I am so greatful for this place! The owner is so nice and very professional. About 1 week ago, my catalytic converter was stolen and I was so upset and didnt know what to do. I came here today 9/9 and was immediately taken care of. I got my car looked at within minutes, everything was explained to me, I felt very comfortable the whole time, the part was replaced and I was able to drive off the lot within just a couple of hrs. Pricing was very fair and I felt like I was really being helped. I am so thankful for you all here at Maxx, I really appreciate your time and making my experience stress free, I honestly cant thank you enough for what you have done for me. Hooked me up with a custom muffler replacement instead of stock. It was less expensive than GMs replacement cost and sounds and performs better. These guys really enjoy what they do, so odds are youll get a good product youre happy with.

JR was great work with. He got me the right exhaust for my classic car that sounds great and reduced the noise level inside the car tremendously. Highly recommended!

Awesome shop, JR is a really cool dude. Years of experience, knows what hes talking about and listens to your goals. All the while not trying to have you spend money you dont need to! The shop did a lot of work sorting my import. Other shops wouldnt touch the car and the import shop that did work before on it did a shoddy job. He worked through everything with me and now it runs better than ever before. Super honest and strives to get everything done right and make it easier for future upgrades. 5 stars and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks!

I took my 1999 corvette to maxx exhaust so that JR could replace my transmission. He seemed cool at first but when it came time for payment he tried to charge me $600 more than we originally agreed on which I Reluctantly paid since I didn’t have time to go back and forward with him. About a day later I noticed transmission fluid leaking from the bottom of the car. So I had my car towed to another place a told me that the front and back seals of the transmission were leaking and that the transmission bolts weren’t tightened to spec. JR doesn’t care about the quality of his work just his pockets. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Did a great job on the custom exhaust for my Infiniti and put everything together really quickly and did made sure it was done right. Sounds exactly how I wanted.

Told us he wasn’t really able to help us but took the time to explain the whole process to us in a way that was kind and easy to understand in spite of that. Gave us a referral. Appreciate your time, JR!

JR is one of the realist car guys I’ve ever met man. Straight to the point and believe it or not doesn’t want his customer to spend unnecessary money. JR is a great dude that knows his stuff when it comes to tuning, performance, and cars. Ive used his services twice and been happy with them, especially the most recent. Took my car to him yesterday to have a custom quad exhaust fabricated and he nailed it even though it was a tough job. If you have any type of a performance vehicle and youre looking for tunes, tuning advice, or anything like that hes got a wealth of knowledge.

Fantastic work at a fair price. I went to maxx exhaust not knowing exactly what i wanted. JR helped me every step of the way. He got my truck done in half a day and the results were fantastic. His welds look good and are very strong and the muffler he helped me pick out sounded exactly what i envisioned for my truck. JR knows what hes talking about and is the best in the business. I highly recommend. JR even talked to me in the shop for an hour after they had closed to make sure he got everything i wanted. Great guy to do business with.

Car guys who will take the time to help you determine the best plan for your car. After finally finding a speed shop that would help me with my Honda, I knew Id be happy with Jr. and the Team at this place. I wanted to have coil over shocks installed, both for dialing in the ride and for lowering 1.5 Jr. worked with me to find the right components, warned me that lowering can sometimes create other issues that need to be fixed (in my case, some negative camber) and that if we had any issues, wed figure out how to solve them.My car rides great, looks great and handles like it never did before.Another note...I was determined to change my mufflers to get some throaty noise out of my J35 engine. Jr. listened to my goals and requirements, then talked me out of making that change, choosing to give me good advice rather than just make a buck. The point is that these guys will help you get where you want to be on your car with great advice and experience.They come highly recommended by me.

Got a custom catback exhaust done. Very professional great price and got me in fast. Didnt have problems putting my car on the rack even tho its slammed and half the city told me they cant do it Id definitely recommend this place

I called ahead to see if they could get me in and I was at their shop 30 minutes later. I walked in and was greeted and my Camaro was taken right away and work began immediately!I visited a few other exhaust shops on the south side of Indy and most were shadey at best - not this one!Not only did they work immediately on my Camaros exhaust, the time the guy took to align my tips was AMAZING!This is now my go to exhaust shop - hands down.

Just got off the phone with a guy , he sounds arrogant to begin with then bragging about how many years of exhaust experience he had . Then the dude quoted me and I asked for a discount and he said and I quote now Im not going to do it, now the price is higher I never seeing such unprofessionalism DO NOT go to this shop they will rip you off
