I came here at 10PM and the doors were locked. I asked why they were closed and the dude just looked at me like he’s never been through second grade and does understand English. Seems about right

Tyler, the kitchen manager, made my morning very pleasant. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake from their cafe. Even though they were out of the cheesecake, he put extra strawberry in my shake for me. That definitely made me feel like I got my monies worth. Especially since the cheesecake milkshake is 50 cents more than just a regular strawberry shake. With that kind of service, hes on his way up with a promotion I hope. You dont get that kind of service very often at a gas station. 💯 Thank you Tyler.

Place ROUTINELY runs out of gas. Staff... Hella shaky. Literally the only reason I come here is because it’s an Indiana company.

Sandwich was half burnt, they were out of cups, understaffed so a long wait in line. Gas was super cheap at a price of $2.17, so the trip was not a total wash. Will probably come back again, probably because it is a convenient place to stop on the morning on my way to work

The ppl always very nice... A pleasure to go there...Mens restroom was very clean. The three of us stop there every morning and always talk about how pleasent our visit was .. and they got to have the best gas station coffee Ive ever had

I stopped at GetGo around the Indianapolis area at least once a day. So why does the one that has the worst employee right next to my house? I used to stop there every morning around 5 to get my coffee to be greeted by a rude employee. I thought maybe the first time that he was just having a bad day, but he must be having a bad day everyday. Is a bald middle-aged man, I think, with a very rude and smart mouth. I for one will never visit this store again.

Often time in the morning I stop here omw to work. The store overall seems to be clean however the customer service that Michelle provides is HORRIBLE she is RUDE, she never says THANK YOU or simply your TOTAL IS. She just make your morning experience negative. Its understandable that people have bad days but each time I visit shouldnt be a bad day! Despite Michelle when I visit and the other ladies assist me the experience is much better.

Stopped by to get two chicken burritos because several months ago they used to be some of the best burritos in town and now the restaurant area is managed by someone different and the food was just disgusting and I actually threw away one and a half of the burritos. Before the clerk was finished I mentioned to him that I didn’t want shredded cheese and that I picked quesso cheese in the computer. He didn’t bother changing anything and the burritos literally had maybe 2 ounces of chicken on each so like 4 little pieces in a large burrito. I even mentioned is that all the chicken you are going to put on those because it should be two large scoops on a large burrito and he just shook his head and didn’t answer back. So when I took a bite it was all cheese and refried beans and plus they charged me almost ten dollars. Heck I could have bought two whole packages of chicken for that price but I can promise you this they won’t get another dollar from me ever! If I could give them no stars I would have!

Normal Gas station, gets you everything you need

Very disperestful and just disgusting attitude of the manager. Going in just for water and use of the Atm I seen they had aquafina listed for 1.79. When I went to the register I was surprised when it came to 2.29 each I told the man behind the counter that they are 1.79 and showed him the tag which all was aquafina on a tab of 1.79.. he immediately got upset and said well those are ice mountain and we dont have anymore. I asked them why put aquafina there and not change the label. He told me I can have my money back and walked away.. I then asked yo speak to a manager and he stated that he was the manager his name is Chris.. I asked what his last name is he stated that he is the only Chris that works here and he gives no one is last name.. I said ok Chris I asked who his boss was and he replied that he was the boss. All while giving me a attitude for no reason.. I then asked for the owners info he said it would take 4 months to get a answer.. I took the information.. I need to know and understand why this man had gotten so disrespectful to me as a customer because he is responsible for the items being stocked properly ..all this over water .. I will be calling I didnt deserve the interaction I got from the management and he definitely needs to take a class on customer service.

Worst gas station ever not once, or twice this 3rd time in a weeki have to go inside to get my gas receipt! “ Clerk has your receipt”, not coming here ever again!

The pumps need to get fixed so they can print my receipt.
