I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Valdez Automotive. They do great and fast work. I’d be mindful of bringing your vehicle on the weekends however, as they get very busy. Great spot though.

Fast service on the state inspection

I had a terrible first time experience here. I tried this place due to the good reviews on google. Unfortunately, the person who changed my oil did a poor job and did not fully close the oil filter. When I tried to start my car the next day, it wouldnt start. It turns out all the oil leaked out and the car wouldnt start because of it. I had to jump start it and oil was leaking everywhere. I took it back to Valdez and someone who knew what they were doing fixed it. They didnt even bother to offer a refund. I would not recommend this place, they could not even do a simple oil change on a regular car.

They were able to get my KIA Sportage in on a Friday evening and had it ready the following Monday. The team were very professional, courteous and made sure I was informed on everything that was going on. This is my mechanic shop for life!

My mom took her Dodge Charger there she has been going there continuously over the years to get her mechanical needs met.Recently you guys quoted my mom 950$ to fix her car. She recently got her car from you guys up there so I checked it out myself. You guys put the wrong spark plugs and even stripped out a cylinder. It was very hard to get that plug out.Towed my vehicle to a more competitive mechanic and he fixed your mistake and did some other work that needed fixed on that car for almost half of what you quoted.

Do not take your car there. Very poor service. He took over $1250 and I had to have my car towed from there!! And Valdez was rude about it and could not produce a receipt for work he out sourced. I will be taking him to court. This shop should be shut down.

What can I say about this guy, well I started taking two of my vehicles, he said I could take my own parts and he would do the labor for cheap. When I took my first vehicle in the first thing he asked me was where did you buy your parts, then he went ahead and fixed the car. two weeks later the vehicle started messing up he said it was the part I took, he had me take it in and supposibly replaced it. well its been 4 months now and my car is acting up, he charged me for labor but I just now took the car else where and they told me those parts where still the original he never replaced them and probably sold the parts on ebay or something. I dont know but this guy is a straight up crook and he doesnt look like it so it help him really to give it to you. I wouldnt trust this guy even for an oil change. I did confront him about the first review on here and he said its was a crazy lady and she didnt know what she was saying, so dont be surprised if he give you a story about this review. Also he is selling cars out of his shop and thats illegal!! He should get a visit from Dealer Enforcement any day now. Make sure he gives you and invoice in deatail of what work or parts are fixed, casue he leaves deatail out in case he needs to get out of law suit. He isnt as stupid as he loosks.
