Disappointed, it’s Sunday 9:30am. and I supposed they just opened, we ask for a juice ( carrots,orange,beets) she said they have no carrots, shipments are on Monday, so I said ok, then I ask for an ENERGETIC MILLENNIUM then she said WE HAVE NO COFFEE ICE CREAM 😏I have been a customer for more than 10 years an my only locations are MONFORT, and Lindsley .I will not come back to this location, I don’t know how they do inventory but I imagine that weekend’s are the busiest and having shortages of what’s need is not a good strategy. I hope this was just a one time deal.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. There was no one in line & 4 lady’s working. It took 30 minutes for us to get our stuff. The other lady’s were just talking & they were very slow, also rude. They didn’t put everything that was mentioned in the Dorilocos (2 pieces of cucumber, no jalapeños). The reason I give 3 stars is because the food/ drinks are good. But they just take to long to serve & aren’t friendly.

If I could..I would give this place ZERO stars! My fruit was moldy and had a dead fly in it. The owner was also giving a coworker a really hard time and calling them slurs. Do better!

Honestly this is the worst place i have ever been to. The floors there were sticky because of some kind of juice they didnt bother cleaning it they just put a caution its slippery sign. Most of the fruit here is rotten and/or almost expired. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. the fruit looked disgusting like they’ve been out for days the mangos were very rotten and already brown and they were still selling them. I took pictures and videos will make sure to upload into their Facebook page.

Okay this is getting aggravating! I’ve went up there a couple times and sometimes they have bread and sometimes they “don’t” so I decided to call before I go and a man (I assume he’s the manager) answered and he thought it was so weird that I was calling asking if they had bread! He said there’s always bread! The 2 ladies in the morning apparently lie about not having bread so that they don’t have to make any sandwiches. The ladies say the bread won’t arrive til after 3pm, funny how at 3pm is when the shifts change! RIDICULOUS! Why?! Why work in a fast paced environment if your lazy!! AND I called to place an order and they said they don’t do that! all the other locations do! HIRE NEW PEOPLE! PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK!

I absolutely love this place. I visit at least once weekly. The prices are reasonable, fruit is ALWAYS fresh, and are always friendly. This place is a must visit.

Went to buy strawberries with cream. Most all the strawberries were bad! The cream tastes like has gone bad. They need to be more careful with fruit. Looks like they don’t take out the bad they just sell it!

I just went in to the store and they asked me to use my mask, I went out to my car and got it, one of the employees ( don’t know the name) wasn’t wearing her mask and I told her and her response was if I don’t want to be there get out, so rude, bad reputation for a good place, she should be trained properly.

Please go somewhere else for an elote. It’s hard to mess up an elote, but somehow managed to make the absolute worst one I’ve ever had. As I was eating the fruit I realized it was bad. The mango had a black line through it.Go somewhere else. Disgusting.

The ladies here are very rude and bored with their jobs . They apparently dont have any kind of customer service education by the way they talk and attend . Will never come here again with rude ladies whom have no education. They need to get people with education and proper skills to attend the customers before this store breaks down business !!!

The workers are rude and wanted to charge $3.00 dollars extra to squeeze lemon juice on the fruit. Not sure why they dont put the condiments on the fruit every other frutería does. Will tell my friends not to go there.

I took the time to write this review hoping that the manager or owner of this fruit store will realize the type of worker who has in his business that as customer service leaves much to be desired, I have been a client of the place and I have friends to this business because we like the menu they offer, unfortunately I had some problems with the employee that appears in the video, which always shows a bad attitude and stop not wanting to work or maybe you do not like your work, when one asks something in particular she always refuses arguing that she can not do it because she is not allowed to do things as simple as (putting lemon on the fruit or chopping something that is cut of a large size or giving a liquefied to ones taste) just for Mensionar, she always refuses to give the attention that one as a client deserves since her salary goes out for all the clients that we buy. In my opinion they should give a customer service training. If I wrote this it is because it is more than 1 occasion I have seen and passed bad time for this lady. I told her, her attitude is bad and I did not like it and she answered that if I did not like it I would not go back, which when I mentioned that I recorded it and asked her to repeat it but she noticed and did not want to repeat what she had said and She took the nerve to say that if she wants to not let us in again, they should hire new people who provide kind attention, since the business itself is good or they will lose more clients.
