They have the best donuts!! I absolutely love their donut dough! They can do custom lettering for special occasions! Customer service is fantastic. They still require masks (as of 7/28/21) but I dont mind wearing one for the 30 seconds it takes to order n leave!! Theyre definitely worth it!! ❤️

Excellent donuts! First time coming here. Not greasy and the sausage rolls were so perfectly made! Soft and warm, an moist. This is really important because my picky kids would not eat them if they are dry. Thank you!

I visit regularly. They are open Mon-Sat (closed on Sunday).The donuts are always fresh, with a wide selection.In addition, they offer hot sandwiches & kolaches. The ham & cheese croissant is my FAVE.The prices are reasonable, and the employees are always wearing smiles.I highly recommend Shins for a quick, tasty and affordable breakfast.

I always enjoy their donuts! Since they opened Dunkin we havent gone here as much but not sure why! This place has the best donuts in Irving but you better go early if you want a variety they sell out quick!

My favorite donuts in the city. My go to are the donut holes. They really have the ingredients down and they taste delicious.Every time I’ve gone, the donuts were fresh and never had that stale cardboard taste like other places.

Standard Asian donut shop. Nothing to complain about. Nothing special about the donuts to set them apart from the others. Does give a small number of free donut holes with each purchase though. Wish they would offer some way to tip with a credit card.

Their donuts are delish! Especially the cake donuts. You buy it in the mornings, and when afternoon comes or even the day after, the donuts are still soft and yummy. I dont know how they do it but definitely one of my favorite places to go to.

Shins is by far the best in DFW. I eat a lot of donuts and have tried all those listed as the “best in Dallas”. I hate I don’t work nights getting off at 5 and at Shins waiting on my hot donuts at 5:15 anymore. I miss them tremendously

This is usually our go to Donut shop for work. They are usually quick and courteous. Love their boxes they are so fun.

The donut holes have the perfect amount of crispness with a soft fluffy inside, but their cinnamon rolls are even better! The sausage roles/kolaches are some of the best Ive ever had with a lightly sweet bread and moist flavorful sausage. I definitely recommend. Their service is also superb. They are very friendly. You are greeted with the sweetest smiles and eagerness to satisfy their customers.

This place is GREAT! however they do sell out rather quickly. So sometimes when you show up it might be a dissapointment.

When I lived in Irving, Shins was the must-go-to-place several times a week. Look at all the five-star reviews for this place. The donuts are far and away the best Ive EVER had. They put Krispy Kreme to shame. The service is ALWAYS fast, even at their peak hours.I am writing this review now because I am actually planning a trip to detour to Irving JUST TO GO TO SHIMS.That is when I saw some of the negative reviews. I do know that they pride themselves in their quality. If older donuts were thrown out or otherwise sold it would be because they refuse to sell an inferior older product.I have never had a problem with them.Also, I used to own a restaurant myself. I know enough to give a shop a second chance if something did happen that was less than ideal. Things happen. Some of my favorite places to go to today have started with a less than glowing experience the first time. Try not hating. It really helps!

Ive lived in the Las Colinas area my whole life, and these are by far the best donuts Ive ever had. Their regular glazed are fluffy and delicious and their apple fritters are must-tries. I have yet to dislike any of their other donuts, which never fail to impress. Plus, they give you free donut holes with your order; cant beat that!

Best donuts and sausage rolls around. Have to make sure you get there pretty early or it will be slim pickings, especially on the weekend. If not they sell out of the specialty items but always tend to have the basics on hand.

Worst experience. No minus rating here else Ill give that. I bought a 10 do mixed donut and small 1 dozen. She put it in the small box in side ways all the donut stick together I asked to change it to big box she showing attitude and then she is putting the same thing again. And the worst part is I bought donut for the kids with sprinkled donut those are all yesterday I noticed at that time of giving it to my kids. Since this is not regular donuts that too early morning. Never ever go this shop.

Worst experience ever. We had ordered a couple dozen donuts for my sons first birthday party and were running 10 minutes late to pick up our order due to rain and these people threw away the donuts or sold them. They proceeded to tell me we cant do anything. Lol its a really bad loom for any organization to be this unreliable. Ridiculously cheap and petty standards. Just viewed as a $ sign.

Shins has great tasting donuts, not so good customer service. It seems that there is an impatience toward black people. Ive encountered several rushed and faulty service experiences the last few times Ive visited. The shop is always crowded which is good and they are not worried about running out of donuts.

I went here once and they know everyones name, and everyones order, and were in a very good mood. I cant wait to go back here again

These are the best Donuts and Kolaches in Texas,I will drive from Mesquite to Irving just for these.They collapse in your mouth. I wish other shops knew Shins secret,just so I wouldnt have to drive this far,but also others could experience these delicate cloud like pastries.
