I rarely pay attention to prices when I shop, but items for which I know prices, they seem comparable to other stores. The store is clean, well lit, temperate, the layout is well signed and logical. Employees have been uniformly friendly and helpful. When I shop here I find a different selection of brands than other stores and many vegan options that are hard to find anywhere else. Also, delivery service is great.

My wife and I have been getting pizza from this Whole Foods location since they opened and the pizza was always very fresh and of high quality. We ordered a simple cheese pizza and a bbq chicken pizza as we always have. We paid $25 for the two pizzas since it was the Friday deal and when we got home this is what the pizza looked like and they tasted TERRIBLE. this is very disappointing Whole Foods. We will not be going back also disappointed because we know ghat this is not Whole Foods standards for the pizza. We could have went to little ceasers or even a Tony’s pizza from the dollar tree if we wanted this. Hope this downtown location will bring back the original pizza maker he was the best.

I would rate the overall store esthetics 5 stars BUT I have a problem with character. As I’m shopping in store October 29 I hear Whole Foods staff bashing Amazon shoppers.You know whatll be cool? If Wholefoods staff, in particular Stockers got along with Amazon shoppers.In reality, they all work for the same company.I hate to hear stockers bad mouth Amazon shoppers. I’ve heard this bad energy quite a few times.Nobodys better than each other.A persons work is no more important than another.It sucks hearing people bash one another just working making a living.DO BETTER WHOLEFOODS!

I got a prompt, no hassle return of an Amazon.com product accomplished in less than five minutes from walking into the place for the very first time. Super customer service experience. I was in the wrong line and the person I needed to see found me and guided me to the correct station to complete my trip. A+ Customer Service experience and a very positive first impression were had.

Went to return an Amazon package. That went well, quick and easy!I had never shopped at Whole Foods Market before so I looked around and found some products that I usually have to order because its not available in most stores!I was happy that I looked around. Its a small store, no one had a mask on that didnt work there... The hot bar was like, ancient remains of what was once hot bar. Its like A Whole Foods barely hanging on.

Absolutely the best place to go for lunch and at an affordable price. Its also handy to have the covered parking. I love Good Soap company, I stock up on it like crazy, especially in these dry winter months. The store is always clean and the staff are always helpful. The bakery items are awesome. Want your mother inlaw to love you? Go get a little set of the tarts in the back cabinet and shell never forget it. They have nice flowers for sale and I love walking into the store and always getting welcomed with the fresh market type smell, but also coffee, cinnamon and fresh produce. Great location, hands down.

Great groceries and food

Nice new store with a variety of products, thus far well kept for the most part, the employees were friendly and professional. The hot food is overpriced by weight, and of low quality and standards obviously since it sits under heat laps with no hold times. I’m big on that and friendly service sorry. (02/22/2020) Return to this location often with my friend, not a time when we don’t purchase something. I am still impressed with the store and staff, other that the foggy security guard, who doesn’t know, that I know he’s following us. I haven’t told my friend about his profiling because it would make her upset and disappointed for such a nice store. Hopefully it doesn’t become an ongoing problem. They also have a beer and wine bar, that serves espresso drinks. I ordered a americano, it was a bit bitter. The sitting area needs more attention as far as wiping down more often.

One of my fav/only spots downtown to find tons of GFree food! I wish there was a slightly larger variety of meat free / vegan proteing (like more types of plant based sausage and etc) otherwise , its amazing :)

Go there everyday for lunch and the hot bar is really sad. Nothing is fresh, everything looks like it been sitting there all day, dry, burnt, just bad. Really sad

I shopped at this lovely organic fresh chain grocery in San Francisco way back in 2000 and was sincerely pleased to see them finally open a young trendy healthy experience for grocery shoppers who know their macarons fresh made pot stickers onion pizza on ancient grains and bath bombs that can even make a golf course worker smell and feel clean. The produce section alone is worth an hour of inspection perusal and exciting organic brightly colored berries heirloom tomatoes and tender flavorful brussel sprouts as big as bear cubs in the smokey mountains. I now recall the only draw back... The checkout counter where they will be glad to be known as whole paycheck

I love this place for the freshness but when will we become more competitive in price versus The Other Shopping Mart.... Im a big fan of those family meals Whole Foods downtown were providing during the beginning of this Covid crisis... Can we bring those trays back please? Those special family food pans were great! Conveniently located... Not the biggest whole foods but has a good variety. I love the bar and grill and the coffee shop. Love coming here from east side to get products and brands I cant find closer to home. 365 brand is the best price for many quality products! I splurge here on fancy cheese and all the regular treats from whole foods too.

When the wife has a nail appointment across from Whole Foods here in Downtown Indy, I am more than happy to provide transportation. This means a visit to The Whole Foods Beer & Wine Bar.One can get lunch here and enjoy it at the bar with a pint. You can even order some selections from the bar without venturing out into the rest of the store.The food selections were great and one can always bring food purchased from the massive salad bar. Even without the great beer specials the beer is nicely priced. There is also a very worthy Craft Beer selection including a good emphasis on local craft beer.The server and service is great and was happy to utilize their Craft Beer knowledge to walk me through the draught line up.

Im often struggling to find items to complete product reviews. Staff is always friendly and helpful trying to locate the items.

Today was my first visit and what an experience. I drove all the way from greenwood and will continue each week. First the place is soo clean. And I cant belive how everything especially the produce is so nicely stacked. The people working at the meat counter, cheese section, everywhere were just waiting to help me. The food in the meat area is behind glass in such a clean organized space. The shelves were fully stocked with people running around filling and pulling product forward. They really care about the look and feel of their store. I will do all my weekly grocery shopping here despite that I live in greenwood.

Cleanest store Ive ever been in, very nice environment.

Very pricey. However they did have a much needed product I cant find elsewhere. My friend with me also found a product that she can no longer find elsewhere.

They dont have a keto friendly bread that isnt worth an arm and a leg...workers were not very helpful...

My wife brought home an organic grocery cart couple weeks back, said she got it for such an unbelievable price and paired with the purchase experience, it might as well be priceless! Im thinking to myself now thats exceptional service. I honestly dont leave the house without it now, and the amount of people that cant hide thier envy when we use it at other grocery chains is incredible, they just cant help but stare with those jealousy eyes! Whole Foods here is different from the east coast. More American food, less ethnic food. Great variety of produce.

On Fridays they have a $6 pizza deal. This was the best pizza I have had in year. Cant wait to order another next week.

Um, just went to whole foods. Forgot my mask. My brother went in to get me a mask, they have them laid out on the entry table. The worker sitting there thought my brother was homeless and told him he couldn’t have one. I walked in and grabbed one myself and went up. Maybe if the people working there were a little less pretentious I would frequent there more often. Anyways, even is he was homeless, you can give him a mask, you work for a multi million dollar company owned by jeff bezos. Stop being so snooty.

Not too busy, free parking available, a roomy Whole Foods Market.

This store is located downtown Indy and has a free parking Structure for customers. Thats a huge plus given how expensive it can be to park downtown. The store was very well organized and clean. Id definitely shop there again.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the produce is always very good, especially the seafood. However, the police there have harassed homeless people shopping and create an uncomfortable environment for many guests.

My friends and I went to Whole Foods for the first time and we were so disappointed in their selection, not to mention the prices are absolutely ridiculous just way too expensive oh, we will not be returning

Always have wonderful people working there. The cashier today gave me a courtesy used for the Amazon because we couldnt figure out how to get to it but we finally did afterwards.

Visit was good for a first time visit to this location. Walking distance from work.Went to get a prepackaged salad, food was fresh and with excellent flavor. Perhaps a bit pricey but it comes with the location and the freshness.It was lunch time on Friday and the place was not saturated so that made the experience much better as there were no checkout lines or need to waste time and just enjoyed the walk back to the office.

Love the fresh food section here and their bread/baked goods. Its nice to grab a quick bite here and sit and eat peacefully when around downtown. The bar is pretty nice as well with good deals on wine and beer. Some of the pantry items however are quite expensive and you leave with a large bill. Wouldnt come here for everything, just produce, fresh foods, drinks, and baked goods. Also great that they have complimentary parking in this area.

Great location, easy parking access, and many products to choose from. On the down side still over priced on many things. Overall I felt safe with the parking garage and the location in downtown Indy and also with covid going on how everything was arranged in the store for social distancing and sanitation. I will be frequenting this store more often.
