Absolutely top notch! Not only are my countertops beautiful, they beat the price of nearly identical stone from IKEA by over $1,000. Every single employee we dealt with was amazing. We had delivery delays on our cabinets and they were able to accommodate our changes so that it was just 10 days from laser measurement to install. Cannot give enough stars!

I would not recommend this company. Very poor communication, craftsmanship, lack of attention to detail and overall bad experience.

We worked with Lauren and she gave us a tour of the warehouse and showed us ample options of quartz to choose from. The price per sqft was $15-$30 cheaper than the box stores. We set a measurement date and install date for 2 weeks after that but due to project delays we had to push the measurement back a week. This was not a problem and they were able to keep our install date! They came out on a Thursday evening to measure and we got a call on Monday (holiday) asking if we would want to install on Tuesday instead of Thursday. We were shocked that they would be able to install our quartz counters within 4 days! Unfortunately we weren’t able to do the Tuesday install because of some issues on our end but kept our Thursday install. The counters are beautiful and fit like a glove! From measurement to install was one week! Cabinet and Stone Expo has great prices and great turn around time! We will definitely recommend (and I already have!) to anyone we talk to!

All I can say is Wow! They did a fantastic job all around. Great communication and really a nice finished product! I also saved around $1000.00 vs other big box shops and the variety was on point.Would recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience! I took out the old countertops to save money and did my own backsplash. I couldnt find my before pictures, but it was a big upgrade!

Went to this store because we saw their sign from 465. When we went to enter we saw a sign stating by appt only. There was a lady sitting at her desk alone and a gentleman in the show room with a client. Ok, so we’ll walk around and look until someone frees up then ask to schedule an appointment. The lady at her desk never bothered to check with us to see if we had or didn’t have an appt. Once the gentleman was freed up he just walked right past us and didn’t say a word. Several other reps were there busy with other customers, but saw us as well. First impressions are everything so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

The first time we went it was a terrible experience. We worked with Susan and her customer service skills were awful. She wasted our time by not adequately helping us. Then pushed us out of her office when her appointment that was supposed to be before us showed up 90 minutes late! We finally got a hold of a manager and went back a second time and worked with Nicole. She was wonderful to work with! We got what we wanted and the turn around for install was super fast!

Susan was awesome to work with. I had some hiccups with our contractor and Susan worked hard to get us squared away and taken care of.

We loved working with cabinet and stone expo for our new counters! Their prices were so great especially for slabs they had in store. They were also very accommodating with our schedules and were always able to make measuring and installation appointments after work for us. We also love the free sink they gave us with our counters!

They did an amazing job on my countertops. I worked with Emily, she was so nice!! This was over a year ago and my countertops are in perfect condition still. Will definitely use them again!!!

Wow. Great job on everything. From the first time to walked into the showroom to the installation of the granite in my kitchen, the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. The finished product looks great. Installation of granite was exactly on time and the quality of workmanship is terrific. I would definitely recommend this company. Great experience!

I cant say enough good things about this place. I stopped in after seeing some specials online, expecting a bait and switch deal. I was pleasantly surprised. Pricing was clear, no extra add ons like at other places. No pressure to move up to a higher priced piece. Sabrina was so very helpful. Installation was a breeze. Everyone was a joy to work with here. I would recommend them 10 times over if you are looking to upgrade countertops.

So let me say this for anyone looking for granite. I NEVER leave reviews! Like ever!! My wife and I went to 4-5 different place in the Indianapolis area looking for countertops! And at almost every single Place we went to no one was helpful at all!!! They would tell us let us know if there is anything you like and we will get you a quote! Let me tell you something! It is so overwhelming. There are so many different styles, colors, designs etc! All you want as a customer is for some help! Someone to give some input! No one would and we had a piece of our cabinet, we had a sample of our floor, and paint. My wife and I had trouble picking and deciding!Then we went to cabinet and stone expo! As soon as we walk into the door a nice woman named Susan greeted us! She immediately asked what we were shopping for. We told her granite. Then the first thing she asked us was if we had a picture or sample of the cabinet. Then what color the flooring and paint was. She told us exactly what colors would look good with everything. She then went over to a granite and told us it was the perfect one. My wife and I both agree and actually love the color. It was not the most expensive either it was actually one of the less expensive ones. But she new it went perfect with our colors and thats what mattered. Honest if it was the one of the most expensive it wouldnt had matter because for once my wife and I agreed on one and loved it.She had us quoted and out the door with a deposit down in 20 minutes! Susan scheduled the final measurement appointment for the following Tuesday and the install 2.5 weeks later!I cant say enough about this company! Every single one of their employees who helped and installed was so friendly and helpful! Susan called several times to check in!Not only that! Their prices were the best around too!Go ask for Susan! Shes the bomb! You wont be disappointed!Thank you!
