One of the best breakfasts we have ever had! Everything here just tastes like it is high quality. I ordered the Yolk All Star Combo and everything was absolutely delicious. I dont know how you make scrambled eggs stand out from everywhere else, but they have figured it out! My husband had the Farm House with potatoes and he too was impressed with his meal. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere is very nice. Highly recommend!!

Get on their waitlist on Yelp before you head over!!! It’s so worth it! This place is bound to be poppin’ on a weekend morning so we got on the waitlist and by the time we arrived, they were ready to seat us. It was so great. The service was very friendly and the food was incredible. The portion sizes are huge. Freshly squeezed OJ is tiny and pricey, but delicious. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and we got everything accurately and it was hot coming out to us. The one thing I would say is that they serve their water automatically without ice here and it’s… lukewarm… so it’s very off putting to someone who likes cold water. The wait staff is happy to get you a cup of ice though and they seem to be well aware that it’s a common request so I’m wondering if Yolk needs to just.. change that.. anyway… 10/10!

Yolk was really delicious!After a 20 minute wait, my friends and I were met by our waiter Tyler. He was very friendly and checked on us the perfect amount - not too much! The chilaquiles were great. We had them with chicken and steak. The mango salsa is delicious, if you like something with a kick! My other friend are the 5-egg omelet and he said it was one of the best he’s had.

Food was good, fruits were fresh, great customer service (Stephanie). I really enjoyed it. I will be coming back.

The food was beyond delicious. Our waiter Tim was very friendly & even helped us save money on our meal. The orange juice is so fresh it tastes like youre sucking it right out of the orange. Cute decor inside as well & the host & other servers were also very friendly. But I have to say the star of the show was most definitely the food! My new favorite restaurant!

Many times I have thought about checking out Yolk Ironworks breakfasts (especially after having heard good things about them) and today the Yolk experience finally happened. The restaurant is sensible arranged, and the premises appeared very clean. Service was very prompt; the Mrs. and I were seated before the son even entered from the parking lot.After reading through the menu (I like having a real 2D menu, though phone=scanning was also as option) I selected a simple Yolk Berry Bliss yogurt bowl and a blueberry muffin with strawberry lemonade; the Mrs. got an Iron Man omelette; the son got chicken and waffles with coffee and a side of fruit; we also got a cheeseburger and fries to go plus another muffiin (for the other son). All meals were well-prepared and delicious; we were all satisfied.The price is a tad high. But for the high caliber, wholesome food theyre serving at Yolk (the blackberries were particularly yummy) I doubt if any customers feel robbed. Based on this one visit, I found Yolk Ironworks highly recommendable!

I had one of the 5 egg omelets. It was very flavorful and good. Service was also very good. Would advise calling ahead as they are busy and having to wait to get seated is the usual. But food and service makes it worth the wait. Ill definitely eat there again.

We enjoyed good food and excellent service the past two days at the Yolk. Gina happened to be our server both times. She was very attentive, kept our coffee cups filled, and even anticipated my husband’s desire to have more of their delicious blackberry jelly for his sourdough toast.

Came Friday morning, promptly greeted at the door. Service was exceptional and food tasted so fresh and light. Ive wanted to try Yolk since it opened and im mad at myself for waiting so long. We will definitely be back

This was our first time eating here. It was a little confusing figuring out how to be seated because I went on an app that said we were on a waiting list. When we got there we just stood there because there were a lot of people near the doorway. We were finally able to sit so we sat there patiently for about 5 mins. When I had the chance I made my way to the counter where people were checking out. I asked where we were on the waiting list and they explained everything to me. So we finally get called and take our seat. We got our food and it was so good. Totally worth the wait. My husband for the hash and said it was the best hes had in Indy. (Were not from here and recently moved here.) I had the chicken and waffles with eggs and bacon. It were delicious. This is our new favorite spot, esp now that we know how to get seated!Update: Our food was delicious as always. I had the California omelette and my hubby had the corn beef hash. Good food and great customer service. James was our server and he was very attentive. Awesome experience!

Have seen this location all around and have always wanted to try it, just have never had the chance. Sunday a friend who works out at the orange theory In the iron works complex suggested we meet here.So that was the food gods telling me it was time to go to yolk. Very cool location, I was impressed with the set up and efficiency! You check in with the front and they add you to the waiting list via the yelp app. Which you can live watch your place move in line.It was busy but we got our table after 20 minutes which was perfectly ok with me..The menu is awesome, I wanted everything but of course couldn’t fit it all so decisions had to be made. I had some fresh beat orange juice, which was earthy and refreshing! A flat white latte for that caffeine perk. For actual food I had the caprese eggs Benedict which was an interesting twist on one of my favorite breakfasts.The service was quick and punctual, and the bill was cheap. Yolk doesn’t serve booze so you walk away with a delicious meal for a minimal cost. I can’t wait To go back and have some more!

Service was good. Coffee was fine. The food is definitely overrated. I had corned beef hash, the eggs were cooked wrong and the hash itself was ok, if not pretty greasy. Did not finish it or touch the toast. Wy wife had chilaquiles and a side of potatoes. She was excited when the server asked if she wanted them crispy. They came out mahogany in color and not crispy. Im sure there are better places for breakfast...

If you are looking for every possible combination under the sun for breakfast, this is it. Very friendly, and quick, service. Cinnamon roll French Toast was my choice today. Would not hesitate to get it again. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent food. Had the Cheesey Egg Sandwich with seasoned potatoes.My wife had the Very Berry French Toast. Both were very good. It was crowded on a Sunday. Their A/C was losing the battle on a very warm day in mid August.

It was a hot morning and nothing seemed to go right. The water was luke warm, the service was sub-par as they were so busy (I get it), the exhaust vent from the kitchen was blowing hot air onto the patio, the fan favorite breakfast items we ordered were very heavy, and the inside dining area was very loud. Probably wont go back.

This place has really good food. Theres a good chance they make better eggs than you. Thats why you should visit Yolk. I really do recommend.

Amazing experience at this Yolk Ironworks location every time I go for breakfast or brunch. Food is very good. My favorites so far is build your own omelet with potatoes and pancakes! Or Yolk All-Star Combo, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, with French Toast! Fast service, coffee is topped off always, servers are friendly and fun speaking with. Yolk team is passionate and work hard. Thank you to entire Yolk team, servers Alex, Stephanie, Ivana, Allana, Alex, Justin, Tim and Chefs for making us great food dishes.

Sunday morning 8-8:30AM seated right away, server arrived quickly with coffee and attentive. Ordered chilequiles and Santa Fe frittata, both delicious and hot. What annoyed the heck out of me was the sugar dispenser. I was pleased it was raw sugar but clogged over and over, had to unscrew the top to get any sugar. These dispensers dont work, change them out!

Food is five stars. South of the Border Benny was very tasty! Service was meh. No one told us where to give our names when we walked in. Our server never smiled and took way too long to come to our table to take our order. Id still going again, for the food.

Ordered breakfast from here for my birthday. Weve never been in person and always wanted to go but extremely disappointed. We found almost a half an egg shell in our eggs Benedict. So gross. We will not order or go here again. Awful way to start a birthday.

One of our favorite restaurants around. It’s a bi-weekly visit with an extensive selection of breakfast goodies. My personal favorite is the Yolk Star Combo, a wonderful balance between the sweet and the savory foods I crave. The only reason I gave 4 stars Is due to the fact that the orange juice and chocolate milk serving sizes are tiny in proportion to their size.

This place always has the quickest and most friendly service. The food quality is exceptional. I advise reserving a table in advance so you dont have to wait. Sitting at the bar could be your quickest way to get food without waiting, but you would have to ask for it.

Yolk is hands down becoming the most popular breakfast spot on Indy, with only have two central locations. I have got the :SMOKED SALMON SCRAMBLER is absolutely amazing, seasoned to perfection, and not fishy at allAnd a side of pancakes , which are fluffy, with a slight sweetness that I love.The portion size can honestly feed two, but if your hungry hungry itll be more than enoughCustomer service is great, and I was seated 5 min after arriving on a busy Sunday morning which is almost unheard of

During COVID, I feel like a lot of places are refusing how much food they give you for takeout. Yolk is not. The food is both delicious and served in respectable portions, making it a great value. Definitely recommend.

Every time we’ve ordered delivery from Yolk part of our order is missing. We’ve always been refunded for the missing items, but when you’ve ordered breakfast for three people and only two meals show up, a refund doesn’t really solve the issue. Good food, but very unreliable delivery.

Such a pretty building. Very clean, amazing waitress, delicious food. Our waitress even offered to send us off with coffee to go.She also suggested options to make our dining experience the best!

6 of us ordered Torero SCR, Kale scrambler, Egg Benedict, Nutella Crepes, 2 eggs with Turkey links, Breakfast Combo. Everything was great except the Canadian Bacons of Egg Benedict were too salty, my daughter couldn’t finish the Canadian bacons. The wait staff and the kitchen staff were kind and professional. Everything was good. My son ordered Good Morning Burger medium, but they cooked very well done. I ordered Cheesy Egg sandwich, but I couldn’t find the bacon anywhere. It was $12.50. But they didn’t add even 1 piece of it. Einstein bagel ‘s is much better than Yolk’s with less price.

Was excited to try this place cuz of all the hype around it. Pretty disappointed for the price. The seasoned potatoes were not seasoned at all, and the toast wasn’t even toasted it was like stiff bread. Not a fan of the crepes either. My friend loved the corned beef hash though. I didn’t enjoy the crepes.

Wait staff was kind and efficient. The food was delicious. And the hot salted Carmel latte was THE BEST

Have been twice and both times the food was on point, would recommend checking this spot out. The French toast with the yogurt berries and granola is really delicious-the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I got the south beach this time, and I was not disappointed. Service was good and the food is really tasty.

The food was PHENOMENAL. I highly advise the red velvet French toast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor topped off the dining experience.

I’ve only gotten delivery through a service from this location, but it’s sort of just passable so far. I’ve ordered maybe 6 times to try different things. Their sausage and bacon are great, but the omelettes have sort of fallen a bit flat for me, but maybe I just like a different style. Every single time I get potatoes or toast they are incredibly burnt, which ruined the corned beef hash for me. I was expecting the corned beef hash to be made with finer diced more hash-like potatoes, but it was the same burnt lightly seasoned potatoes I’ve gotten each time I have ordered.I tend to like more savory/meaty things and I’m wondering if the sweeter options like pancakes or french toast might end up being better than what I’ve tried so far, so I’m going to probably give it a couple more tries. I’m also wondering if I just need to dine-in for a better experience, which I will try sometime after the pandemic. I still think this is one of the better delivery-friendly options around for me, but it’s not up to “bring my parents here on Sunday” level yet.

This little place is so cute with a cozy feel which I love. My family and I had breakfast there our servers name was Stephanie she was very nice, attentive, and fast. I had the French Toast with fresh strawberries it was yummy and fulfilling looking forward to going back

The food was good, service was quick (consider we got there at 10:30am on a Thursday), but the coffee was pretty disappointing, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 4. We had the chicken and waffles, very good and definitely add the egg on top! We also had the South of the Border Bennie, my first Benedict and I would order it again.

The eggs were very wet, cold & unseasoned, no flavor, but better once I put salt & pepper.The sausage was so disgusting neither my boyfriend nor I could swallow, immediately had to spit it out. Tastes like pure grease with no sausage flavor, just oil. It made me mad when I ate it because of how disgusting it was.The bacon was good, just no crunch, but still very good. The pancakes were ok, as well.Overall, average at best, but the sausage needs to be taken off the menu today & get a new brand. You don’t have to even cook sausage with oil at all. Please pass this to the cook.

First time here and granted we did lunch, not breakfast. We did the pot roast sandwich as recommended by the server with a cup of chili. The potroast was plain, rather bland and a little dry. It would have been better with some spices and maybe a little gravy. Changing the cheese to cheddar would have made it better. The chili was also a little bland and did not appear to have much meat, until we dug down deep and found a not-so-bitesize chunk (see pic). Not on my come back list but in all fairness maybe breakfast would have been better.

Rude. Walked in with full masks. My wife is 7 months pregnant and prefers not to wear mask for easier breathing so did not have her masks with her. This is the recommendation of her professional midwife as well. All we needed to do was to be seated a few feet away from the entrance when we walked in. Other guest were NOT wearing mask sitting at their table 5 ft away. The staff rudely informed my wife to turn around and walk outside. We understand the need to wear mask when possible but this was the rudest mask enforcement experience we’ve ever encountered. Anywhere. Being polite goes a long way. Sad to say this establishment will not receive my support.

This yolk location is just OK. If you modify your order from whats one the menu theyre going to get it wrong. I asked for no mushrooms or ham and guess what they put in my skillet? Ham and mushrooms. I also paid for extra cheese and they didnt give me extra cheese but charged me for it. Also another time,I ordered takeout and they completely messed up me and my husbands order. Yolk itself has great food but this location is subpar

Food is good and service tends to be as well. Waits are a bit longer so plan accordingly. Not the best place for large groups. Kids menu is fun and atmosphere has great energy.

I had really high hopes the pictures looked phenomenal, but to say it fell flat is an understatement.. It was my first time there. there wasnt one item of my dish that I enjoyed to be honest. :( I almost never leave reviews but I felt it needed to be said that i definitely wouldnt recommend this to anyone. I threw most of it away and had to remake a breakfast I could eat. I’m all about small businesses and brunch, but this is not one I will be returning too.

So we joined the wait list when it stated 33-58 minutes. We waited 2 hours only to be seated at a wet booth. Hostess was not friendly in the least bit. When our food came, eggs and potatoes were undercooked and English muffin was burnt. Their sides of butter, jelly, and gravy were minimal, so had to ask for additional.The wait was DEFINITELY NOT worth the wat! Very frustrating!!Manager was called over who did cover the cost of our meal, but not the replacement. He could not understand the wait time given as it was always running at an hour and a half. This needs to be fixed. Had we known it was going to be 2 hours, we would have not waited. Deceived by the food looking so good in the pics.
