Great customer service Young staff team but very friendly and eager to help you find the perfect shoe cant remember the young mans name that helped me he was tall and skinny but they did not have the Air Max 97 that I was looking for he called other stores and looked online and told me where I could find it and call them and ask them to hold it for me I feel like he went above and beyond I hate that I forgot his name

I stopped by 02/13 for a last minute valentines present, HORRIBLE customer service, I had to ask to get a size also once the worker out the shoes at the front i was browsing and looking around for help HOLDING some demos in my hand, never got offered help.2 of the team members were in the middle of the floor carrying their own conversation as I was ready to check out, The young man saw me standing at the register but never came up to me, until i waved my hands and said excuse me he then processed to send the young lady to the register, would not recommend this location.

Very poor customer service bought pair of Nike 2 weeks ago 135.00 eyelet for shoe lace broke and they will not do anything because they are worn? ?? Told me to contact Nike.....but on receipt says customer satisfaction is their concern.....do not EVER PURCHASE SHOES FROM THEM

Helped me find my shoes and they helped me order my kids shoes too. I didn’t have to go anywhere else great new employees I like the atmosphere and energy to help us not just say hi and ring us out actually take the time to talk and search and look up what I needed not just what they want to sell me. Manager was great too kept checking on everyone to make sure we were all doing well and been helped. Will be coming back for all my Airmax and kids shoes

We went in today and was given BAD/WORST service, if you can call it service.troy is lazy,this guy did not ask can I help you we finally asked for help, he said What size,we responded with the size, and he NEVER came back to us, so after waiting 20-30 minutes, I called out Thank You So Much for your service, he yells back like the shoes are up here! I said did he try this on he said YES! thats a darn lie I was with my grandson who happens to be 12 yrs old. He said what you want me to do put them on his foots? (LOL)I said yes is that not your job to help the customer try on shoes!., I walked out I dont know if they get paid commission , last month I dropped $450.00 @ Champs on Jordans and today Foot Action lost $200. + on Space Jam Jordan Retro 11 E1, went elsewhere. Never Ever will I buy at Foot Action/agonzalez(# donotjudgeabookbyitscover)
