Cheapest Jewelry ever. Highly over priced and the owner is a COMPLETE WEIRDO and super rude!

Payment to extend my loan was due on the 12th ( friday ) & did not receive a courtesy call to let me know i needed to make a payment or i would lose my great grandmothers necklace and cross. I had alot on my plate with being 7 months pregnant and with someone hitting my truck in my apartments and running. with all that going on I spaced that my payment was due. I go in today the 17th (Wednesday) to pay off my loan to be informed that they had done sold it within the last 4 business days. at first another employee who was helping a customer stuck her head around the other side of the divider to inform me that she was the one in charge of making the courtesy calls after the person who had formerly been making those calls had left her position. then that same employee proceeded to tell me that they had been too busy to provide the courtesy call that day. I am extremely disappointed and upset by the actions and excuses provided by this establishment.

I hate to read all of the bad reviews because I havent had not one bad experience here they work with me and ask what I want and most likely give me wht im asking for or close to it im sorry you all are having the most difficult times here but they arent bad at all I swear

Well went into this location to only be hassled and harrassed by employees that do have competence and Etiquette in customer service . Ive seen employees debate with customers on products that a customer brings in. Only to degrade the customer by saying how much the company need to make. How is that customer service? Does the customer needs to know profit margin for the store? Me as a customer absolutely not! Im definitely reporting this type of behavior to corporate first thing in the Morning. because this location needs to have competent employees that first know how to interact with customers, second not talk about profit margin. Thrid not to degrade customers in any shape form or fashion.

Extremely unhelpful most likely all stolen goods that they sell. Called in to see if they had received anytool matching my description their response was that they do not legally have to release that information. I have filled out a police report before doing just bring proactive seeing as I need them for work. When I asked if they could check a serial number if they did receive anything that matched my description I was told they dont check those and that I needed to call the police, well if they dont check serial numbers how would the police help?

Unprofessional and cheap. I expected to be low balled but the manage took FULL advantage 1sr opportunity he got. Pretty sad when there is another pawn store less than 500 feet. Ill be going to next time for sure.

Scammers. They work with the pawn shop across the road. Went to one and offered me 60 for a Xbox 1 s went across the street the guy literally follows me and comes in and yell at guy he just offered me 60. So then that what guy says he will give me. Thank god BBB took the case. Big fat guy who probably could run on treadmill and younger kid and seemed doped out.

Rude. Brought in 2 new Xbox One games and was only offered $12 dollars for both games. Rip-offs! Dont bring your items here. Take them next door to First Cash Pawn youll get a better offer there.

I bought a penant that none of their chains would fit through, so I went to another pawnshop to get a chain. To my surprise, none of the chains in the other store would fit. So the manager in the store looked at the penant and found that the previous owner had broken the part where the chain goes through and pressed it down so it wouldnt be noticed. I took it back to the original store and asked for a refund. They told me I would have to pay a restocking fee to return it. I ended up with no penant and also minus $19. I felt ripped off. I will never go there again.!!!!

Just was walking in saw lady getting into with random guy over nothing then after buying something and walking out all was fine then the same dmb try say something after buying something like I was trying steal something so maybe find what ya need but employees or rather the 1 bull chick or dude whatever it was starting bs and driving away potential customers

Went there to sell a gift I received at a Christmas party from work, of course they couldnt take it, because I had no receipt, makes no sense to me, if I had a receipt why would I take it to the pawn shop to get ripped off , Id take it to the place of purchase, and who passes out gifts and says here the receipt,

The chick that looks like a dude is rude to people i will never step back in that store she needs to learn how to talk to people and learn some respect and manners

I have pawned here plenty of times and they dont give as much as other places.The customer service isnt great.They could not be busy and youll just stand there waiting.
