FANTASTIC customer service. I live in FL. Got my first set of knives when a college kid sold me them. 4 years later I had one of my girlfriends visiting and she brought my knives back home with her and dropped off at this local store. They sharpened them for the first time ever and those that were too bad off, they even replaced for FREE!. I was shocked and love that they answered all our questions and were so quick to handle our knives. My girlfriend has since taken her other friends and her own knives back to be sharpened. BEST Customer service over the phone and in person. Awesome company and well worth the investment. Love these knives so much I have thrown all others away!!. Knives cut thru food so easy now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUTCO

If one has never used Cutco knives its the best and only one time investment for life.. U never have to buy another knife ever again.. As they sharp and replace for free for life and its just amazing to use them.. Once u use these non other will come close to it.. I believe..

Love their knives big time. Helps me more then anyone would ever know. p s im disable and have only my left side working. i can cut anything with only ur knives no one elses. so u help me quite abit, u made me more independant. i can cut my own food and veggies etc. wish u had purple color though. u guys r the best

I purchased Cutco knives in the Indianapolis store. Absolutely the worst knives I’ve owned in 48 yrs of marriage. I cannot keep them sharpened. And the handles, while beautiful, are impossible to hold on to if your hands are even a bit damp, let alone greasy!! Only one I like is the serrated cheese knife. I would return them if I could!!

The CUTCO store is amazing! I started selling this summer and I couldnt be more proud to represent this great product. Everyone at CUTCO is so friendly and helpful. The store is amazing for customers who want to come in and see everything we have to offer in person. You even get to test it out on the spot with our store manager Paul! You couldnt get this great of service anywhere else folks, definitely check it out!

He always has a positive attitude & does every thing he can to ensure customer satisfaction!I have many Cutco knives and other items for the past 5+ years. I had never taken advantage of the sharpening service. WOW! So impressive. Not only was the process easy and quick, Cutco also replaced a few pieces because they were not able to sharpen them to meet standards.I know they are expensive, but I believe that you get what you pay for and more! with Cutco products.

Paul is wonderful! So helpful! Lots of yes mamas is to be expected! Cut all the food you can when youre there, and I suggest to hold all the knives at least once! great knives!
