I got a screaming deal on trade from @triumphindianapolis and they made the trip today with my new Triumph Trident 660. A delivery all the way to St Louis. They made the process so easy even from over four hours away. It’s a very sweet ride indeed and tremendous service from the guys there.

Triumph of Indianapolis did a great job on my bike. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable with the extensive service and repairs to my Triumph motorcycle. Mark provided updates and kept me informed of the progress. Chris was helpful with the purchase of my new favorite riding jacket from the shops extensive selection of riding gear. Its great to have one of the best Triumph dealerships in the country right here in Indiana. I will definitely be back for my next service and for the purchase of my next Triumph motorcycle. Wish I could give more stars! Our dealings have been mostly with Rob in parts. This most recent visit included Rob in parts and Rob in service. We had ordered extra keys for our bike. Once keys were in, we were to set an appointment to have the keys synced to the bike, etc. Upon entering the bike information into their service software, Rob quickly found out that there was an open recall on the Trophy. He advised my husband that he could not let him leave with his bike due to the recall and the potential hazard of this particular recall.Instead of having to call me to pick him up, Rob and Rob found a bike on the floor that they offered my husband to ride until his bike was fixed. Knowing that he had bags filled with bike stuff, they found him a bike with bags and send him and a buddy on their way. Score #1!Husband had to leave for an extended work related project and we were unsure of what his availability would be to pick the Trophy up and leave the Kawi that was loaned to him. Rob in service offered to bring the Trophy home to me and pick up the Kawi if my husband wasnt home to make the hand off. Score #2!The day comes and they recall issue was dealt with. Of course, it needed a test drive, so Rob in service got the new key keyed for us during the test drive at the local hardware store. This saved us from another trip to the dealership to sync that particular key. Bike was now ready for pick up. Score #3!To say that Rob and Rob went above and beyond is putting it lightly in our opinion. Weve dealt with many dealerships for different brands over the years, but the customer service they exhibited and offered was like no other we had ever experienced. This is an amazing place! Went there to learn more about the brand and walked out putting a deposit down on a triple. Never once was I pressured to buy and actually was told several times to take my time and no worries about all the questions asked. After shopping around and being ignored at all the other dealers I filled out my app online and and came back to get the bike. Also need to mention that the bike is amazing. Great value for all that you get. It was the most expensive in the category of bike I was looking at but the features and specs were unmatched and the quality was top notch! I’m glad I joined the Triumph team and what seems to be a great group of people here in Indy! Thanks Paul and Chris for all the work you did!

Bought a bike from out of state, very easy and smooth transaction team was on top of any questions or concerns.

Triumph have a nice selection of motorcycle and accessories. But one thing they lack in the salesman crew. Its really sad to see the company has wonderful bikes to sell but a sales manager who doesnt care to sell them. Hopefully they get a better crew.

I bought a nice used Triumph America last week. After 3 days of riding (thankful for a warm spell this November), I knew I made a good buy.The guys at the dealership were patient, kind, knowledgeable and no pressure. Ive been riding since 1974, but this is my first Triumph. Its very impressive. And so enjoyable on the road.

Paul is a really great gm that was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Hes a great person to talk to as well. Couldent recommend them enough!

We came to Triumph of Indianapolis to look at their bikes in the hopes of purchasing one. We were greeted at the door like a couple of long lost friends. We asked our questions and were given great answers. We were shown bikes and they went over many features and again had answers to our questions. We put in our credit request and in no time we were going over the deal. The bike was sent back to be serviced and they kept us entertained throughout the wait. They helped us load the bike into our truck and never once failed to smile, or made us feel like we were being rushed. Want to thank the entire dealership for their professionalism and help throughout the process. I can see this dealership make many dreams come true for many people. Stop in and see for yourselves.

I love this place. Nice dealership with a very involved owner. He has some really cool old triumphs including one that raced at the Isle of Man. Good place to buy a triumph or to get one serviced. And they are active in the local motorcycle community to include flat track racing.

The owner seems like a nice guy but the staff dont seem to care for their business. I love triumphs but the Indy dealerships cant offer a basic decent level of customer service. If you need any sort of help from them expect to wait a few months to get things started. I am glad they are that busy hopefully but I wont ever buy a triumph. If you need anything be ready to wait the whole season. Reluctantly I am buying a HD because there are multiple dealerships and at least one of them will be better. My suggestion to owner is please check at your schedule on your own, your staff doesnt seem to care.

Great people and superb service.

They have amazing customer experience. I have stopped in a few time to chat and then I unfortunately dumped my bike while driving it into my truck bed on a ramp. Paul and team helped me get my bike operational so I could make my planned trip still! They even took parts off bikes on their lot to make it happen! These guys are phenomenal! I can not recommend them enough.

Paul and Mark in service seemed very eager to help me with my issue, they were very courteous and extremely helpful. Ive owned a Kawasaki for 4 years and with the Kawi dealers around here, it feels like pulling teeth to get any real customer service and assistance. I’ve not owned a triumph before so it’s a breath of fresh air to talk to people who act like they enjoy what they do and care about the customers they come in contact with. Friendly staff Paul is definitely a great co-owner and knows his stuff regarding triumph motorcycles. I would highly recommend Triumph Indianapolis for all OEM parts/accessories, or if you’re looking for newer model parts and accessories to add onto your older Triumph. Would love to play purchase a new triumph from here soon!

Bringing back the good ol times! Everyone can find something here - from bikes to apparel (and great atmosphere). Great location as well - close to downtown, beer and coffee! Cant go wrong with Triumph Indy.

Great people, cool bikes and a friendly, layed back atmosphere. I went in hoping to upgrade from my present Triumph and the staff there has gone above and beyond to help me see that happen, if youre a serious rider you need to check these folks out.
