Made multiple promises that werent kept. Never fixed mirror that was damaged by hail. He guaranteed multiple times it would get replaced. Now will not return calls or messages. Doesnt look like any hail damage was fixed on roof of vehicle. Wouldnt recommend this fly by night company.

Highly recommend Brodey and his team. When it comes to taking care of the customer hes the best. Took my car in and like promised he got the job done in a short time. Also let me borrow one of his vehicles to drive while mine was being worked on and best part payed for my deductible. Great person and his workers are pros. Will recommend to everyone I know 👍

Just found out shady stuff was happening with Brody who runs this business. When they “fixed” my car they kept it longer than needed because they broke a light. When I finally picked up my car because it was gone for way too long, it was still broken. I was promised the part and it would be in the next day. I never heard from Brody when to get my light and he never returns my texts. Found out he was doing shady business under a different name with his business. And I am now stuck with the enterprise bill the company promised to pay at the beginning. Don’t do business with these guys! RUN!!!!! Wish I could give negative stars. Posting this to protect others!

My pickup was badly damaged in Lubbock tx with hail. Due to Covid-19 most places were backed up for weeks if not months. This place handled everything with geico for me, set up my rental car, and even gave me a $750 discount off the final amount. I highly would recommend this place

Repair was long and strewn out. His team was negligent with my sons truck being burned due to his team leaving a folded box between the cab and the bed causing a fire to damage the rear window and trim.BRODIE stated he would “make it right” but that statement is all he did. At no point has he replied to text emails or phone calls.Do as I have and get a lawyer involved or do better and don’t do business with BRODIE or AUTO HAIL CENTER.Actually surprised he got two stars.BRODIE this will not go away.

My Truck caught on fire due to Brody’s negligence. He said he would “make it right”. He started to not return my text messages and phone calls. While this was happening I didn’t know but he actually got kicked out of a lease from another Hail repair company. I found out he cheated out the owner for money. He lies to people on a daily basis. He’s a scam artist and a crook. Expect law enforcement if this doesn’t get resolved.
