I highly recommend this business. I have gone on many occasions, the technicians are fast and professional. When there was confusion about my bill, the owner went out of his way to make it right. They acted in honesty and integrity. (Rare to find these days)They even let me fill up my tires for free when I swing by. Truly a great business.

Came for an oil change then left with a leak. They recommended eagle transmission. They said fix the trans then come back to fix the other leak. The trans was 1500+ and their fix was estimated 500+ we got a second opinion and fixed it for 280. Wont be returning.

FRONT END ALIGNMENT:2007 Silverado 1500 Had complete front end parts installed by my mechanic. 100 percent! Upper, lower control arms, tie rod ends.Needed an Alignment. Had the truck at the shop at 5:45pm.Spoke to Mack (MGR) and he said 75 bucks. OK!45 minutes later I got in my truck and drove away!They nailed it! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAMNeed to watch out for the mechanic. He will not check anything on your car or truck when doing the alignment. When you take it back when something fills wrong. That is when they check it out and find something wrong with your vehicle. Then when you get it fix to have the alignment check again. They will charge you again. They DO NOT have a warranty or guarantee on any of there work. I will stay far away from this place if I where you. I will do my best to keep this on top of there review. So, everyone can know about what they do.DOUBLE CHARGE, DONT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!Went for an alignment in the morning. $75 was a good price so I had them do it. When done I ask about warranty. David said it had a 30 day warranty. I left and about 5 mile away some thing happen. 2 hours later I took it back and now David found out the lower ball joint was bad. Then David told me to get it fix and bring it back to do the alignment again. David also told me that he wouldnt charge me. Had the ball joint fix, took it back for the alignment. Same day, David check out and when done, that is when he told me, he had to charge me again for the alignment. You dont tell someone there is a warranty that you dont stand by. Also you tell a customer its going to be free and then turn around and charge them. I will never be back or will not recommend this place.Not to be trustedThis is my reply to your comment. A sorry is not going to cut it. Maybe a $40 refund. You people was highly recommended from a shop I go to. So I took a chance because I have my place I been going to for years. They have a warranty and guarantee there alignment that they back. Why I know this because I took one of my cars five times in one day and was only charge one time. That is what a warranty and a guarantee is, something you dont have. David even told me that the alignment had a 30 day warranty. So dont tell people you have a warranty, when you dont back it, and going to charge again. The only reason I paid only $40 is because that is all I had. David wanted to charge me $50. I wasnt prepared to pay anything because of the warranty. David should have check the front end before he did the first alignment. Something that he didnt do because I watch him do the alignment. Now with your response I wish I could have gave 0 Stars. I will not change this post unless something positive happens. Thank you, liars BTW this all happen in one day.

If I could give zero stars i would. My husband took my car for an oil change around October 1st. Today my light came on which Iis the one that means oil change. According to the sticker they put in my windshield I still have over 200 miles to reach the mileage and the date on the sticker is 1-1-21 and today is only 11-20-20. So they either didnt even change the oil or put used oil back in. What rip off artists!

Awesome experience. My wife and I both have our oil changed here. The mechanic spotted some issues with my wifes car but didnt pressure her into getting them fixed right away he just let her know. Oil change was super quick as well. 5 stars if the waiting room was more inviting.

The Manager/Owner gave me a price for a service and then change it $25 up. I talk to him calmly but he was in Arguing mode, very loud and very rude. I didnt pay the extra $25, and he threatened saying he is calling his lawyer....I do not recommend this place to anybody.

🗣🗣Scammers and Cons.They don’t change your oil properly I thought I was tripping because after 4 days the oil light will come back on in my car but when I took my car to another mechanic they just took me I needed oil 🙄🙄

I always buy my tyres, brakes from Express Auto. They have extended opening hours very helpful when I needed tyres, brakes, alignment. I met Zack and he always provides excellent service at a fair price. Very please I got the reccomendation from a co worker.

I have been holding back from writing this review but i just had to now. 1st of all i have been a loyal customer to this place for many years now and the service had always been good. There is one young hispanic man that always takes good care of my husband and i everytime with very good manners and very attentive to our needs. We always look for him everytime we go there. But there has been several ocassions where we have gone there when he is not there and other times when he has been there. There is one short man that we dont know his name but sounds like he has a arab accent. Everytime we go there he is always in a horrible mood. Either he is screaming the whole time we are there or he is cursing and saying the f word everytime. I remember back then when this place was booming with customers and now not even a fly. I beleive customer service from certain employees have alot to do with this situation. People get run off in a very rude way by that man. I dont understand this😕. People choose to spend their money there, not to get cussed out or get run off. Geez...😑 another thing we noticed and feel there is alot of unprofessionalism now a days with this place. In several ocassion we have gone to speak to the mechanic named David cause that is what they called him there. That man is either always playing with his toy cars or his toy helicopter. Everytime we pass by there on our way home he is always sitting in the same place and pretty much never moves. You can just tell he is a very lazy man. Even the way he walks by dragging his feet. My husband went again to ask for alignment and this guy would not even stand up and talk to my husband. He waits for people to come to him. Come on now, and that day he said he had no time and was leaving. Look, we spend money there and have for a very long time and the only reason why we still continue to go there is because of one person that truly looks like he loves his customers and his job. Come on people, its bad business. You guys need to learn to speak to your customers. Otherwise these things can get reported one day.UPDATE ON 9/12/2018Thank you Zack for answering back to my review. I appreciate that you do care about your customers. I see you stated the price change of the alingments and you accomodating me but the concern was not about the alignment prices because i would pay what ever price so as long as the customer service is good. The bad customer service i expericed from the two workers i mentioned in the past was my concern. I also wanted to commend the great customer service i experince from the slender hispanic guy that usually tends to my husband and myself which is the only reason we go back. Unfortunately since i always have to deal with the bad customer service i decided to do the alignment at another shop down the street, since the issue did not seem to improve. My husband will continue to do his services there with the our favorite guy as he is loyal to him. The price was never the problem it was the treatment. Maybe your other employees should learn from him how to treat your customers. I ask you to please correct this so i can consider coming back since i have been your faithful customer and i can continue doing my service there as well.

I took my car and to replace my door was given $100 price from Alfred but later received a text from Alfred telling me my car was ready and it was $150 but I responded back saying I dont do business this way & I expect to pay what I was quoted & I told him I will pick it the next day & thought that was end of it but when i went 2 pick up my car Alfred said we would settle up inside gave paperwork to a man with an accent behind that I presumed was the owner and then said $168. I said in an angry tone that isnt what we agreed to & told Alfred you said $100 & I never agreed to more than $100 but Alfred never turn around..with his back turned to me and facing Zack the owner who was sitting behind the desk then told him $128 & wrote it in paper said he had to buy parts and said labor was $100 and parts would be $28 but I once again said I expect them to honor $100 price they quoted me and if price was to change shouldve contacted me to see if I was ok with it but Zack said Im sure he did..He said well he mustve told your daughter i said no he didnt but it was my car shouldve call me ask me if I would be ok with the price change before working on my car after all they only put on a door that I bought and the price changed from $100 to $150 to $168...ridiculous without me knowing about until after door was installed. I told Zack the owner, that is crooked and not acceptable and when I expressed my displeasement Zack the owner raised his voice at me after I threw my money on the desk..He then grab a $100 of the $140 as if he was going to give it to me and then screamed at me lady!!!! you know I could keep my car!!!! I said no you cant after I paid you and told him to just give me my key and my change man then he said get your change lady and get out!!!. I told him Im the customer and the reason he has a business is because of customers and should treat me this way especially after me and my daughter combined brought 4 cars but I was mistaken 3 cars and he would treat me this way..he said we only brought two cars & insulted cars. He also said must be my 1st time dealing with auto shop and I told him I deal with them all the time and never have any treated me like this and they typically tell me price before they work on and the price they quote me is what I pay and if they learn something may cost more they contact me to see if I am ok with additional cost before working on my car. I also told him he wouldnt hear the last of this. I am going to write reviews and tell everyone how poorly he treated me & how they swiddled me out my money. I felt abused and totally disrespected and ripped off. That not how you treat customers and and I told Zack that this wont be the end I will put bad reviews and put in a compliant with BBB & Attorney Generals office. I was so upset after leaving the shop to be treated in such a humiliating way and talked down to so bad and to basically be kicked me out of the shop and treated that I almost had 3 accidents after leaving the shop I was furious. Later, after got car home I realized they also helped my roof looked better and repaired my slow leaking tire. I didnt ask them to do that but that was at least something positive that they did but doesnt erase the other experience.

They messed up my alignment and still charged me $60. Stay away from this place. They advertise alignment for $45 then they find what ever excuse to charge you more. Update: he replied saying to bring it back, when the owner himself pretty much told me they couldn’t do anything about it. And since they had “aligned it“ already they couldn’t issue me a refund.
