I would definitely recommend this company. All the information was clear. I sent them the design I wanted and they sent me a rendering of what the competed project would look like. He cares about his customers and knows that this is an incredibly hard time for you. He doesnt try to talk you in to anything, he doesnt rush you either. He goes above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible.

I went to other places before here and they dont come close to comparing on designs, attitude, and overall compassion that the Pinnas have.

After the passing of my son, I was very hesitant to place an order for his headstone. I had fears that it would bring up too many emotions that I wasnt ready to face. A good friend of mine told me about Pinna Monuments. Although I had my own personal fears, we set up an appointment with Jim to get the process started. Jim was patient as I was very indecisive during the decision making process; he understood how difficult the decisions were that I was making. I never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process. Jim helped me design the perfect monument that truly represents Jeremy and the love we have for him. I didnt feel like a customer, I felt like a friend.

I called them for advice on fixing a flower vase and the gentleman I spoke with went overboard to help me! First rate company!!!
