Great place and location! The popsicles are very tasty and interesting. You can add the popsicles in the dip - white chocolate, milk and dark chocolate and if you want you can put add ons like nuts etc over it. The staff was very good. She walked us through the process and told us about the most popular ones.

So many different flavors to choose from and customized add on dips and toppings. They also have a puppy one too which my dog loved!

It’s a great place to have some popsicles with lots of toppings and options. They have some cocktail options as like pina colada and fruity ones of course such guava, avocado, mango, lime, grapes etc. I have tried Greek yogurt and berry with dark chocolate coating and filled it with pistachio/pecan pieces. Finally garnished with some Nutella. It tasted delicious. Must try place if you are in Dallas.

The popsicles are amazing but the customer service is not. Last time I went the girl was on her phone with her feet up where the popsicles are at, and does not wash her hands. Neither her or the guy at the register say anything to the customers no hello,or thank you, nor they ask if you are buying anything else they just stare at you.

Service here is incredible! I have only been one time so far, but I will definitely be making the trip more often. The shop is a little small, but thats regular for popsicle/ice cream places. Its very well decorated. There are so many popsicle varieties, and I cant wait to try them all. My favorite part is that you can customize them and theyre so pretty 😍

Wow! My family went and got a little of everything. Strawberry, Watermelon, cookies and cream with chocolate and sprinkles, and a strawberry colada with white chocolate and shredded coconut! Amazing!

Very refreshing to have a popsicle after a great meal or on a hot summer afternoons. Was introduced to pop factory by my then friend and now wife a few months ago and have been frequenting this place since then and tried a bunch of flavors. All the fruit flavors and milk shake flavors were outstanding. I have even tried some traditional Mexican flavors and was amazed the way they tasted. Great concept and loved the popsicles. Friendly staff & clean location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE who misses the good old childhood days.

I came across this place when I was visiting a friend nearby and he took me to this place. This is situated near to the Toyota Music Factory. Here is my perspective about the place.Food (4 out of 5) - I tried their Green Matcha Popsicle. It was my first time trying out this flavor. I don’t like Green Tea much but still tough of giving it a try and I wasnt disappointed. It was good but I guess I would have loved other flavors such as chocolate more. Maybe I will give try to those next time.Ambience (4.5 out of 5) - The place is not that big. The seatings comprise of wooden chairs and tables. I liked rustic brick wall and the gears hanging from the ceiling in the ambience. The ambience very well compliments their popsicles.Service (4 out of 5) - The staff was welcoming and courteous.The overall experience was good.

Great alternative to ice cream. The cheesecake pop is very similar to actual cheesecake and there are many other good combos to try. Otherwise, this locations customer service is always on point.

Ordered from DoorDash, ordered three items. Got a call that one of the toppings they didn’t have, so they offered to sub it with something else. Great!That entire item wasn’t included in my delivery. What a waste of time ordering.

Start with your base. They have alcoholic flavors, fruity flavors, and creamy flavors. I love the horchata!Then you can dip white, dark, or milk chocolate - full dip, half dip, or just drizzle. Finally top it! Fresh nuts, sprinkles, crumbles, etc.Its always so delightful every time I come in. Super friendly people behind the counter. Yes its kind of expensive at around $7 but its a very filling dessert.Ill be back and you should definitely give it a try!

Rewards program available, treats for your Birthday and so forth. Parking can be a challenge here in this area of course. Be patient during peak times. Not sure how theyve stayed in business during covid, pricey but definitely a niche thats a nice treat every now and then. Thanks

At first I thought the popsicles werent going to be that good. After trying them though, Im happy to say they are delicious. My favorite right now is the cheesecake with dulce de leche on top. If you are looking for a nice treat while at the Toyota Music Factory give this a shot.

Found this place online and we all LOVED it!! We will definitely return on our next trip! My husband and kids had the cookies and cream pop dipped in white chocolate with cookie sprinkles, I had the coffee pop dipped in dark choc and covered in pecans! Making me hungry just thinking about it again!!!

This is a really cool shop. The flavors are fantastic, and for people with food allergies, they still have great options. Dairy free. Sugar free. And they taste fantastic! Friendly staff, too.

What a cool concept! This place was super cool. I got the Berry Limeade pop that was very good! I wanted to try their boozy ones, but I didnt. They had a bunch of different options and flavors.

One word: YUM!! The popsicles were SO good and there is a great variety of choices. The staff was helpful and kind and it was a nice, clean dining area. I definitely recommend trying it out.

I love the all fruit pops and have tried the mango, watermelon and strawberry. All were delicious but my absolute favorite is the Margarita pop with the salt sprinkled on top. You wont be disappointed.

This place was so fun for a family outing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely try the Dulce de Leche. Its to die for! They also have waffles on a stick made to order. We love the variety and dipping bar. Give it a try!

The pops were delicious and we loved that they had treats for our dog. They even supplied a cooler bag to put her treat in so she could enjoy it at home.

Great place for a cool dessert. Some exotic flavors, I had the Avocado and does taste just like avocado but cold, I love it. Wife had the dulce de leche and she was happy with the sugar rush. Not a cheap place, but you do get gourmet quality ice cream. I definitely recommend this ice cream place and I will return.

Great concept, good variety and very natural taste!! We tried the coconut water, mango, and pina colada all were good!! They are $3.50 each and for $1,50 more you can do the dipping bar which includes chocolate and a few toppings. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the fact that they offer some for our furry friends too!

I got dulce de leche dipped in dark chocolate. (Which was great) My mom got the coffee flavor dipped in dark chocolate. Hers had chocolate covered coffee beans hidden inside. There were optional toppings as well. There isnt much seating inside though. They do have some seating outside under umbrellas.

My husband really like popsicles and this place doesnt disappoint! Although there are plenty of pop places in the Dallas area, we like this place for their alcohol pops

Husband said it was delicious frozen fruit on a stick. He had mango jalapeno that included fresh jalapenos, so it was spicy. They have fruit pops, pops with dairy, and adult popsicles. Yes, that means popsicles with alcohol! I will have to come back and try those...soon.

I had the margarita popsicle and it was rhe best popsicle Ive ever had.The staff was very friendly and were sure to explain all of the different options like condiments to put on yours or even dipping it in chocolate.I will definitely be back next time Im in the area.

Braved the rain and a concert at the Toyota Music Factory to try the popsicles. The popsicles are made locally with fresh fruit which you can see in the popsicles. We tried the coffee dipped in chocolate, raspberry dipped in chocolate, and lime berry with no chocolate. All three were good and we are looking forward to trying the adult popsicles next time.
