I have been a customer of pandora for many years now. Most of the time staff is dressed modestly and present themselves well. I went to the store a few weeks ago and was appalled by the way the employee was dressed. She had, first of all, very dirty long nails her hands werent clean at all. And her shirt was opened in such a deep V her whole breast almost came out.(African american, long dirty nails, tattoo on her chest)

Not a bad place. They have good pieces with decent pricing.

Dont ever go in there on a holiday (day before ) it was so crowded with people who didnt know what they wanted. But I will say they had a great system, sign in sheet, that the ladies were working phenomenally. Im also upset and curious as to why they stopped selling the American money bag & replaced them all with Chinese ones.

Service was horrible. Staff was rude. Walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and still had staff standing around not helping. Keystone staff is way nicer and more helpful. Wish I could go lower than 1 Star!!!
