This is the BEST place I have EVER been to, and I’ve worn glasses and contacts for over 20 years.The manager Anthony Reed has excellent, genuine customer service skills. His ability to flawlessly balance multiple clients is amazing.Alana is also kind, patient and enjoyable to work with!Dr. Kalb caught an eye stigma I was not aware of, and gave me the proper prescription!Thank you all!

This place was recommended to us by a friend of ours and I took my whole family there. Extremely pleased with the detailed eye glasses and contact lenses exam we received. Also cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new optician.

Went their last year, the gentleman in the front was very courteous, but they could not get my prescription right at all, I have been up there about 5x and I was so disappointed after they rechecked my eyes and still had the wrong prescription. That doctor was terrible, so disappointed. The price was right but service was not on point at all. Will not go back there.

I have worked with Tiffany at the Castleton office and she is wonderful. I always ask for her to set up an appointment and have gone to her for 3+ years.

This is a absolute ripoff. We were there today for an eye exam and prescription glasses. After waiting for hours, we were called to discuss the price. Total price was some 700s without any options added. After the insurance coverage payment was 230 some. We didnt want to spend that much money for the second pair as we spent the same money for the 1st pair with all the options. I realized that their numbers were not right and went to Costco and got the same prescriptions with all the options for 190.00. Dont go there and save your money . This place is a absolutely a ripoff...!!
