Kevin was amazing!!! I was working with on a unique project that the guys in my life were giving me a hard time about. So I go into the hardware store and explain to Kevin what I’m trying to do and hold by breath. Kevin says “let’s do it!” Wow he really gave me the confidence I needed to do my project!!! Sometimes all you need is a few supplies and a go get ‘em! Thanks Kevin. Love small businesses because they love the small dreamers.

Its fine I guess if you need something super mainstream, that you can easily find at Home Depot or Menards, but if youre looking for something for an actual project or something off the wall, this isnt the place. I was hoping it could be a New Palestine hardware replacement for me but nah. If you live close and dont want to go to the home improvement stores to buy stuff Im sure this store will have what you need. For me, Im still buying on Amazon or hiking it to New Pal..

Love this place! They have a little bit of everything you need. Tools, paint, sanding blocks anchors..etc... Whatever you need to get household jobs down. Nice people too. 👍

Great place. Adam always has what you need to get the job done at anytime of the day or night. First time I went into his store I thought it was a long shot for him to have the part I needed to fix a busted water valve. But what the heck, at midnight worth a shot. Not only did he have the valve he also rented me a tool to remove it which saved hrs. I was sold....

**update** Location has moved and is in a better soot in my opinion. The service is still very helpful, extremely glad that this place is open truly 24 hours. A MASSIVE amount of products with inexpensive costs. Most definitely will be coming back for more in the future.

Great establishment with knowledge people working there! Its in a prime location and its 24 hours!!!! Downtown Indy got a gem when this place opened!

Very conveniently located. 24-Hr service (June 2021) is amazing considering most places that were open pre covid times now close early i.e. Superwalmart. Needed plumbing tape / teflon for an emergency sink plumbing job.Noticed they have 2 large ice bag machines as soon as you walk in for only 97 cents per bag! This is the place if you need to make drinks after hours or if your a restaurant needing ice.Side note: as soon as you walk in on the right, you can pick up Ben n Jerrys or Gelato as well.

Friendly staff, called ahead and had tools I needed already up at the counter for me. Convenient hours. Good price.

Really cant say tell you how much I enjoy going to this place. Whenever Ive had some sort of hardware issue at an odd hour, this place has always come through for me. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, prices reasonable, and the overall vibe is just great. Definitely go there when you have the chance.

Awesome experience and I love having a local hardware store open 24 hours! I needed a transfer pump and they had more than one in stock. Bailed me out of an emergency situation.

Ive moved from the area but when I lived there, I enjoyed going to see Adam and Rosco anytime I needed something hardware related. Adams prices and selection was always reasonable for the size of his store. Playing with Rosco was always a bonus! If you live in the area, I couldnt possibly recommendAdams place any more!! Oh and..... Give Rosco a scratch for me, would you?!? 😉

One of the best places to go to get help Adam is very knowledgeable and know the store like the back of his hand.

Adam is awesome and always kind. They have practically everything youd need for any around the house-type and often much more than that. Always a quality experience. Much quicker and more pleasant than going to a large box store.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. Locally owned with a great staff who’s knowledgeable and honest about any questions you have. They’ve got a little bit of everything and their small engine repair is unparalleled. Definitely worth the visit!

Adam and his people will find what you need and if they dont have it they will tell you where you can get it. And always great people 24 hours a day. theres somebody there twenty-four hours a day 7 days a week I dont think I remember them ever being closed except for Christmas.

Love having a hardware store open 24hrs. And so close to my house. We gave needed this store on more than one occasion when the other stores were closed already. They are very friendly and very helpful. All we had to do was tell them what we needed to do and they walked us around the store and grabbed everything we needed to get the job done things we wouldnt have thought about needing so it saved us a trip back! We also just drop in from time to time for cheap ice!! Or propane!

Great service and a true life saver. When our sump pump went out in the middle of the night he was so helpful in getting us the new one and help us get it install ready. Price was same as the big box stores and we saved a lot of damage that would have occurred waiting for others to open. We have found our new local hardware store for all our needs. Good customer service but when arrived there was on open case of beer sitting outside and stood outside for 10 minutes waiting to be let in knocking and calling the store. he finally let us in and was obviously drunk and had a beer in his hand. pretty sure it’s illegal to be drinking on the job

It was the only hardware store open on Sunday night when we had a water pipe break in the bathroom. Had what I needed for a quick fix.

Great small hardware store

I love the sales dog! From the tiniest screw to big ticket items, you can find almost anything you need and you get to recieve some good dog live while your at it. Hes so well behaved. Plus they are 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

I like this place but cant believe its open 24 hours. The sign on the door says it is. I dont go out that way overnight so I dont know. Theres a great selection of everything youd suspect at a hardware shoe and the day guy knows just where everything is. He also has milk and soda for sale. Its the only hardware store Ive ever seen to sell milk.

Every time I come in (always for super small things like key copies) Im treated like a billionaire who is remodeling their home by themselves. Cant beat that level of service. The doggo doesnt hurt either!

Beware of dog. These guys are awesome and very friendly. They always joke around and make you feel like its a customer oriented environment. I went in looking for a couple mounting screws, had to go back because I got the wrong length. Not a huge purchase (under a dollar) but the cashier recognized me and said if I come back a third time he was gonna send the dog on me. (P.s. if you buy something under a dollar, dont swipe your card).

Adam is awesome and always has the parts for what I need. He even delivered salt to my house at no extra charge. I have trusted him for my repair parts, lawn care items, and other miscellaneous things for years now. Shop local and you won’t be let down by Trust Hardware.

Pro source is the best hardware store in indy. Adam really knows his stuff and if there is something your looking for and he doesnt have it he will try to order it for you. I went here looking for some brushes. It was raining super hard. Adam came out to my car with an umbrella. You just dont find service like this anymore.
