Decent selection. Average prices. I would only shop here during sales.

I am so disheartened all stories in the US are closing. My children loved coming here to pick out toys and see alllll the amazing options that exist in their world. I also have found memories of Toys R Us, but mostly that I hoped I could take my own children their some day. When many children would visit this amazing store, our family wasnt fortunate enough to shop here as a child. Im glad all 3 of my children were able to experience it before the store closed.

My husband and I visited this location since the sign out front said Store Closing, and since neither of us had been in a Toys R Us in years...(maybe why theyre closing, since we should have bought that high-priced Lego from them)...we went in. Items boasted up to 30% off, but we personally didnt see anything more than 10% off. This may change as time gets closer to the wire on liquidation of products. However the madness of the sale was kept decently at bay by having a few registers to keep it moving. Of course, any purchase came with the line, No refunds! But not a bad experience. We feel even a little nostalgic and sad that the toy store is going the way of the dodo. Poor Geoffrey. What will we show our kids someday as a place of wonder, hope and joy now?

YOU GUYS SUCK! Thank you for letting me drive all the way up there for the toy you said you had but didnt! And I thoroughly enjoyed the extra 30 minute drive to the story you said had it, only to confirm they did NOT have it. Super! Awesome! Thumbs up!

Never been a fan of Toys’R’Us. Store is hard to navigate, can never find a store employee and when you do they aren’t very helpful. Prices are too high, especially when you can go just about anywhere else for the same thing at a cheaper more reasonable price. One good thing is that they generally have plenty of product in stock (with the exception of their current “going out of business” sale).

First this company sent me an email about their sale, 15% OFF ENTIRE REGULAR-PRICED PURCHASE, so, I went there to buy my daughter Vtech tablet. Oops its excluded says the fine print. In fact, the fine print excludes almost everything. But I end up buying the tablet anyway. That was about two weeks ago. Yesterday, I went there again to buy cartridge for my daughters tablet. I have a 20% coupon which was printed with my receipt when I bought the tablet. Oops, the coupon says, BABY ITEMS. Why would I go there if I need baby items. Have you heard babies r us? Thats it for me. Im done with toys r us. Im going to Target to buy cartridge, from now on.

Love their rewards program. You can quickly earn at least a $5.00 off coupon. They have some pretty awesome Make and Take Lego events too.

Store is looking empty since they are going out of business. I got a few good deals. 40% to 60% off everything. I was surprised to see they actually had a cashier at every register. I saw more employees today than I have seen in the store in the last 5 years combined.

Love Toys R Us. Hate that the going out of business sale is not really a sale. Prices are raised from ticketed price even with the discount and could not be adjusted due the liquidation companys rules. Make sure to double check the prices at checkout. They are raising them before you pay. To top it off, all sales are final. Buyer beware.

Always a cool place to find different and unique toys without ordering online. I dont go a lot though. Too bad their closing.

Sent two online orders to store for pickup. Hours later still no record of my order on their end. Even with my emails saying an hour or less it would be ready and the website promising it ready in under an hour they couldnt even find the order. Plus half of both orders I placed were showing out of stock in store online but when I went to the store right after were overflowing on the shelves. Most products were in the electronics section and locked behind glass doors so no way they had numbers showing off due to shoplifting, just bad employee work or software failure. Never again.

10 % off on select nothing on some, diapers were not on sale baby lotion not on sale, babies r us on 31 south is closed already. Dont waste your time.

I am only giving them 4 stars because they didnt have Maui from Moana, however they had his hook, and lots of Moana dolls, and all of your needs for gift giving. I would also like for them to consider a gift wrapping service. I would have paid money today to not have had to stand in the sun in the parking lot to wrap my sons birthday presents. Otherwise, staff is friendly and there is a great selection of popular toys.

This store has been there forever and could use some updates but still carries a great selection of toys. The prices can be competitive with what you will find online. The store is not very organized but they usually carry the item that you are looking to buy. It seems that they also stock very little of a lot of things so you may want to call ahead and make sure your item is on the shelf and not sold out.

Went here to pick up a birthday gift for my daughter (I had received a flyer/coupon since she was part of the birthday club). Was very bluntly told that they were not honoring birthday club OR gift certificates (since TAU is going out of business). So, needless to say, very upset to be treated like that. Shame theyre going out of business, but with customer service like this, its a wonder it didnt happen years ago.

Theyre going out of business so some stock is iffy though they are bringing in more from the warehouse everyday. Some of the items are decently marked down, like Skylanders, but in my opinion, the sales still arent that great.

Good selection & some good sale items here versus Walmart & Target during the holiday season.

Great prices, staff are Always helpful and love that they have a rewards program to help you get more for your money.

For goong out business I thought things would more than 10% off. I recommend waiting to shop there until the savings are better.

Ive been dialing through attempting to ask a simple question for 45 minutes. The office number has been ringing and answered three times. The first time a sharp voice in the background proceeded to complain loudly and offensively to someone else saying, These people keep f**king calling. As they then laid the phone on the counter. The second time after 10 more minutes of trying to dial through they immediately hung up after answering. The third answered more quickly, but it was a repeat of the second time. Im now not calling to ask a question about my layaway plan on the 300 dollar item I planned on picking up on this coming monday, but to end careers. FWM

Went 4 new Legos, didnt walk the store. Casher wasnt freindly, could already see a line forming at customer service [5 deep-2 employees].

This location is pretty run down - we only go during black Friday - mainly to people watch.

My brother gave a gift to my daughter for Christmas and she already had one we went to babies r us to buy something else. my brother paid $ 30 plus tax. my brother did not keep the receipt i tell then to give me a credit store and not I only got 16.07 i got robbed

Sadly they are going out of business. We always found what we wanted that a lot of other stores dont stock.

We wanted to buy our daughter an American Girl Mega Block Kit. The price was listed different from how it rang up. The cashier called a guy named Dustin to the register.I am assuming he was a manager. We waitedfor 20 min he never came. So we decided to forget the sale and buy it online. Poor service. Not the first time either.

Absolutely insane store layout from a safety standpoint. Went one week prior to thanksgiving and found that you were trapped down isles with only one other person due to their massive pallets of toys down major center isles. Actually overheard two other customers talking about calling the fire chief, while many others voiced their complaints of tripping and becoming trapped in a maze.

Not happy, everything is marked up! No good deals and the store looks poorly cleaned
