them to follow on anything that is promised to you. I will be getting my sleep supplies from another vendor.

I was having a great experience for about 6 months. Then my supplies just stopped coming. I called in today to let them know that I had not received anything for over 2 months and Liz told me that she will take care of that right away. Not happy about having a month old filter, but hopefully this is now straightened out and all will be good. Thanks, Liz!

Terrible service and a terrible billing department (uninformed about how insurance coverage works). If you enjoy people calling and yelling/arguing with sick elderly patients, this is the company for you. We had no choice but to use this company when my family member required oxygen after she left the hospital. We are now looking into finding a better company to do business with.

Terrible service! Do not this company if you ACTUALLY NEED anything. It took me 7 weeks and 18 phone call to get a tracking number for a piece of a CPAP mask. I still couldn’t use the machine! Then the manager at the Irving location, Esther, told me that I was being non-compliant when I expressed my frustrations with the company. I have phenomenal insurance and don’t have to deal with this company. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! I am sending the machine back and going with a different company.

The customer service with the company is HORRIBLE. I cannot explain the frustration in getting the oxygen for my 91 year old father in law as they are telling me he doesnt qualify and she says it over and over. When I ask for a supervisor she puts me on hold for several,. several minutes and comes back to say Oh, it was a misunderstanding. He is qualified Are you kidding me???????????????????????????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES OXYGEN.

This is the company the hospital set up for my mother to start receiving oxygen from. They delivered the BiPap machine but never delivered the concentrator that was supposed to go with it. Last Wednesday I tried to order a refill on her travel tank. Imagine my surprise when I find out I have to order 5 bottle because they will only deliver every 90 days. They said they will deliver Friday with a 5 hour window. Had to work from home that day but no one ever came to deliver. Today I get a call from them asking if my mother needed any supplies. Seemed shocked when I told them they had yet to deliver on 2 outstanding orders. Im glad we still had the concentrators that my dad had.

They dont return phone calls well at all. Even after reading the previous reviews I had no choice but to use them because they were the only suppliers on my approved insurance list. Stay away if you possibly can and call frequently to stay on top of your order. Dont wait for a return phone call, call them back yourself.

I have been a customer for 10 years and was basically treated as if i were bothering them when i called. Called Rhema Medical and spoke with someone very friendly and helpful. Refuses to fill my liquor oxygen due to acct. Even with me doing deductions from my acct monthly.So I ask them to pickup equipment even after me telling them, I dont drive.Employee at this locations is very rude and arrogant. People that are facing life treating illness shouldnt have to deal with this Company period.They have had over 200 complaints BBB.This is due to a hand full of workers thats need to be replaced.

Like many others in the reviews I have seen, I will also confirm that this companys customer service does not know the meaning of the words customer service. I have been providing care to my father who has pulmonary fibrosis and I have been trying to order a portable oxygen concentrator. I have been trying for 3 months. Every time I call Jennifer acts like this is the first time she has looked at this request. The insurance had declined the initial order because it needed a note from my fathers doctor saying he is mobile around the house. The doctors office has provided that note on 3 separate occasions and still nothing. I dont know what their purpose is but if you have a choice in the matter, stay away from this company. Its sad because companies like this should be trying to help people that are ill, instead they create more problems.

I got a CPAP sleeping device here and signed up for them to auto send the replacement parts. Their 3 month supply will probably last me three years and it came at outrageous prices. $280 for some tubing, plastic nose gear and modified coffee filters. I would guess the cost on all of this stuff is probably $5.

Then admitted they hadnt even checked or verified my insurance.. these people have lost their damn minds. I dont have cheap insurance and UHC gives a new everything every 3 yrs. This co took over myaccount from American Durable, then I found out cause I needed more tanks they were only going to service me for l mo!!!After many calls found one that would service me... Rhema suggested if I needed more I could drive to W Ft Worth or Lewisville and pick up!!! they only deliver every 3 mo... Could not believe I had used 14 tanks in a mo guess no one else ever leaves home!! Go to the Dr. and it takes 2 tanks, go to Plano 3 tanks, doesnt take long to use them all, told them at the start that was not acceptable but they didnt seem to care... Can you see me going down the highways with roman candles in the trunk?? hope there isnt an accident.... lol

I was put on home oxygen for several weeks and can compliment the delivery man, but the companys customer service at their Irving Texas location is horrible. When youre able to actually get someone on the phone theyre rude, cut you off, give you incorrect information, and in general try to make things difficult for their customers.

This group is apparently a billing agent for other sleep therapy companies that cannot bill in network to cigna and others. Bad experience. Their communication is poor and they cant seem to understand the detailed workings of how doctors and patients are really in charge. I suggest you stay clear of this company as an ongoing biller of sleep diagnostic supplies and equipment.

A doctor at the hospital.prescrbed equipment for my wife. I assume as part of the favors for prescriptions programs vendors run.Her doctors tell us its unnecesary. Shes necer used it.They refuse to pick it up. As long as we have it, they can keep billing. Dishonestly.Their hours of operation have been scratched off their doors, except that they are closed 12-1 for lunch.Im in front of their doors on a Saturday, they are not open.Returning this equipnent is evidently going to be an ordeal.

This place is majorly disorganized, keeps you waiting in lobby, is understaffed, does a lousy job of explaining how machines operate among many other issues. Plus their supplier doesn’t even carry the same replacement parts as come with machine you get from them.!!! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrible service. STAY AWAY!! Our father recently passed away, and he was using their oxygen equipment. I confirmed 3 times that someone would come by to pick up the equipment, because our father obviously doesnt need it anymore, but no one showed up or called like they said they would.
