I spent a arm and a leg here just to have my scooter not working anymore, I was told that I could bring it in for a full body repair inside and out for 300 now, my moped doesnt start and if it does, it doesnt stay on. How could I pay all of that for repairs and restoration and have these problems. I do not recommend this location to anyone, its all a scam.

Had some problems with my scooter took them only a week to fix her up. Now she runs great, and they even gave some advice for preventive repairs. I am going to see them again next time my scooter is in need of a tune up.

Go to Midwest scooters or Speed city cycles. eBay or Amazon has everything for fractions of the price.Ive been doing business with USA SCOOTER for over 8 years. BEWARE the owner JEFF (also runs the shop and phones) is TERRIBLY RUDE, always has been. I have never encountered anyone like JEFF. Today I tried explaining an exact part by legit specs, he hung up mid sentence then apparently blocked my phone number!!! WOW.

Really looking to buy a scooter, but this is the 2nd company that I have read reviews on that the owner just wants to blame everyone else and not take any responsibility! All his answers are we dont put up with people trying to scam us, if they were trying to scam you then it would only be a couple but every person that has given you 1 star and said that you were rude that was your answer. Definitely going to believe 10 people over the owner that are all saying pretty much the same thing, then the owners responses are the same to everyone of them thinking they are trying to scam him when in reality the owner is more than likely scamming everyone!

WOW this guy was on top of it!!! He got me in on the day I called and a few days later my scooter was up and running ready for me to pick it up. This scooter runs better than it ever did. I can’t believe it and the price was way cheaper than I was expecting. I will take all future projects to this shop knowing they will be taken care of and at an affordable rate. They had the parts we needed and friendly service. They have lots of new and used parts for all types of scooters and mopeds. Hard to find replacement plastics and they are reasonably priced. They earned my business!

I called asking for a tire. I was greeted very well. But when they tried to charge $80 for a no name one/used (that is $50 elsewhere), I called him out. And he sent this following text. Btw... I wasnt asking for install.

Jeff was kind, accommodating, and prompt. I even walked out with a smile thanks to his sense of humor. Very down to earth. I dropped my moped off right when they were closing, and they gladly stayed after hours to make sure all the paperwork was done, and even brought the scooter into the shop that night. They had all the work completed and the moped ready by the next morning at 1130. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Everywhere else I looked for the parts I needed I found for over double what USA Scooters charged me, and even with labor, my total was cheaper than buying one part. I know exactly where I will be going for all my scooter needs any time I have any issues from now on. THANK YOU USA SCOOTERS!!!!! 😍💯😎

After being sold the wrong part and discussing it with the owner he happily made it right even after I had a poor choice of words because I thought I was getting screwed! Called close to (if not after) closing time, about a possible scooter purchase. The Gentleman that answered was not only kind and knowledgeable, but refreshingly -honest-. So Ive been there twice now and both times the guy was a very helpful and he told me that if I was to purchase a scooter ( which i do plan on doing in 2 weeks) that I can come in pick one out that I want I can put down a down payment and continue making payments which i plan on doing in 2 weeks) until it was paid in full!!Outside of that he was very polite it was very helpful especially since this is going to be my very first scooter!! I almost cant wait!!

Bought a scooter from here and serviced it here for the year I had it until I got a car! You can always rest assured knowing that the service is good, and they work hard to fix whatever problems you might be having. I no longer require the services as I sold my scooter, but I was even given the option to sell it through here on commission, which worked out very well! I recommend everyone go here for all their scooter needs!

I’ve been to this location several times, and each time I see Jeff interact with customers like he’s never met a stranger. His knowledge is vast and user friendly, and the staff are just as well-rounded as they are friendly, too. They’ve stayed promptly in touch with my concerns, and have time to make me feel welcome without making me feel like I’m a noob. Anyone in the downtown and surrounding area would be pleased with their efforts and service if any issues with their bikes or scooters should arise. Plus, the shop has some interesting relics to admire while at the front counter.

Yeah I’m honestly super happy with the service, and the shop in general. I was helped out tremendously by the knowledge and expertise of the staff. And the fact that he took me on as a last second walk is much appreciated.

When I take any vehicle in for repair, I am looking for a shop with knowledgeable and qualified mechanics and a fair price. Thats what I got at USA Scooters. Took my 2008 150 scooter in for relatively easy repairs. Jeff is VERY knowledgeable and that translated to the work he performed. Took it in at 10:30 and it was ready at 2:30. Jeff kept me informed regarding progress and any issues. It is running better than ever.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I called Jeff to see if I could bring my bike in. Instead of bringing me in he talked to me over the phone and gave me several suggestions to try. He was all about making it easy for me and saving me money, even though it cant be good for his own bottom line.

The Jeff the owner of the shop does come off a bit rough Ill admit. But if your looking for someone honest and straightforward hes your man. I was a little taken aback by him at first like I said hes not your typical salesman who is going to smile to your face and stab you in the back. Dont let his demeanor scare you off. Also, I have never ridden a scooter, and thats what I was there to buy. He sold me an excellent bike at an excellent price. In addition, him and his assistant went out of their way to be sure I knew how to ride it before I left the shop and showed great concern for my well being. I purchased a used scooter for my son from here and couldnt be happier! Great price for a low mileage scooter. Shortly after purchasing it was stolen but we found it, wires were cut and wouldnt run. Jeff was very helpful in helping me getting it running myself. This is what I consider going above and beyond what is expected. If its something wrong and I cant fix it I wouldnt take it anywhere else but USA scooter and when I upgrade to a new scooter wouldnt buy one anywhere else .

I love this place. Im from out of town and I was glad to have found such a solid scooter center close to downtown. The fella who runs it is a real pro, and has been working on two wheel machines for years, it seems, indicated by the awesome collection of vintage rides in the showroom. As for repairs, I was well informed as to my problems and they consulted each step of the way before any action was taken. My final charges were fair, and this used scooter that I bought from Craigs List is now running better than any other Ive had before. Thanks, guys!!

The scooter God fixed me up. He meets the objective of getting your scooter on the road as soon as possible, his knowledge of scooters saves time, and worries of problem solving. Great place. I took my scooter in on a Saturday, it had internal damage inside the engine. They not only fixed it but sent me photos of the work as it was being done. Scooter was done on Monday and runs great. Price was fair and I will recommend them to everyone.

Wont go anywhere else. Went in looking for a few replacement parts for my 50cc scooter. The gentleman working was extremely helpful. Told me Im here to sell you parts but, you dont need this or this its all in fine working order. Gave me a few tips, sold me a belt and sent me on my way. He gave me his number and said if I need any help to give him a call or send him a pic.. you just dont find service like this now days!! I highly recommend these guys!!!!! Scooter is back on the road, and in good working order!!!

Very, very, very helpful. This will be my first scooter purchase and the experience is starting off SO wonderfully. I just called to see if there were any 150s in stock and after maybe five minutes of explaining to me the differences and the type hed prefer, we ended up texting about what type of scooter Id like and hed check with his distributer. So great.

Got oil change and tune up. They thoroughly went through everything and found everything that needed fixed. Also fixed my leaking tire. Very satisfied.

Jeff was wonderful to work with. I explained what the problem was with my bike and he had an idea right away what it needed. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon and he sent me lots of pictures on Tuesday and explained what the bike needed and what they were doing the entire time. The bike was ready within 24 hours of dropoff and it ran like it was brand new. I even got a new top case at a great price. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely head back the next time I need anything for my scooter.

Took my 2009 Lance 150cc Scooter in to get looked at, thinking I might just need a new battery or starter for it. Jeff kept in communication with me the entire time, calling to let me know the progress and how much things were going to cost and asking for approval before working on anything. He was able to get my scooter back up and running the same day I dropped it off. Couldnt have asked for better service or price and am happy to finally be back riding the scooter in this nicer weather.

I bought my girlfriend a new scooter here. Sure, he was gruff a bit but she got a high-quality scooter at a magnificent price. I have no complaints about this shop and would go right back there an buy another one if I needed it. In fact, this weekend, Im planning to take my GFs scooter back there to get the turbo kit. I have no complaints whatsoever about this business.

My Dad had a small scooter shop on the west side. Was a competitor of Jeff. After my Father had his first stroke he had to sell his Harley. Only had use of the right side of his upper body. He bought a custom 150cc trike and built it one handed, note sure how. Re fabricated it to accommodate his disability. Removed the right hand brake and custom crafted a foot pedal brake. Pops was a mechanical genius. Anyway he rode it to the grocery store and such. Was in the process of putting a new exhaust on when he passed away. We had one shop finish it but they did a poor job. Exhaust came off within a week. On a night ride never to be found. My girls were coming into town soon. I rarely get to see them being so far away. I thought that Trike rides would brake the Ice. I brought it to Jeff. Due to my Fathers customization of the bike there wasnt a stock exhaust pipe he could order to fit it. So Jeff modified a existing exhaust not only to fit but also function after the changes. Its been over a year and its holding up perfectly. My daughters arrived and we went on rides. They even forgot about their electronics. It was amazing. Thanks Jeff! See you soon for my spring tune up!

Terrible service says i diddnt pay i got proof I did rude owner curses at customers deeply ofended as a Christian will never use again he said i could make payment on 500 dollars in repairs I paid around 300 dollars and he says i didnt pay anything

They did both service and had all the spare parts I needed.Very knowledgeable about my specific bike and told me important info on replacement parts.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I went in because my headlight wasn’t working and came back to a $200 bill. Was charged 8 dollars for tape and zip ties on the bill... The rude guy running the place needs to have his head checked!!!! Called Midwest Scooters and they say they hear these stories all the time!!! Will never be back and would never recommend USA scooters to anyone!!!

These guys really helped me out getting a key to fit my motorcycle gas tank and fork locks when i lost mine he has a chest of keys hes been collecting and i got lucky enough to find the right pair, real easy to talk to and he new what he was talking about. id recommend anybody with any kinda scooter issues to talk to them.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.I brought in a 2009 49CC Agility scooter for routine maintenance and a belt change. While attempting to drive it home, the scooter will go no faster than 20MPH after easily driving 35MPH up until the belt snapped. I drive it back to the shop and he suggests that the engine isnt getting enough fuel, and therefore needs a bigger jet. He swaps out the jet, test drives it, and now the scooter travels 18MPH. He finally gives in and tries a new size belt. Wow, as expected, problem solved.4 days of driving and $220 later, the scooter will not start. I just attempted to go by the store to see if they were willing to make it right, but their shop is now closing and moving to a building off of English Avenue. He offered me a piece of paper that would give me $5 off hourly labor and 20% off parts for when they could look at it late next week. Needless to say, this time I declined.The kid with the head lamp claims to be a certified mechanic, which can not possibly be true. He is the type of mechanic that give real mechanics a bad name. The half-wit that works for him is seemingly a nice enough guy.Save yourself some time/money/headaches and take your business elsewhere.
